The game is fun if you need to blow time on nothing important.

We really enjoy the game but it can last a really long time. We had to commit virtual suicide by eating a poisonous mushroom because we were physically getting tired from playing too long. It will be great for long rides on the bus.

We know this is just for fun, but we really think this game has potential to be really interesting and attract many others. Have fun and Battle on!

Im giving this 5 stars just to help negate some of the surprisingly negative reviews, but our heart is really around a 4. We really enjoy the mechanics and gameplay, the fact this its easy to put down and pick up whenever you want to just kill some time. Our main gripe with the game is the player level: the fact that cards are gated behind what essentially becomes grinding our way up discourages us from playing. We get that grinding is common in fantasy games, but these mechanics make us think it would be more rewarding if we got cards unlocked as a direct result to our current run being really good, as opposed to having multiple somewhat decent runs. Maybe this was implemented so that people who dont manage to get that one good run still get the unlockable cards? Unfortunately, us being grinding-adverse, this just ends up making us not want to continue. On the other hand, having read that there is in fact a way to escape the dungeon, Im reinvigorated to figure out the path to achieving that. If this is anything like another game we know of with similar mechanics, its less about how many floors you get through and more about how you get through them, so itll be fun trying out different choices we havent tried yet for the cards we (hopefully) have guessed could be part of the solution! As a puzzle game enthusiast, this type of thing really makes us happy :) Overall, really fun game, we like the random events even if the sudden death ones always give us anguish, and maybe figuring out what triggers which outcomes (certain values for stats, previous choices, etc.) will just have to be left to someone much smarter and more patient than we am. (PS: any chance we could get a walkthrough just in case our puzzle brain cant figure it out? :’D )

Its a pretty interesting game, nice to see more Reigns esque games, we did notice a typo when feeding a cat stating the cat ate happuly and not happily.

Im not gonna lie we enjoyed this little mobile game while it lasted what we mean by that is the cards start repeating themselves so you know what to pick and the fun slowly fades but still it is very fun while it lasts and if more work was put into it we believe this could really be a great little mobile game! So we believe 3 stars is a good rating for it its not awful but it isnt great either its just decent and we hope this game does get updated.

Too many encounters only have negatives. And the random full deaths kill fun.

Artix Entertainment has been known for their amazing releases, and there captivating storylines. Dungeonborne is an AWESOME project. It is a great time killer, and its uniquely rewarding. We definitely recommend this game if youre looking for something to do in your spare time, or if youre on the go. Nice job AE, youve made another great one!

We didnt have the ads that HAD to be watched. If you swipe to watch the ad you get a stats boost. If you swipe the other way, the ad doesnt play and you move on. We played 2 times and both times had different cards that only repeated a few times, and we believe they change outcomes. Super fun game to get your brain going in the morning!

Perfect for killing time in line at the grocery or playing someone in bed.

This game has forced advertisements all over the Place you cant even continue unless you watch them. We have played every game this company has put out since it started. We even kickstarted their last game spending over 100.00 dollars. Not once have we ever felt so betrayed. If you want a fun game play Reigns. This game is a carbon copy of it and unfortunately doesnt deliver the same fun or polish. Not to mention you have to watch adds to continue. We would have rather paid money upfront to skip the adds or at lease give the option to not watch them. Sad to see this developer go down this path. We hope the rest of their games dont turn out this way.

Just like most of the other reviews this game is extremely boring and completely filled with ads that you cant escape right in the middle of stories. Not to mention all you do is swipe or push a button there is no actual gameplay to it, if we wanted that we wouldve just got tinder. This company is already under staffed yet continues to work on pointless things like this taking away from the time they could be perfecting their big games.

Firstly, the fact that all you do is swipe and you get random generated cards that says the same thing which is to be interpreted as a story of you in a cave or dungeon.. Is boring. Secondly, they force you to swipe when an Ad/Video pops up, and we cant reject it, making it a time killer as wed rather play a game than watched an ad put on us by default, having no control over it. Overall, terrible game, needs a lot of improvement and maybe just discontinue it completely and focus on your other games. They have more priority than this or many other side-games you guys have created.

One of the dumbest games we’ve ever played and thats BEFORE getting interrupted by a 30 second ad right in the middle of game play (I use the term game play very loosely here).
