Hate all posts to buy games no clue if we have lives or energy. Real Screwy, no organization 15,000 things going on, but it wastes time.
Ive played this game for a few years and have always enjoyed it. We played twice a day, and watched 5 ads both times to get 10 gems. That was all of a sudden taken away. When we inquired we were told that it was random, even though we got it every day for at least 3 years. Today, Ive downloaded the new update with the new event location, but the location does not show up on the map. It was last month that the ada were taken away, and the location doesnt show up this month. This game is quickly going downhill.
Your games take far too long to reach the goal..NOT RELAXING !!!!.. Very frustrating and stressful !!!!!..YOU NEED TO CHANGE.
Game freezing after collecting gold cards in event, so annoying.
Love this game but after every attempt the game freezes and we have to close out and go back in. Very frustrating. Hope you guys can fix it.
Love this game but HATE that you changed the music with the latest update. Leave well enough aloneif you want new music put it in a different game.
First of all, we love this game, but lately there have been technical issues. We believe there are too many new games within the game, making the game glitchy. We frequently get thrown out, the game freezes or we get the deadly white screen. Also, support isnt that great. We purchased some stars/dice, etc., for this game but they posted to a different G5 game that we dont play. Support asked a ton of questions about the purchase, transaction details that we didnt have answers to, because we didnt know where the purchase posted at first. We explained that the purchase posted to a different game. But this issue has never been resolved and we havent purchased since.

We want to make a complaint about the game of Majoung Sheriff. We ordered an item from them, got charged and never received the item we ordered. We followed the procedure to correct this mistake and feel we are being ignored. We no longer want to play this game and we wish to caution others about this game. Got our problem resolved and am playing our game again. This is so confusing .why should it be so hard to get what we paid for. It is ridiculous to have to go through so to get what we paid for as we still dont have our sack of crystals.
We enjoy this game app but itll just completely shut off. And we have to reopen the game all over again while in the middle of playing. Its very annoying and frustrating. And right now it doesnt say to update this game. Why does it automatically just shuts off on its own? And by the way, Ive spent way too much of our own money to each section, to level up, its a trap to get people to spend money to win. Make it more fair and worth playing.
This game is awesome! We play it every night. Even on break at work, and even when we have a few minutes in the middle of whatever Im doing. We enjoy this game so much! Keep up the amazing work at creating awesome games.

We very much enjoy the game. We have developed a problem though. For several weeks we have been watching the ads but then dont receive the jewel. Anyone else having this problem? Suggestions? Thanks.
Is it possible to show the names of every character when we play that building.
The game is ok. Its fun most of the time. Our complaint has to do with those chest that are available for 30 minutes. We wont ever purchase one of them mainly because there is no way to exit and we are forced to watch each chest display what you get and how much it cost. Its stupid and most of the time it catches us when we have 10 minute free energy to use. Your taking time from us by not having the option to exit that. Come on, get it together.
We realized the other day that we were in our 30s when aol started sending out cds. That being said, we have seen, rated, and reviewed perhaps hundreds of games on the internet. This one is consistently the best. The stories they tell are engaging and between 4 and 5 stars for content and entertainment value. The out of pocket costs are minimal, and bugs and crashes are few and far between. In short, Ill play this game until the day we die and considering Im looking at 70 this coming July, we hope will still be a few years from now. Long live Ukraine.
If you like playing mahjong then this game does provide variety. We do not like that the developers do not understand that it is NOT winning if you have to pay for it. Also it is really a bit complicated & confusing as to what benefit all the things in the game give you.
You can not win this game. We have been trying the same level for days and there is no way. It just keeps using all your money.

The game has something wrong with it! Once it opens, it shuts down quicker than it opens. Please fix.
It seems that too much energy is used per round. Its ridiculous to use that much it comes out to almost 50 every time, Im not going to buy anymore diamonds because we feel we are getting ripped off.
We really loved this game, but when we got to the higher levels it wouldnt let us play anymore. We had to constantly delete and reinstall, until not even that worked anymore. Im truly disappointed. Our favorite game for awhile.

We have their Jewels of Rome & love it. We enjoy Mahjong, so we decided to give this one a try. Its like JofR but w Mahjong, so we enjoy it. The quests are fun & the things you earn daily are also great. Also the ads arent too long or too frequent. Ive never had to spend real money to get ahead in their games. Its a keeper.
