Community Insight:

First, the F.F.S. Games are the best. Especially the ones the arent originally from BF. They are pleasant, not unnecessarily fuzzy or dark (as some developers do to add difficulty without adding quality) and generally upbeat. We had played some, like this one, where you could download the game for free, and just purchase the bonus game. They have a different model now and dont offer that. Its frustrating to have spent that $ for the bonus without any credit for either the full version or the F2P version. We believe the games are worth the price they currently ask, but like we said, that money was not acknowledged when they changed their model.

One of the prettiest ones yet. We love the premise and the setting, and Im enjoying the puzzles.

This company and their games are wonderful. The story are so interesting. The game are easy or hard to play as your choice. This game is a detective game with a hint of humor and compelling story telling. The games are less than others and longer. We hope to see a new game soon. We miss your games. One of your fans GB.

Love this so much! Its interesting and a challenge and the puzzles you solve are cool. There a a few we struggled with but that is fine. It keeps you interested.

The F.F.S. Games so far have been larger print. We love this! Please keep it up and we will continue to buy your games. We have already downloaded everyone you have available.

Update: For those of you new to this developer, or who have newer tablets with the latest iOS, Friendly Fox has updated Immortal Love 2: Price of a Miracle. It was great back then and its still great so we highly suggest you play. Note to dval: thank you for the heads up and your kind wishes. We honestly think we need a break! Since the loquacious and informative KimTwilight has returned, there is nothing much more to be said. We are so glad she has reviewed because she basically said everything that we would have. Kim paints a stunning portrait of this fabulous and amazing blockbuster. Friendly Fox always gives us lengthy, gorgeous and innovative gameplay, with unusual settings and plenty of puzzles and games. The quality assurance is outstanding! Thank you for caring so much about the players, especially during such a challenging time. We eagerly await the next release! For those of you who dont know, next up should be an installment of Bridge to Another World, hopefully in February. Lynxie sends lots of love to all the players. Happy gaming to all! Please stay safe.

This has to be our favorite developer. The scenes are always so clean and easy to play but with much detail. The hos were original and quite fun. Hated to finish. Thanks for giving us this game during a very dreary winter. Moxie, Positive thoughts to you and all isolated. Hopefully that shot is coming soon. Lynx we hope you get some relief too.

Thank you for a very well done game with lots of interesting puzzles, beautiful graphics and solid voice acting. Nothing more to ask for.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Interesting story, good character development. The graphics were great and the games just challenging enough. Fresh, new and exciting. Bravo.

Another great game. Your games are so enjoyable will always buy everyone you put out. Can not wait for the next one. A big thank you.

Love us – thats all we ask of you is a powerful verse in the song All we Ask of You, from one of the worlds most celebrated musicals, Phantom of the Opera. Applying this sentiment in a less passionate way, our response is, Yes, we do love this game. Theres nothing not to love about this riveting experience, enhanced through excellent storytelling, gorgeous visuals, stimulating gameplay, and seamless mechanics. This well-scripted whodunnit storyline is loosely derived from The Phantom of the Opera, as you play a detective who is hired to catch a mysterious and masked phantom-like entity who is responsible for a series of deadly attacks inside an opera theater. However, this time the scenery does not take place in the obligatory Paris, France; instead, it takes place in Vienna. The artistic designs of the scenes are mesmerizing and the graphics as sweet as eye-candy. To catch the madman, your detective expertise will come in handy. You will often use a special gadget to scan the crime scenes to collect evidence as well as interrogate the witnesses/suspects. Then you put your analytical skills to work by piecing together the snippets of evidence stored in your notebook so you can make deductions and gain insight into what transpired. The overall gameplay is truly delightful. Even the inventory items give way to pleasant surprises, as a HOS might pop up. The HOSs never give a dull moment, as they are highly interactive and engaging and include embedded puzzle-like elements. Im always enthralled to play a novel format we havent seen before, referring to the HOS in the dressing room where you have some photographs with cut-out shapes, which must be fitted into matching objects scattered on or around the dressing room table. One drawback is the revisiting of scenes, although the formats will diversify to avoid monotony. The puzzles are mostly simple to solve, but they are still entertaining and relevant to the objectives you are undertaking. One of our favorites is the one in which you are in pursuit of the villain, and you must find a path across the rooftops while using various objects to aide you across. We appreciate the side-bars to keep us apprised of acquiring the collectibles. We wouldnt label this game as challenging, but it has just the right balance of all the desired components to maintain our interest and render it a five-star game. We hope everyone is staying safe and in good health.

Thank you for bringing us some happiness on a snowy day. This was a wonderful game. No problems at all. The scenery was beautiful and some of the games had a different twist. It had all the bells and whistles to. To Lynx: It only had one little rat in the 3 chapter. Thank you for all your help. We hope you are feeling better.

We love this series! This game was good, but the bonus seemed like it thrown together in a hurry just to BE a bonus.

Trying to rearrange the signs for the musicians so the door will open. The last sign will not change. Great game with a frustrating bonus game.

We played Dark City: London first and was pleasantly surprised by the presence of voice acting. When done well that always enhances a game for us. Vienna also has voice acting, however, aside from the detective, everything we heard in the free portion was American. Its disappointing and distracting when the city is the foundation of the game. Granted at least one of the characters in London went from mediocre Irish to mediocre generic English, but still. Also, we get that a game of HOS and finding bits of locks clearly sells and so will be replicated. But man, how many squirrels, wind gusts, street grates can you tolerate? The deduction feature in Dark City is entertaining and it would be great if the devs could make that more into a real thinking mini game or something. We just cant pay for more than one of these cookie cutter games.

Some of the games are impossible. Im not getting what we paid for. This has been an issue with all your games. Please give better instructions for the games.

This is only a partial review, but we just had to tell other gamers, this one is a winner. The puzzles are extraordinary, especially the change-up with HOPs. One, in particular, involves finding objects to fill photographs. The puzzles are so smart, so original, as arethe storyline and the graphics, so deeply engaging. So far, everything (except some repetitive music and to honor Vienna the music should be strongersuch a small gripe) is amazingand in reading the reviews by awesome person, we are reminded to express gratitude for all the hard work. We shouted with joy when we saw this puzzle, along with offerings by Mad Head and Elephant. We are so grateful for these artistic and intelligent escapes when the mind grows weary of isolation. Thank you developers! Thank you reviewers. With your help, the days until our shots will be more bearable. More later on this game and the others. Play on! Moxieruby.

Super excited to this new game. Just started, but it seems great. Thank you for this awesome game. Much appreciated.
