We love supporting new games that come out but theres some bug that we’ve been experiencing lately any time that we try to watch an ad to use to double our profits. The offer will load but wont do anything else except to say please try again later. We really love this game. Id like to have this phone fixed because we like how the dinosaurs are very detailed and cartoony. We love the way they look and there so adorable. Please help fix this problem. With the bug!!!!! But everything else is wonderful. Your doing a great job.
Yes. The game sucked. It was un finished and there was a lot of loose ends. We jump on today? Guess what yall. So much more. Worth looking into we assure you guys. (Huge thanks to the developers!)
We downloaded this game today and it wouldnt let us even play the game we even tried uninstalling it and downloading it again but still its just not letting us play also we have a question about your idle games we enjoy all of you guys work but we feel some of your games you gave up on or arnt updating them we liked the barbershop one but when we got done the first time we couldnt progress with the game and now this game wont let us play it right now but we still wanna give you guys 5 stars so hopefully it shows because Im on our tablet and the stars are shaded black not gold so Im not sure whats wrong there but we hope you guys never give up and we hope you keep making great idle games in the future because honestly we love idle games more than other kind of games its fun getting stuff offline and upgrade it your stuff and people if you have characters like Naruto and them maybe you guys can maybe make another idle game for sword art online or inuyasha we would like to see these games and we can upgrade our characters heck even if not those games Ill still take idle games like this or other places.

Look it is a great game, but you can add something like water dinosaurs or the spionsaurs or other dinosaurs. But it is just a suggestion.
It wont load and we cant do anything its stuck on the loading screen we put it to 5 stars for you guys to see it help us please we even went to the support it said nothing about it.

We mean,this is like Jurassic World but more child friendly. There is a lot of dinosaurs to choose from. We do wish you could add more dinosaurs in 1 habitat. Its still a great game anyway. We love dinosaurs.(and their behavior in the game witch is )just a little more iconic dinosaurs and this game would be much better.

We dont know why but it wont load we tried going out of the app and going back in we’ve tried turning our phone off and on we restarted our phone but it just wont load please help Im sure the games good but we cant play it developers tell us what Im doing wrong.
Now the update is so y can have more habitats like the forest so we have more to do but its a great game but again more updates to get more views. Idea of the mission velociraptor for forest you can add more things like velociraptor in the game.
We hope they make an update so you can level up the marshland to 5 like all other exhibits. Just kinda boring sending expositions only since Im done leveling up places.
Whenever we leave the game to touch grass and something is building it doesnt build.
Ever since Jurassic Park builder was removed from the App Store this works as a pretty decent substitute and we like how upgrade oriented it is, but some of the costs for doing so are quite expensive and can get very grindy. Other than that we wish there was more to do with the dinosaurs such as having times were they escape or the existence of a breeding system to potentially get eggs to hatch and raise. As a side note too the sizes for the dinosaurs seem very unrealistic, though Im not too sure if anyone really cares, figured Id bring it up as a thing to consider changing. Another thing Id like to add is that the system for uncovering fossils/amber is also very expensive and gets very grindy, though again this is just our biased opinion.
You should consider doing a zoo! So many people are looking for something similar to zoo tycoon! It would be amazing. This one is good, but it made us think about the zoo, so just a suggestion you make good games and we’ve been playing since the grocery store and rollercoaster.
Once the game was downloaded we opened it and then we got stuck in an infinite loading screen so we dont now how the game is.
Fun game but needs some updates/additions. Doesnt take long to max everything out. At this point Im only collecting fossils.
We’ve been playing this game for the past few days and it has been fun but when we paid for the dino piggy bank after it filled to 500 gems we didnt recieve it even though the money came out of our bank account yesterday. We’ve been trying to send you guys a screen shot of our receipt but the customer support closes every time we try to do it on this laptop. We would like a refund please since the customer support section is no help to us. Other than that the game isnt bad.
Does anyone know how to get the shells for upgrading the research stuff?
Its not even loading for ours we reinstalled the game to see if that works but pls fix this problem then we will give u a higher rating then what it is right now! Pls send a response of how to fix this problem but other then that ur game is good.
The game is definitely addicting to play. In small intervals its even better as its a good time waster for us at work. Ill update to five stars after a bit of help. We accidentally skipped the dialogue on how to get the fossils needed for research upgrade and cant find it anywhere in our park. A little help on how to get them to upgrade our parks research would be nice. Thank you.
Ill start by saying that the game looks great and feels good to play. Im happy with our ability to pick and choose ads for different objectives while seeing almost no forced ads. As far as things we dont like? Well the screen is very cluttered where it feels like a third of our view is devoted to reminding us we can spend real money in the shop. We feel this takes away from the quality graphics you guys have put time into. Im sure you guys have many plans and ideas for improvements but in case you are looking for more heres our 2 cents. Id love to see a bit more customization of the park to make it feel like our own. We would enjoy more small things to do around the park while waiting for things to finish like view customer profiles or small mini games that could play into dinosaur enjoyment levels. Editing to say that while the ads are fully optional, there is one ad that we keep getting that requires you to press a button every 20 seconds for a full minute. We hate this ad and we dont want to learn about uterine fibrosis any more please.
The game itself is fun if your looking for a tycoon game. When watching an ad for this game it glitches all the time so you dont get the reward. You will spend 40 seconds to watch an ad then not get the reward which is super frustrating!
We really enjoy this game, its a lot of fun and the graphics are really nice. Theres clear attention to detail. But, its hard to get anywhere because the food production need and cost vastly outpaces everything, including the money capacity. Its so expensive to upgrade that we’ve been spending the majority of the game saving for that instead of the exhibits, entrance or parking lot. Im quickly losing interest since we cant get anywhere with the food vs bank issue. Theres also no way to know what the actual food needs are of the exhibits versus the production of food, the metrics given are different and useless.
The game wont load when we first play the game pls fix it.
Been playing for the last few days but we’ve gotten stuck. We unlocked the excavation area and we had used up all our digging items. After we had tried to obtain more (buying with crystals) we started having problems with the game. When we reopened the app, we got the tutorial for how the excavation area works, but because we dont have any tools available Im stuck. We cant exit out of the tutorial and after uninstalling and reinstalling several times we cant get around this problem. Due to the tutorial being active, we cant do anything else and can no longer play the game unless tools can regenerate. We really really was enjoying this game and seeing our favorite dinosaurs and Im really sad that we cant continue to play :(
Jungle Habitat is unlocked with the TRex quest line. Not that they tell you that. You think you’re stuck in first habitat until you finish that. Not ok. Good game otherwise.
For what it is, its good. But we all know mobile games. Ads. The ads arent forced upon you but you can watch them for rewards. However the ads dont give you any rewards. In fact you have to close app just so you can get out of the ad space since it freezes up. Annoying as all get out.
Love it, love the game, love the dinosaurs, love the concept. But we have come to a standstill after having meadow and jungle built, cant upgrade anymore. Dont have, and havent gotten ANY ammonite at all for any upgrades.
We dont know if its just us but these new games that are being released by this company just dont feel the same. We miss the simple art work like how it was when you played idle theme park and idle supermarket. Now its just too much, the artwork doesnt feel right and the games themselves now just feel like too much. We really do love the games you guys put out but we do miss the little guys running around our idle theme park. We guess we just miss the old art work :(
Maybe Im doing something wrong, but we’ve been playing this game for a while and we are unable to get any further. We need Amber for upgrading our vaults and exhibits however, we are unable to attend even a single piece of Amber. We are at this point stuck in the game and cannot move any further in the game and am hopelessly sending out expeditions in effort to get Amber. Is anybody else struggling with this? Am we doing something wrong?
We like everything about the except, we dont know where to buy the other enclosures. We only have the meadow. Where is the jungle? We dont know. Can somebody help?
Way too much waiting time. There are times where we cant do absolutely anything but sit and wait. Its supposed to be a idle game where you can constantly do something and half the day for up to 10 hours at a time we can not do anything.
Hi Digital things. We love your games but us and our dad cant seem to get the game to load. And it is happening to all of the games you make . And the strange thing is that we had this game once and now it wont let us in. The only game we can play is the hotel empire game. Can you please help us see what is happening.
This game was awesome until the most recent update that added excavations. Now most things require amber as well as money to upgrade and it brings the game to a grinding halt. It was more fun being able to quickly progress with just the in game money.
The game has been loading for 15+ minutes without the progress bar even moving from the beginning. The game itself looks interesting but if it would let us play so based on looks alone its 2 star worthy.
So we downloaded the game on the newest update day and apparently it tells us to get shells to research so we could upgrade things but its not telling us how we get the shells. So Im just confused and frustrated.

Its fun and enjoyable but.. It wont let us get rid of our progress (I didnt play for a while and wanted to retry) but we tried uninstalling and reinstalling,didnt work.
We love this companys games usually. This one wont even proceed past the initial loading screen. Im excited to play when it finally works.
Like a few other people have said, when installing for the first time the game never started up, leaving them waiting forever on a loading screen. This happened to us this morning and has been somewhat irritating. We hope it gets fixed soon so we have something to do while Im bored.
We’ve had this downloaded for 3 days and it wont load.
Wish we could play. We open the app and it just doesnt load. Im just stuck at the loading screen staring at the different tips that pop up while the loading bar makes absolutely no progress.
