Chat has not been working in the game for a while. Have asked for help from zynga but no responseplease help.
When are you going to update the levels. We have been playing this game for at lease 3 years. We are at level 95,which is the highest you can go. We are starting to feel this game is a waste of our time. Because we have been at the level for a year or more. We sure progressed to levels in the 100s. When are going to update. Thinking about stop playing.
We have a lot of complaints. First and foremost are the cheaters. A legitimate player cannot compete with cheaters who put up millions and sometimes billions of points on the tournament and other events. We complain and nothing is done. Why try when a cloner is in first second and third place? Next we have been at level 95 for years now. It keeps saying more levels coming soon. When? We have lost many players to boredom. The events are all recycled. Nothing is new. And most events are top heavy on 1 or 2 items. An example is the trireme. All it wants is sugar. And most items take a whopping 30 to 45 min to make. Progress is too slow. Trying to produce enough sugar takes away from other things and events. It becomes a job not an enjoyment. We have stopped playing a few times and come back hoping things have changed. They have not. In closing the cheaters are the biggest problem. We can live with Zynga lack of involvement in running the game. The game itself rates a 4. Zynga's stewardship rates less than 1.

This app is amazing but it had a little slip up with our account it glitched and changed our level and island we are hoping that they will fix it but we still highly recommend this app!it is enjoyable and fun to play it is entertaining and calming and we look forward to playing it every day hope yall feel the same! All the updates youre doing arent doing anything to the game and having three different games go in side one game is ridiculous and for asking for so many things to be made is also ridiculous we dont spend money on these games . So many people cheat its not funny. No one has a chance to win or even get 3rd place or even 5th place. We do enjoy the game. But we work and cant play everyday. We have been playing since this game came out. We use to play original farmville but got tired of having to make so much stuff. Rant over.
Many errors, lost of mystical creatures, not being able to boost as an error states 20 boosts were used when we have done 0. Zynga needs to go over all bugs and fix them so all players can enjoy this game. Demoted without understanding , question asked for explanation. Play daily ,do all events, sell and buy enough to stay on top of our game Bugs need fixed to stop.
We love playing, very frustrating because there are always glitches and connection issues. We called our service company many times for service calls. Its our internet, its the game. Only happens when we play this game. Its pushing us to play other games.
We have reported our issue twice. We cant activate boosts, says Im at our limit but we havent been able to do them for three days now. We have unicorn which is not helping our team since we cant activate. Now tonight we sold our items for ship but it didnt record any. Frustrated right now.
The game would be much better if they got rid of all the cheaters.
We have lost loading ability at least 20 times in the last year. We troubleshoot and nothing. We contacted the company several times and nothing. We spent a lot of time and MONEY on this game. We cant even retrieve our gems that are just sitting somewhere. Before our Chat disappeared on this new tiny island our chat says they see our REAL island but it keeps starting us from scratch. If there is no progress in the next week. We quit.
Zynga is in with the modders on cruise.
Jeepers Paradise we were on level 42 almost to 43 and then now we are Back at level 5. The funny thing is we are still part of the beach club we were before this happened. We are able to send and receive sunshine. It keeps telling us to upgrade the game and there is not a way to do so. Tried about 15 times to do it. If we get a fix then we will just delete game and find another one to play that wont send us back to the beginning after reaching a higher level and all without warning.
Please bring back castleville.
Our progress is lost because every time we open the app its frozen. Is there anyway that this can be remedied.
This game has taught us to pay better attention to detail and organize better. Our products sometimes have a way of disappearing from time to time. That pisses us off, but we cant seem to let go. Lol.

The game was amazing until we got to level 14 and our screen froze. We can not do anything in the game which has cause us to uninstall and redownload and still no use. We loved this game now we have to uninstall for good.

Our favorite tire of farming game. We love the whole island farming vibe <3 :)).
We dont know what is going on with this game but we are on level 33 and the game just on a freezes screen . We have rebooted, connect reconnect on wi-Fi and it just stand there. We are having problems on the iPhone, iPad and our computer on the desktop. We are loosing points. We have done all that we can do and it is NOT WORKING!!!! AND ANOTHER THING we HAD TO TURN OF NOTIFICATIONS BECAUSE we CANT DO ANYTHING!!! Im HOT AND MAD.
We like this game. We dont have a lot of money to spend. Due to this – we dont mind watching the ads. But to many times Ive watched the ads and didnt receive the reward. Im not going to waste our time watching ads and not getting the reward.

Its a good game but they really push you to try and spend money on the game. Its hard to manage everything and get everything you need with the lack of diamonds you get.

We love this game, but every time when theres a new event, it just forces us to do it. No X button, no skip option it just makes us do the dang tutorial for the stupid event and we have absolutely no interest in doing it. Very annoying, and event items take up so much space in our boathouse inventory that we do not have enough room to store any more island goods. Please stop forcing us to do events if we dont want to participate in them.
We wish we could listen to audiobooks on libby while we play! It allows audible and YouTube but not libby.
We were playing the game and we dont like that the rice and other things take a lot of time like the rice we need the rice to do sushi and other things but we then need more stream rice but the rice takes 1m not one minute one month to get a little and we really hate that other then that love it there is more but it ok thanks for making this gamethanking the team who made this game.
Dont waste your time refreshing the market its the same no matter what you do. The amount of Events you need to participate in is crazy.

We have played this game from the first week it was introduced. We loved the graphics and concept. Unfortunately theres a glitch in the game that sets your daily competition back to the beginning which extremely frustrating.
The game is fun, but it freezes at level 14. We have tried all of the suggested fixes and contacted support but nothing has worked. We have deleted and reinstalled 3times and have to start from the beginning. Every time it freezes at level 14.
Extra games that come to island such as Resort pass can not buy Resort pass for IOS 18.5 iPad 9 th generation. Also sometimes when you buy pkg game does not always give you the VIP points nor will they reimburse you.
We love this game but we havent been able to play in almost two months because of glitches. We have been in contact with customer support and they cannot help us solve the problem of the game reloading trials of the enchanted over and over every time we log in – if we can even log in! Half the time it stops loading at 36% and we cant even open the app.
Our dad blocked all the games and if you respond, a notification will let us reopen this app. Pls+thx.
The game is fun and us and our mother have been playing for a long time but our only real complaint is the amount of events yes it is nice to have them every now and then but its almost constant but over all still a good game.
Im still new to the game. So far the only thing Im having trouble with is adding fellow island players that we know personally, to add them in the group. Not sure what our problem is? Other than that its a fun game.

We used to love this game until problems started and were ignored by the Help key used to contact Zynga player support all you get is a pre-programmed response that never really addresses your individual account problem. Also been promised More Levels Coming Soon for years with nothing ever happening. Level 95 is it, never any more. Also some game points are offered if you reach a level ending in 5 or 0 which is obviously impossible at highest level of 95.
Overall we like the game its fun we just hate that its take like a million coins to buy anything and also you cant really just not participate in the special holiday events cuz it forces you to do a full walk through and theres no bypassing it or just ignoring it. After the walkthrough you can ignore it but we hate that it makes you do that in the first place.
We purchased diamonds the other day and didnt receive them.
This game used to be good. If you spent money you would get your money worth. Ive played this game off and on over 10yrs. Buying gems for boost. And Ive recently come back and now when we buy gems and use our gems to buy boost we only get purple boost which Im spending 80 gems and out of all the boost we get one yellow and the rest purple or we get a timer and the rest purple mind you a proper set is matching timer yellow and purple star.!this used to be a good game now they just ripping people off for there money. Good game but dont spend no money with them. If you do prepare to be robbed.
Great game with many mini games within which makes it more fun. Wish more levels would be added and more animals as it has said they were coming soon for a couple of years now.

We really like the game, but it is frustrating that all of the people in our group, with levels lower and higher than ours, all have lower requirements on things. For example the enchanted requirement for ME are almost 200 for 1 animal nothing ever under 150 and everyone else the most they ever are required is 55. WHY!!!! Getting these animals are almost a necessity and its IMPOSSIBLE for us to get 1 animal. Then the cruise is so unfair and we can get screenshots of obvious cheater and you dismiss them. You can pay for 2x boosts, yet there are people who get 4x and 6x boosts and that is impossible without cheating. It is out there for everyone to see. Yet they are allowed to take 1st place every single time. Also in the cruise, the teams are not matched. There are teams of 20 with average level of 80 playing against teams of 10 average level of 22. How is this fair. Very frustrating and make the game not fun. Please fix these errors and cheaters.
