We have been playing this game before Then we understand this game is so realistic.
We believe greed has been what has kept this game unappealing to the masses for so long. Your microtransaction practices are truly so anti consumer even by mobile game standards it puts people off the game entirely. We guess its all worth it to you bame companies though as long as your 20 whales keep buying everything.
The best shooter, we from Russia and our English very bad, but we think this game is the best.
So in the pass instead of just the bad chest being free make it so you can get like 200 total coins for free and you get a rainstorm free cheat like a war paint or winter like you guys choose what chest that pass you want free you know what we mean.
We were playing ranked game then our family seemed to want us to help them with something,we got (afk),After we finished what they wanted us to help them with,we opened the game then we received a penalty rank for 6 days! Like wth why 6 days if it was 15 min we will okay but why 6 days!!??? We don't want to lose our ranking level. So please delete the penalty rank or do something please.
We have been playing this game for about 3 years and it would be nice if you could add a mode where we can drive and shoot.

We have played this game some years ago and we returned to find out the gameplay is still amazing but you cannot get into a ranked game to save your life.

Im going against plats in silv 1 and we where winning and lost twice and couldnt afford the rest of the game Im getting sick of this game and we hit people in the head and it doesnt kill them please can you fix your game.
Pls make it so u can run n gun pls. Like less spread when running. Its an amazing game but the spread while running is actually crazy. And have it so theres like a beginner mode and an intermediate and pro so u dont have to go against pros during the start. Otherwise an amazing game :).
The shortened rounds is making the game virtually unplayable. Too many times now Ive been in a game and theres only like 3 people until the last minute. Not fun anymore and hope we go back to the longer rounds.
Every other mobile game shooting has a copy feeling but this game stands out and its just really fun, us and our friends quit console games to play this more often instead we hope oneday it becomes one of those global games.

We love this game, but hackers are destroying it. Almost every lobby has someone cheatingaimbots, speed hacks, you name it. Its no fun anymore, and the developers seem too slow to fix it. If something isnt done soon, a lot of players will quit.

We have been playing Critical Ops since 2019, and has been our go-to game to cure our boredom during the pandemic. Back then, you can earn many credits and skins for free, especially from the Critical Pass. Now, this game just feels P2W, having skins is what gives us motivation and makes us play better. We really hope Critical Force sees this message and maybe one day, there will be more ways to earn credits and skins more easily, with the small need of a little bit of grinding of course. Thanks.
Hello, developers, Im a player from Russia and our problem is widespread among Russians. At the entrance, at first everything happens as it should, but then the inscription appears: "Connection problem. Waiting for the request". Our wifi connection is ok, mobile internet works, too, but C-ops doesnt opening. How can we solve the problem? P.S. VPN doesnt help.

We want this to be compatible with our backbone controller, it wouldnt hurt to have it like that, but over all the game is really good and fun though, Id rather play it with our backbone If you could just make it work with a backbone controller then that would make it 5 stars for us but unfortunately it doesnt work so 3 stars will be even enough.
But if you added voice chat or made better animations it would be so awsome.
Have you played this game for three months long time now what is not just really working Im just gonna practice rounds are just standing AFK Dirt is critical critical offices. Youre a good game, but every time we try to upload it its not working.
We played this game when it first came out, we recently tried playing it again and it doesnt seem like the same game anymore, everything is off from what it used to be, dont get us wrong a very fun game but the movement speed is slower and sluggish imo from when we used to play it there is a reason the game isnt as active as it used to be Id recommend just playing Counter Strike if you play on PC which Ive done years ago we recommend it if you want a pastime but just stick to the PC games and let this one go the devs seem to care more about the money to the game so many micro transactions but game play is mediocre and its hard to find custom matches nowadays.
This game would be better with backbone controller.

Hey we have been playing this game for 5 years and it was great so far but we think it needs to improve on it we have played it and still there no mic on it but there mic in the smallest games and after 5 years there still not new weapons in it and in just this two things it will be the perfect game.

We really like this game. This looks like the old ones that we played a long time ago shout out to the developer.
There should be a campaign mode where all the rooms are levels and its a defuse game. Also you get to chose whether you wanna do the breach or cops campaign.
After playing a few rounds, it will show "Disconnected" when entering the game. We've tried many methods, but none of them work.
Every season a new bug now our audio in our earbuds is goin distorted in and out and our audio doesnt do this in any other application why cant we just have the experience we the customers ask for.

Cops recently banned our 400$ account claiming we hack.Would anyone EVER hack on a 400$ account knowing there is a possibility of getting banned.ABSOLUTELY NO.Critical ops devs are idiots apparently and will not unban our account even though there are many many hackers that dont get banned wouldnt recommend spending a single penny on this game.
Really so this game has ranked team deathmatch defuse ranked defuse and more #1 shooter game even our dead dog woke up from the grave to play.
We have grinded to 3 weeks to get credits yes we got some but like 1560 yea thats a lot but on this game its called marvel strike force it said reach level 55 then It said if you do it you get 1210 credits than we did it DID NOT GET IT game is good 5 stars but offer wall 1 star if a dev sees this please give us our credits please.

We played this game since it came out and its fun and cool and funny when u u hang out with people but server lags ruin everything everytime we got to rank us and others in our team lag or have lag spikes can u fix this.

Before we start for anyone that dont know what smurfing is, it is when and high ranking/level player creats a separate account with no rank or level to get into lower level lobbys and rank games. NOW, Every game that u get in whether it be ranked, unranked, tdm anything there is a guy that is spec ops on his main but only plays the Smurf account level 40 witch makes the game unplayable. Community is the worst all the new players quit because of cheaters or smurfs. There should only be allowed one account per device and email/number. This is one of the best cs like mobile games out there but if you dont have bots as teammates then your playing the top ranked players in the game which makes the game not enjoyable at all. Even without smurfing if you que into a tdm your still gonna go against spec ops because the match making is basically non existent. Once you get past bronze in ranked and really even in those lower ranks youre still gonna play top ranked players with alt accounts to have fun by killing people trying to learn the game. Maybe if yall would actually put more effort into the community like making more maps and better anti cheats and better matchmaking instead of making new boxes and skins that cost real money to get so u can take everyones money. Maybe yalls player base wouldnt be at a constant downfall if yall fixed those things and actually made it where newer players progress with other newer players instead of immediately putting them against top ranks and smurfs. And we only gave 4 stars so our review would actually be seen. And yall did just come out with a new map, but its a very small map and its not in any of the game modes options its only available in customs lobbys. Its very sad that the development of the game is only focused on making money instead of the community. Please please please make better matchmaking and focused on the community more or this game will be completely dead in less then a couple years.
Honestly this is a great game but the way you earn credits is difficult because who wants to grind kills for just 30 credits and up and then you get cases or watching adds we would recommend increasing the credits you get from ads or the ability to watch more adds.still a five star game.
