Im an avid player of HOG. Certain developer games we enjoy exceedingly more than others. We were glad to see Artifex Mundi offer access to their games outside of BF and we’ve subscribed. Was glad DominiApp did the same. We subscribed and now am ready to unsubscribe. Since October 19, we cant take advantage of the free games or the reduced prices that comes with the membership. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The subscription page always says subscribe. We’ve emailed support 3 times relative to this problem with no resolution. We expected better than this. If this issue is not fixed by the time our account is due to be debited, Goodbye. Updated: we did unsubscribe as we stated. After months, little did we expect any response. Oleg inquired if we were still experiencing difficulty. Note, Id unsubscribed. We were torn as to whether we should try again. This developer really has some good games. We gave in. GLAD we DID!! NO PROBLEMS! Enjoying. Thanks Domini. We had to change our rating.
This app could be better! 1. Only shows recently released and recommended games. Cant see all games. 2. Constantly logs you out! 3. Doesnt show the games you own. 4. Im a club subscriber and get a monthly free game, but this month after choosing our free game and downloading just like every month, we didnt come to us unlocked. Sent a support email 3 times and still the say theyre working on it. Seriously whats to work on? Give us our unlocked game, easy peasy. Now Im buying no more games until they give us our game. We will start using other companies.
Ill start with that we love the domini games, but sadly this app has a bug that seems to be an issue for over a year now. On the last chapter where you collect bones it wont let you collect all of them.
Games are good but dont get the discounts promised by subscribing.
We have emailed you guys and sent the requested screen shots and the app is still not showing graphic on the Game tab, the Subscription tab or the View Guides tab. Before the iOS 15.5 update the app worked fine. Can you please update this app?
Over and over, Oleg and Domini told us we would get Epic games. In January. Then February. Then March. Then April. Then may, June, July, and then just this year. Theyre never going to release them, it is all a scam and the app is bad too.
These used to be our favorite games. Now the app is totally blank. No way to access the free game we paid for with our subscription from the website. Already tried to contact support. Email keeps coming back as undeliverable. Will be canceling our subscription and requesting a refund from Apple. Serious problem with this developer. Not sure what happened. They used to be great!
Ai have now since purchasing every game had isssues with three games…. After multiple responses and them asking for screen shots which we provided each time…. They still havent returned our money …. They still keep asking the sam questions over and over again…. Horrible company do not waste your money they will not help you.

We love Domini games and use this app exclusively to select new games. When we launched the app recently the app was empty of games. The framework is there, but there are no visible games. We hope it is repaired soon so we can do some shopping.
We bought three games in a row that all crashed. Now we cant find them in the App Store to leave reviews. How am we supposed to get fixes for these?
App stopped working. Have emailed support a few times already but no changes.
The app was great when we first got it now when we open it there is nothing but blank screen it show no games at all we have cut our phone on and off we have uninstalled the app we un uploaded the app everything and still nothing help.
Has no sound. We deleted it then downloaded it again, no sound either time, HELP!
These people say if you subscribe youll access free games. The catch with the free games is that you if you want access to the skip function, you need to buy diamonds. Every time you ask for a skip, it takes you to the popup where you have to buy a certain amount of hearts. Once you run out, you need to buy more. The games they label as free are not free! This is not worth the monthly subscription. Stop falsely advertising those games as free. None of them are free. Their discount is so low that you still end up paying 4.99 for the games.
If you do a see all under either New Releases or Recommended it shows you a lot of games, but no matter which one you select it always takes you to the same game in the App Store.
Dont waste your time! The app hasnt been updated in several months. Now its not even loading and youre still charging people for subscriptions! Im now owed 5 free games. Customer support doesnt respond.
We got an email that there was a new game today. We went to download it and it sends us to your web site. On every game. The new game evidently hasnt hit the App Store. And we had the same problem as everyone else on the subscription plan. No free game and the games were regular price. We just canceled it cause youre going to tell us to send you an email about it. Why dont you just fix it? Its a pain to have to do it that way. It works without any problems for artifex mundi. People dont want to send an email and wait for it to be fixed. If you cant get your subscription to work without a manual fix then dont offer it.
We just subscribed to this site and we will be paying 5 dollars a month for that and then Ill pay for every game which Im ok with, our question is why are there only 12 games total on this site. Why do we want to pay any monthly charge for that.
We just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are that you are publishing your games under Domini rather than Big Fish. We love HOP games and yours is definitely one of the better, if not the best, out there!
Agree that this genre or developer branching out on its own and away from Big Fish who entirely turned their back on HOGs for IOS is fantastic. Changed to 5 stars today. Glad for the fix!!! Thanks for keeping awesome HOGs on our IOS devices!!
We purchased the subscription, but have been unable to figure out how to get the free game included with this subscription. We thought that perhaps it would work like the subscription with Artifex Mundi, where during the game unlock, you are asked if you want to use your free game key which appears in your account each month. Has anyone else purchased the subscription and been able to get their free game?
Downloaded app but when we download a game ,the game Downloads BUT when we try to open it to play it just Goes black! We so love your games so PLEASE PLEASE Fix!!! Thank you.
Love your games, but… You dont even put out 1 game a month and now you want either $7 a game or $5 per month plus $5 a game? The current game cant be played because of glitches and the last several have all had multiple glitches. Not worth this kind of money.
