Why does it take so long for us to be able to download the the new version? It puts us behind in some of the magistrate building games.

Its a very clever and enjoyable game that most people really enjoy.
We recommend others should play, its very relaxing.
Its a great way to keep your mind occupied & lots of fun. It gets progressively more difficult but lots of challenges.
Playing this game is relaxing and a nice timeout from the monotony of the day. The only problem is the win to loss ratio. Losses outweigh wins by a landslide, making us feel like the only way to win is buying stuff which is frustrating. We will never buy anything as Im on a tight budget. The game will continue to cheat and deal loss after loss, making us not want to play anymore. (And Ive been playing this mindless game for years) Im about ready to delete it and find a new game that feeds into a better mental state instead of this frustration.
Whats with the fog? We liked looking at the whole picture. The graphics are so beautiful. Now 1/2 the board is covered by the annoying fog.

This game has a lot going on sometimes it hard to follow but we can go on and on for hours.
We usually enjoy this version of the game however we can be playing along and all of a sudden the game doesnt make sense! The theme is so much different in the expected direction that we just quit out of frustration. Which is too bad because the animation and layout are enjoyable for relaxing time.
Love spending time on this…..lots of different puzzles so you dont get bored.

The new ads force customers Tom the App Store. We guess they think " get them to the store and they're ours" Again, and again, and again! Terrible programming AND again… Every day, this is poor design. We KNOW we play for free, but really.

We really enjoy Mahjong games that arent timed. We play for enjoyment, to figure out the puzzle. We love the storytelling in this game, and extras in it.
We really love this game and try to play everyday so we dont lose tokens, lol. Its loads of fun and challenging, but sometimes it can be too challenging and we get stuck,lol. We recommend for teens and adults.
This game also keeps us on our toes. We usually play word games and this game helps our spatial sense. The story is also entertaining.

We enjoy the game. We would enjoy it more if we felt we could ever get past the forth level of any building. It takes too many times to the same building to get the artifacts you need. Frustrating for those of us that cannot play as much as we would like to.
Wonderful game love it. The graphics are the most beautiful Ive seen. Play is smooth. However they keep making you repeat each play-set hoping you will see that there is no way you can win that set without purchasing the magic tokens that allow you to scramble all the tiles and start again from where you left off. When you do win against a monster you will,NEVER get some of those tokens to rejumble the tiles so you can win. Never have we picked a box with one of those tokens in it. However after choosing the box we want we then want to click on the ones we chose not to pick. AHA there lies one of those tokens in each box but NEVER in the one we pick. So yes it can be an extremely expensive game if you let it.
Previous quest finished 2 days ago and still no update why.

This is a very hard game and the arca that we have as a prize never have good prizes. The good prizes are for the arcs that we have to pay for. We dont like after battle the monsters and open up the arcs there are never a good prize.
Love the on going challenges. Very addicting.

Not overly complicated and doesnt make it impossible to advance with purchase of items.
Why dont you give the free gems anymore.? It made it so much easier to pass some of the harder levels when you cant afford to purchase then.
This new update causes the game to crash CONSTANTLY. We beat a level and earn something and CRASH. Lost it all.

Playing on both an we-pad and a PC. The game doesnt save our progress when we swap devices.
