DEAD 2048 | CONCEPT & STORY:
The year is 2048. The world has been taken over by Zombies and its upto the player to survive the invasion of Zombie Waves. It’s an innovative & addictive combination of 2048 puzzle fun factor and Tower Defense mechanics. Build Towers to defend, ultimately build-up a Biology Laboratory to save the world. Survival is all it matters.
HOW TO PLAY:
1) Swipe (Diagonally Up, Down, Left, Right) to move the defense towers. When two towers with the same number touch, they merge into one.
2) Build Higher Towers to defend against Zombie Waves along the fence road.
3) Wisely use upgrades and items to help you during challenging moments.
4) When 131072 Defense Tower(Biology Laboratory) is created, the player wins!

We love the twist on 2048 games! It is so fun! Its not only merging buildings, but a tower defense game as well. Two fun games in one. GOOD JOB PROGRAMMERS ;).
Zombie Tower defense 2048. Great concept poor execution. So many game breaking bugs its not worth investing the time.
There is a bug that shuts the game down, sometimes it saves it near where you were, other times you have to start over from scratch, and sometimes it sets you back to 1/4 of the progress you have made. Super super frustrating, especially if you are going for all achievements.
Loving the game but $1.99 to remove base ads only and not all ads is terrible. Interrupting gameplay for a boost isnt worth it at all. It takes away from the experience of playing the game. Many, many games give you a flat pay one time fees and no ads at all so you can really deep dive into a game. Great game, love the concept, but the way ads are handled drives away many people including ourselves. We open the app to play and see ads and remember why we dont play.
Fail to destroy the new self destructing zombie and 75% of the board is turned to zombies….. Game over. NOT FUN.
Game used to be good. Now plagued with bugs. Lost all progress and power ups.
Updated review: 4 weeks after we reported an apparent bug that caused (more than once) our mission progress to reset, the developers just announced it was in fact a planned feature. Amazing considering they didnt seem to know anything about it when we reported it. Also, if they did it intentionally, why did they do it more than once? Either way, they screwed over their customers by erasing all their progress without warning or compensation of any kind. After posting this Im contacting Apple to request a refund then deleting the app. Original review: we loved this game and paid for the ad-free version. Unfortunately, shortly after the most recent update, all our completed missions (and their associated bonuses) reset. Countless hours of progress were lost. We kept playing though hoping the problem would be fixed, but not only has it not the missions reset yet again! This is a catastrophic, game-breaking bug. We messaged the developer about two weeks ago and they said they would check and get back to us. We havent heard anything. Dont waste your time and money on this game unless its fixed. We will gladly re-review if it is.
This is a great game but with critical bugs. We dont understand why they dont fix them.
Please add undo. We're finding too many times that we accidentally swipe the wrong way, due to the app using a 45degree isometric view. We have to use the hammer items which is a real bummer. Please fix! Also, we paid $1.99 for ad removal but you still force us to watch ads for items. What's up with that? We thought we'd get items for free after paying the $2 ad removal purchase! Quite misleading.
You will still be subjected to video adds to get periodic power ups and some other in game features (even after some updates). Has lots of potential, wish it where more like threes where a one time purchase removes all adds.
The randomization of starting towers (instead of automatically starting with the most powerful tower) plus the new pricing for tower upgrades has made this game far more stressful and unenjoyable, unfortunately. We're about ready to quit playing it, which is unfortunate — we really do like the core mechanics, it's just that the new upgrade has made it play MUCH worse.
App will still include ads (and there a lot) even if you pay to have the adds removed! Sometimes the game will place an obstacle into a free space that a tower should have been able to move to, but only after you made the move.
Dangerously fun and creative! Its not so much a puzzle game as a epic.
We should all recognize the originality of Threes. Having said that, Dead 2048 is also notable for adding TD style game to the formula. There is a lot of depth to be found and very challenging, but infinitely replayable. To dev: we do have an issue with the ad-removal IAP. After the purchase, the banner bar is gone. But whenever we relaunch the app from background, a non-skippable ad will be played. Is this intentional or a bug.
Love paying to remove ads and still be bombarded win ads.
We're really digging this game. After understanding the mechanics and finding better strategies in the game, it gets even more addictive. The airplane that occasionally flies around to give rewards is fantastic, please never get rid of it.
2048 was simplistically wonderful; this adaptation brings a new dynamic and gives us a reason to multiply.
We really like the game. Purchased the $2 ad remover. Ads still play. And sometimes the game hard locks up after an ad plays and then we lose progress. TL;DR – download free, dont bother with in-app purchase to remove ads.
Honestly one of the best games we have played this whole year. Exciting with a little bit of challenge at the same time. Really fun.
Ingenious use of a proven formula. The design is playful and paying homage to several different entertainment products. The action is quite hectic but not too difficult to master once you get a hang of How to think ahead. Frankly, we just love the idea of zombies on a van invading human settlements! Great as a brain trainer for the whole family.
We love puzzlers and tower defense games but we would never imagined you could put them together like this! Nice work on a unique idea! Tons of fun.
We watched our friend playing and played on his phone, and downloaded the game right-away. Literally dangerously fun.
Has simple fun with challenging depth. This will be our most played game for a good while. We need some time to relax our tense shoulder and eye muscles.
The game is great and a very fun variant on the whole 2048 gameplay. We would avoid purchasing the ad remover however. We purchased it for 1.99 and we still get ads after the completion of some games, returning to the app after taking a phone call, and it really only seems to remove the tiny ad bar at the bottom of the screen during gameplay. Save your money.
