After our new psi update we could not play with our friends it would not upload just a blue screen.
We used to be addicted to this game but since the last update its riddled with bugs. Our entire hand will disappear from our screen and the only way to get them back is to completely restart the game. Really annoying. It also doesnt accurately count point down sometimes. This last update really ruined the game.
We like the game, and play it a lot. However we have noticed games won and lost have stopped being incremented. That is why we gave it a 2 star. We would like to have this corrected as soon as possible and we would increase the review to a 5. Thank you.
We wish there was a warning if you put 2 melds of the same card up one the board. Sometimes we need to but we have to watch pretty close that it doesnt happen accidentally.
Please create an exit button on the home screen, so we dont have to keep shutting our phone off to get rid of this stupid game from our screen.
Hello James, Hope you had a great weekend. Our weekend could have been better if there was chat feature within the game, James. Our sisters and we play better when we can verbiage squabble , James. This feels personal. We have been playing over 5 years on this app, we want to communicate with other players. Please James for all that is holy, chat feature, please James. Also we think all players should have to have a wild pile to go out.
App was fine until a few weeks ago now it constantly crashes almost every time we try to play our turn. We also wish you could block people or see who you are playing with before you start a new game.
Really like this game, but a few things need to be fixed. Just now we had seven tens, three pairs and three wilds to lay down. It kept insisting there were invalid melds on the table. Redid three times. Finally laid down only six of the tens and the three pairs and that made it ok but not so much for the player. Had to wait till next turn to complete the tens. Also really dont like the inability -as far as we can tell, and we searched rules and emailed before that option disappeared – to pass or knock when in your foot and dont want to discard. HAVE to discard or game wont progress. Also, to end the game, cannot go out without discarding something. Both of these have cost us innumerable canastas and points in just a few games. Ive been playing the computer but if we were playing a person it would really tee us off. Last game something we could have played if not required to discard gave our opponent a red canasta. Not cool. Please fix, or if theres something Im missing please advise how to bypass the discard requirement and still progress and or end the game.
Reduce the number of black threes, Aces and 2s to the same quantity of cards as all others. Stop deliberately losing. The opponent today discarded a seventh Ace that would have one the game. Improve the opponents play to stop required moves that result in black melds needed red melds are achieved. Loss record is terrible, defeated well over 90% over thousands of games.
If you beat it too bad or often the AI playing you will start destroying you for a couple games or so. Many times Ive been way ahead or won. Then suddenly we cant meld at all, the computer melds immediately, and wins without us drawing another card. It also continually gives you back your last discards. You decide to keep the card say a 4 youve been trying to discard and discard a 7. You start getting 7s and no 4s. And repeat for any card you cant get a meld.
We love your game. It is very simple to play and is well thought out. One request; the ability to turn off the volume. Thanks.
Hi, James! Wow. What is there to say? We were introduced to this game after a drunken relative decided to pull out a deck of cards as we digested our Thanksgiving dinner. Boy, oh boy, what a world we were introduced to! After successfully beating all our relatives in person (including our sister who is a complete snake!) we decided to download the app. All we need is the ability within the app to chat, so we can destroy our opponents in person as well as damaging their already weak psyche. You know Jamesits a fine line between Canasta and Hand and Foot, and we would appreciate if you could distinguish the difference. (Bolivia = bullsh*t).
Screen is a bit small. Game mode should be in settings and it should allow you to customize options instead of only having two selections to choose from (extreme & normal). Otherwise, app is nice.
We could, for many years, play down on our canastas. Some game we still can but not always. Do we get updates auto or by asking developer not asking.
Fun game but only 2 red/clean canastas and 2 black/dirty needed to go out. Not challenging enough! :( Please make this customizable, where users can set the number of each type of canasta required in order to go out. For example, our card-playing group requires a minimum of 5 red books, 2 black books, 1 Bolivia (wilds), and 1 book of 7s in order to go out. It would be awesome to be able to set these requirements in this app. We guarantee more people would buy this app with that feature.
We have been playing this game every night with a friend for 5 months. We play the extreme version and love playing it with one exception. It will favor one player over the other for weeks. It is so annoying that we dump games over and over because the spread is crazy. One person will get several thousand points while the other will not be able to pick up either foot. Then it switches and the loser becomes the winner for weeks on end. This really a silly way for a card came to behave. So, come on fix it.
We enjoy the game, but will let us start or load game using current version on IPad running current IOS update. Please update app.
Start by saying this game only allows two players to play at a time. It should at least allow 4 players. Thats not the reason we dropped stars however. About every 4 hands or so when you go out and send your turn to the other player then the game comes back to you and you have a phantom card in your hand and the score you went out with isnt honored. Ive lost multiple games (not hands) due to this error.
Constantly having to reset the game to have even a slight chance at winning after a few hands. When the AI gets exactly the cards it needs while we sit waiting with nothing but wilds or nickles watching while it goes out, its very frustrating. And when we do win a hand, we can bet the AI will make sure we lose the next one so it can catch up. Annoying and Ive been playing for a while.
App on iPad does not recognise our wife which means we cannot initiate games with our wife on our iPad. Our iPad has a later version iOS than our wifes. When we enter her email or phone number we get a message unable to start game try again later.
We play a different online multiplayer game of hand and foot, but we like this for playing by ourselves against the AI. We tried playing one online game against one opponent but it would take days between turns. The cards are too small to see to play it on our iPhone but it works great with our iPad.
Scoring in the millionsseriously? We get infuriated every time the scores tick by. There are glitches but for the most part plays pretty smoothly.
Fun to play. No bugs. Challenging.
Our friends and we played this all during Covid and beyond. Love the options that you can change such as number of wilds and when you can add to melds.

Its stop telling us when its our turn. To play. We love this game.
We love playing this game but it stopped giving us any notifications of when our opponent moved. It did for a long time give those notifications then randomly stopped. We have notifications turned on on both phone and the game and it still wont notify us. Kind of takes some of the fun out it.
The AI cheats. It puts unrelated cards into an existing Samba and then changes their suits and values so they meld into that Samba. However, the AI apparently cant cheat fast enough to avoid a screenshot. We have sets of screenshots of 14 separate occasions showing unrelated cards in the AIs Samba followed immediately by a second screenshot showing those unrelated cards changed to make their suits and values meld into the existing Samba. That said, we find we still really enjoy this app. We do insist that it start a new game whenever it cheats, but since Im always way ahead when it happens, we suspect Im being manipulated instead of levying a penalty. Lol.
This is by far our favorite. It is challenging, fun and addictive. We play it when we should be doing chores. Play it and you will love it. No kidding.
We must be alone in our irritation of finding misspelled words in an app offered to the public as a product. But it is an indication of the unseen mistakes in the code. If they cant take the time to spell opponent correctly.you get the point. As for the game, it is functional but has glitches that makes it run awkwardly. As for extreme, its extremely easy to beat.

We have played this game 2 or 3 times a day since you first published it in the Apple App Store, decades ago! We have sent you several letters in the past asking you to . . . PLEASE, PLEASE and PLEASE BOLD the circle and number on the Navy Blue Card playing Table. Or, change the Navy Blue Card playing Table to a Light Blue color, because it is almost impossible to see the small faded black circled numbers on the Navy Blue Card playing Table. When AI is left after picking up the discard pile, loaded with BLACK THREEs & we go out, AI does not get charged the 100 points per the 3s. There have been many times the discard pile will change its contents. We have noticed this multiple times. There may have been a Joker as the initial discard and when the pile is picked up totally the Joker is not there. In the last hand we played there was a 7 of Diamonds in the discard pile (that we needed for a Sambas) when we picked the pile up it became a 7 of Hearts. We enjoy beating the AI (High Score) and Even when the game cheats, Ive won.
We love this card game, its one of our favorites. However, when playing with AI, its totally unfair and its becoming annoying and not fun anymore. Whenever we discard a card, we seem to always pick it back up again, every song time. The AI, always picks up a card it needs but it takes us several rounds before we can get the card we actually need. But by that time, AI goes out. We love a challenge but the cards are not randomized. Ive been playing this game for years.
We are torn, we love this game, we love playing both the computer or with friends across the country. But there are so many glitches in the app it becomes very frustrating to play; such as: in the middle of a hand it will close the hand, saying you or your opponent went out when in fact neither did or when we discard and on our next turn it shows we still have the cards we played and discarded previously! We dont mind paying for the app but we wish they would take a hard look at it and fix all the bugs.
We love playing this game however the game stoped giving notifications.
Yes the numbers are small but there are lots of cards, we get it. With that said the game is addictive and a blast. We grew up playing this game. We just got our son playing it as well. We made attempts to play together however that is where the issues are; in order to play the game together we have to manually update the game. It kept telling us that it was waiting on the other player even when he finished. That extra step really is a pain in the butt. Fix that and we promise we will play until late in the evening.
The notifications have stopped working. You have open the app up to see if its your turn. This must have happened during an update.
Even on our oversized iPhone Pro max its a strain to read the cards. Otherwise, its a terrific version of the game. We hope for a redesign with larger images theres plenty of room on the screen.
Not random at all. Computer dude gets many red 3s, we get the black ones. Hes out before we have enough points to even lay down cards.

We just tried the online option. Our opponents turn does not show up on our iPad so we dont know when he has played. We checked and it appears that we have the latest update. We think that we would enjoy playing online if it worked correct.
Been playing forever. Suddenly the rules are changed, which Ive never played by or understand. Something changed. Please help. We are so sad.
The best app out there for HandandFoot. Super polished and works very well. Customization is pretty great but we would like to see the option to choose how many clean or dirty books it takes to go out. Rather than extreme and normal. HandandFoot seems to be a game with rules that change slightly depending on the family. We play with three clean two dirty to go out so it would be nice to adjust this, because we can just see our mom and Aunt throwing a fit about that if we try to play this in multiplayer.
Ive had this app for several years now and we still love it! Plays fast, its clean and not all cluttered or overly animated. The developer has kept up with it, making improvements and fixed over time. Its all around really great! You should get it if youre looking for a good, simple hand and foot app.
Sometimes you dont want to take time to teach friends how to play this super fun yet complex game or take the time to set up for the game this app is perfect! You get to choose if you want to play the jail break version with sambas and canastas or to play the original way (we suggest the jail break version 100%) The layout is simple and easy to learn read (some say they are to small of font to read – maybe an option in the future would be to a have bigger card option?) Otherwise we how this creator continues making these games without adds every 5 minutes. We would happily buy a game from them again! (Maybe look into the game Bezique? We would love to get in your game style!).

Im giving it 4 stars because we hate how it sometimes says its our turn after the other player played and then it tells us waiting for other player so we have to forfeit a lot of the time because it wont let us have our turn.

Very hard to see card numbers.would be nice to be able to pick a deck of cards with larger numbers.
We play this game daily. We dont have friends to play with so Im stuck playing the computer. We win ALOT~ but we feel the computer cheats so regardless of playing Im getting sick of it. Id rather loose to a fair game than win a rigged game. UPDATE: deleting app. Im sick of playing a rigged game.
