Cant get past sock puppet on opening screen.
We have rarely found a game that we actually can play (Im in our sixties)and keeps us engaged. Each character has five levels which increase in difficulty as you move through them. It’s always exciting to discover the properties of a move and then to leverage that knowledge to make matches. We dont know how they came up with some of the moves. There is a lot of creativity to this game. We’ve gone through all the characters and their levels but still enjoy going back and playing again. Now they have a new feature that tracks our best (lowest number of moves) score at each game. Can’t wait till they add more characters and see what new tricks appear!
We hope this game updates soon! We would love some new levels!! This game has mechanics we haven’t seen before, which we enjoyed! It had our brain strategizing our moves unlike any other phone game out there. We just finished the game today. You can complete all the levels, but it does take practice and time.
Really cool design, sound effects and music. More than just matching bubbles, all of the characters have complex personalities and problems. The bubbles correspond to the patients particular psychological issues. Some of the bubbles just pop but others have special behaviors you have to learn in order to beat the levels. And we love the quirky stuff the patients say! Overall, an incredibly well thought out and creative puzzle game.
We wasnt totally sure what to expect from this game but we are soooo happy we downloaded and played it. We havent been able to put it down for 2 weeks. The levels are challenging but fair and we keep coming back for more. The psychology theme is really clever. We like how the developer took a risk on a relatively sensitive topic but in a very tasteful way. We almost have 3 stars on every level which is what motivates us to keep playing. Really amazing puzzle game that we couldnt recommend more highly. Its also our moms favorite game!!!
The design of this game is cool and fun. Its challenging but not frustrating, keep trying, youll eventually get the right mix to clear levels. This is a fun game to play when you have a few minutes. Its also priced fairly with no ads or IAPs. Thank you developer for a great game!

This match 3 style game has a nice variety of matching rules and presents a good challenge. The graphics are simple and attractive and sound is minimal. The concept is humorous. We are enjoying it!
Love this game but it needs to be updated.
Nice presentation and interesting ideas, but its down to complete luck what tiles will drop, no matter how smartly you play its a complete dice roll whether you even have an opportunity to win. Disappointing.
Im not 100% sure Im not missing something, but matching tiles seems like its just random luck that you can manage to keep until you get 50 or more of them. The way it sets up a story with each character and the art style all had a lot of potential, but as of right now without any major updates its not even worth a buck for us, and Id really like to get our money back. We love a lot of the other games Hyperbeard has made and we think they all try really hard to make interesting and creative games, but Im not sure what happened with this.
Keeps crashing and the only time it worked it screwed up our IOS 8.2. Please fix this.
As a psych major who has studied and personally dealt with mental illness and therapy our whole life we were really excited to see a lighthearted yet not tacky game with these themes. We didnt mind paying because it looked fun and interesting. However, we were quickly disappointed. This is not a puzzle game. This is based on pure luck. No matter how much time we spent thinking about our next move or how many strategies we tried, after a certain level, the levels became impossible to beat with anything but pure luck. Also, the therapy theme was not explored nearly as much as we wanted it to be. It was more like a quip at the beginning and end of every game and the icons would change for each theme. Overall we are extremely disappointed in the game and even more disappointed with myself for wasting money on it.
Love this game! Great time killer, plus it doesnt ask you for money which is a plus for us since Id probably gamble away our first borns college fund just to win.
We dont know how this is making fun on mental illness. It may put it in a light hearted way, but it doesnt severely misrepresent or oversimplify any mental illness. It puts it in a light hearted way just like the rest of us do with our depression memes. The game is wonderfully made and we love the art. It does a great job at piquing our interest and separating them from the other characters you help.
We wrote nothing derogatory and simply gave an honest review. Most notable problem with this game is the fact that certain levels (Dimbo final stage) seem mathematically impossible to beat. Highly dependent on luck and even with luck you still have a less than 10% chance to beat that stage. And we know what Im doing since we have mostly 3 stars on every other level. Game is also too short to justify $2.99. It should be a $0.99 game. Otherwise this is a fun and addicting game sans the two issues above.
This game is fun at the beginning,simple little puzzles and all,but when you delve past that its a nightmare. So much luck and no thinking,whatsoever. It gets so frustrating that we feel we SHOULD be in therapy,good idea,but to much luck based,couldve been a relaxing game but instead turned into a real struggle to work through without smashing your phone.
Starts off fun, but then the difficulty curve gets very steep and it gets frustrating and boring.

The characters and changing rules were nice, but it’s one of the more boring match 3 games we’ve played., Just very little tactics, and a lot of randomness.
We were very excited about this game, the preview and idea looked great. After playing some levels we were already feeling more and more disappointment. This is almost like playing a slot machine, pure luck and barely any puzzle strategies possible. The worst matching gameplay we’ve seen. Too bad, we really wanted to like this. We still give 2 stars for design and humor.

This is about speed and nothing about feelings. We think the description is misleading. We did not find this game enjoyable. We wish we could get our money back too. This game is on the trivia list, theres no trivia involved.

New and different is not something you see a lot of in Match3, so this being so innovative excites us! Its really a lot of fun, very challenging and a game we just cant quit! We would love to see an endless option added .. But other than that Im good…. Love it so much!
We admit that the selling point for us was that it was a match three game you only have to pay once for, so you dont have to deal with annoying microtransactions. But Dr. Meep has turned out to be really satisfying so far! Its challenging, and the art style is charming, and the humor is quirky and dark, but doesnt make fun of people with mental illness. Id like it if there were music, but thats the only small nitpick we’ve got with this little game. Nice work, developer!
Sign of a great game… Very addicting. And fast to play. So easy to just play a game in like a minute. Also, no ads thank god!
This game is incredibly on point aesthetic wise as well as fun wise but be warned of the difficulty curve!!! It gets HARD.
So this is a game that we preordered and now that its available, Im glad we bought it… We like the aesthetics of the game and its challenging… Just enough frustration to make you want to keep on playing and 100% fun.
You know match 3but this twists the usual model with every stage.
The puzzles are difficult enough to stay interesting. But, really, its the theme that makes this great. It has a dark sense of humor and silly at the same time.
Unique art, great concept, cute writing, and so addicting. Great fun that keeps us coming back. After a couple rounds we really got the hang of it.
Really interesting concept and neat art, but the difficulty is uneven and frustrating. Would it be possible to rework the sculls? They feel game breaking to us.
Those emotions have no any value. As in not part of the gameplay. Really frustrating game to play base on luck. And lack of any depth worth charging 3 dollar for a dollar game.
