We have been playing this game for a very long time and it has become frustrating when we keep trying to collect item to get a completed collection with no results. Always saying we need apples or a certain item and when we try to retrieve it it gives something else. We are now wondering what we really have to do to get what we need. So much time with so little results.
We dont understand what the use of the coins are. You used to be able to buy the dice that would mix up the pieces. What are you using for now.
It is way too expensive to continue tonplay. In response to the developers who say you can use what they give you. Yes you can. They give you a lot of free time but you are not free to use when you want or can play. You have to play the free time when you earn it. Lets face it most people cannot sit at a game for hours. It would be a game changer if we could keep our free time for when we are available to play.
Becomes impossible unless you start spending money.
The programmers built artistic games, but the pricing structure is excessive if not ridiculous. Games get mathematically impossible after a certain point, which is tedious. Its a business, just dont make it so obvious.
This game used to be fun. But now, after multiple updates, it locks up every time we win a level. We are forced to close the app completely and restart it in order to keep playing. This gets old VERY fast. Extremely disappointing.
Our we phone is not updating to our we pad. Please help.

This is a great game we enjoy playing it.
We have enjoyed this game for a long time however after a rescent upload we have been getting a white page notification stating that we are not connected to the internet. Sometimes it appears briefly while other times it disrupts the game and it is stalled. Fun fact: it only happens WHEN we are on the internet. We dont have that notifcation when we are not connected.
This game takes way too long to advance to the next Special Event. Other games have a new Event within 2 days of the end of an event. This game takes over a week.
Why can we not delete our user name & email? We also wanted to let our granddaughter play for herself. It wont let us create a profile for her using our email. She is only 9 and we put all of her games through our email. Safety is our greatest concern.
Although the graphics are great and the theme of the game is addictive, it became clear that as you play, the requirements to use energy constantly increases in each segment as if it is programmed in hopes youll spend money for the demand of more energy to complete. The game begins with, as example 19 energy requirements to enter a building game. However, as you continue to play, it will increase to 25 and continue to increase. Bonuses for energy do not. In summary, its all about getting you to either buy energy or you wont play.
We have been playing this game for years now. Some story lines are more entertaining than others. Really enjoyed this last one: dark horse. The complaint we have is that we cant get the ending of the story! Could there be access to the rest of the journal.
We like the game, but now it keeps crashing every time we open it. Such a shame. We see other reviewers saying the same thing but no fixes yet.

You have to wait for the ad to load10 seconds here, 30 seconds there. So annoying! It really ruins the game for us.
We love the game, would love to play it more, but it has in game ads that freeze and crash the game. Takes 8-10 reboots for it to work, and then it crashes after 30 minutes or so.
Its a very fun and exciting game. Watch out youll spend more time on this game than you think.

Some match games make it extremely difficult to move forward. Not this game.
For those of us who live in a very rural area not serviced by Comcast or Verizon (or any broadband/fiber optics providers), it is so wonderful to be able to play any G5 game without an internet connection and we thank you! The games, graphics, challenges, and rewards, plus the thrill of opening new buildings within each settlement keeps us playing daily. Reading about how each building enhances the community is a nice part of the games, also. Please continue to develop different communities/countries. Thank you, again, for afternoons of fun.
Would be a great game, and one we dont mind spending a little coin on, but in three hours it locked up three times. Had to restart iPad to get working each time. Very frustrating.
We see the ads so l download these games, but we never see the games that are advertised, so what happens to those.
How did a pair of shoes go from 4 gems to 13 gems? Also not getting new rooms to open.
Enjoyable game yet currently we are on the page where we were given an option to reset our password.. Now we are stuck on the page that says G5 friends on upper left corner. The upper right allows for a review. It also allows to report an issue yet that doesnt wrk either. The part that works on this page is the review option. Thats why we are responding to you with our technical problem in the review area. Its the only option that works. Everything else on this page is frozen or not available. Please help unfreeze so we can get back to play time. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. This app needs to be re-coded. Tried talking to their support, but our comments were ignored. The issue is that this app constantly drives CPU utilization to 100% for extended periods of time, causing the app to hang, and eventually crash. Our device has ample CPU, storage, and memory capacity, and the system monitoring app we are using verifies our complaints. The only workaround we have is to disconnect from wifi. The app works fine after that, until wifi is re-connected. The app then starts failing again.
We like the variety of games, graphics are great!!! Good job.
Not really sure how you get to new levels to get rid of the smog Please let us know what the goal is and what all the symbols mean.
The game play seems to have balanced out. Yes sometimes we run out of moves and have to repeat the level but not so often as to frustrate us. We dont like the fog. Too much white. Cant you just put a cross of chains and/or a lock or jail bars and the sheriff badge over the areas instead of all that white fog. Is it possible for you to post a picture of the full map as it is at the start of the game (without the fog)? Have a way to access a place with the description of what the tools do and how to get rid of blockers accessible during level play. The pause menu may be a good place for this. Im working on making a chart of what items are in what level to make the market place quests easier as many are found in multiple locations.

We like that if you get stuck on a certain match game you can play a different one to get your mind off of it.
We play a lot of the G5 games and the more we play the more we notice a lot of this that make us mad! (1) even when we play everyday it says we missed a day (2) when you use a color bomb or what ever its called it doesnt take out all of them (3) when to move object to let it moves it to the right or other way around Dont get us wrong it is a great time consuming game gets harder and harder. Well Im still playing this game and its 2024 it takes our mind off of real life stress and we see some discrepancies at times but its ok because this game is challenging and it relaxes us.
The 2024 Easter updates been announced for days but the Apple App Store doesnt have the update. The G5 site states there arent any issues. This makes us wonder.

This is the only app that is the one constant. We have deleted apps based on graphics , easy play, etc this app keeps us engaged great app.

We deleted the app on level 26 when it became impossible to win any level due to the very few number of moves given. The idea, of course is to encourage you to spend money. We like our alternative better. We will say, however that we found the game clever and entertaining until that point.
While we find this game very entertaining we are totally done with how much money has to be spent to continue to play it!!!we think that if you have turns remaining in a game they should be saved or banked or something and that there should be more ways to get jewels than just spending money! So aggravating. Dont be fooled, as you reach higher levels it is nearly impossible to win without having the ability to increase turns and in order to do that you need jewels, which cost $$$$. Its fun but very frustrating in this respect. We just want an interesting game to play that isnt going to cost us money all the time just to continue playing.
Fun game but have to wonder about a game that offers bundles for purchase for $99.99. Also very glitchy lately.

This is the first review we have written. We really like this game, and have been playing a long time. However, over the last month or so the game has started to cheat. When you make a match of 5 or more, it doesnt change to dynamite. Same with making other multiple matches no reward! Its seems that the developers have made the game unfair. They dont want anyone to beat their game. You make multiple 4,5,6, matches to get dynamite etc. You dont get the reward you earned and then have to use boots or diamonds you have or purchase more special items in order to advance. We really like the game, but after we use the diamonds, boots etc. That we have we are deleting the game. Although we are at a high level. Do not waste your time or money on this game. It is unfair and cheats. So sad and frustrating.

We like the game but there are quite a few inconsistencies with times and rewards. The union tournaments will just end without notice even if the time remaining is 2 days. Some of the union members will not be able to participate. Sometimes the rewards are amazing and other times they are pathetic and not worth the amount of effort put in.
Please post the standing of the finish so union members can learn where they placed in the union event. Perhaps in the Union hall along with the amount of time the union mem took to finish the event. Please and thank you! -Pam Jones.
We were knocked off site again and did not receive picture winnings. This has happened too many times. You need to fix this. Our internet is working fine so not our problem. Happens again we will consider not playing this game again. Thanks.
