Relatively easy, been playing for several years. Two things we dont like is the fact when they are bring out a new little game to play it actually holds you hostage until you view all details of the game. You are forced to click through even if you know the process. Second thing we dont like is that after you reach a certain level it takes a much longer time to move up for new plots, trees and gaming huts. Other than that we do really like the game. If these two items would be addressed, we would give it a 5 star review.
This game is weak and keeps crashing and takes a long time to load.
Dont have and our iOS is up to date and also updated our app whats up.
Wow, out of storage in less than an hour and need diamonds to get more room. So sick of these money hungry half boring games..
Purchased a gem pkg for $11.99 but it billed us $28 for two pkg then again for a 3rd pkg. We contacted support with screenshots. Now they said they gave us 3 gem packs on our account. Hello we only wanted one! Gems arent even there and we cant log in on any device. The login glitch happens multiple times a week. Constantly having to un/reinstall. Now Im out $40+ for a game we hate now. Theyre failure to correct glitches/issues borders on fraud when you take $ and do not provide the goods. We truly dont understand how this app is still in the iOS store other than Apple & Zynga not caring as long as they get their cut we guess. We are contemplating a fraud complaint against app & filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office if we dont get our $ back. You can not run a business like this taking peoples money for this dumpster fire of a game. Its predatory. Update: 2 days later and cant even sync saved game and still no gems. Another support contact & waiting again. Still out our $

Cheaters take the fun out of the game. Every quest youre up against, groups that players have millions of points always win. Its impossible to beat them. Turning them in is worthless. Also, charging such expensive gems for special guests is ridiculous. Decorations are never updated. They need to expand the play area. They need to have a separate building for building and event items so you dont keep clogging up the storage. We play daily and wonder why.
We really enjoy playing this game. We have a problem with getting the creatures in the grove using enchanted crafts. We dont think a player should lose all their points when they fail to get enough points to get the enchanted creature. Most of them require 100 or more points to get the creature with only two days to get the needed points. It is hard to get the points even using the boost and we have no control of the number or when we will get enchanted crafts. Also why do the supercrafter enhancements go away if you dont use them. All the other things accrued using enchanted creatures stay in your inventory forever.
App freezes when load initializing at 36%
Theyre forcing new events on the islands that make it almost impossible to play our regular daily game. They require us to spend real money.
Screen wont work if you touch it to move it wont let you do anything.
Loved playing this game until we realized it is a scam. We made certain items, spent the time, $, & resources. Made sure we had them in our storage and when we invited the guest everything magically vanished with our resources. What a joke! Im not giving this games creators another penny!
As much as we lie this game. There is a glitch on the mystical creature island. We had a boost and we had used 5 different orders (3 w/ 4 things and 2 w/2 things) and when we got back in the game, it was telling us we needed to choose a mythical creature when it was 8 more to finish the creature to be out on the island. All of that was a waist. Very irritating. That has happened before. We may quit this game we this keeps happening.
Oh. Our. God. Once upon a time we loved this game. We have re-downloaded it several times because we remember how fun it was, but every time we log back in (after going through an unnecessarily long tutorial before being able to log in through game center) we cant even play the game because im constantly having to tap through dialogue and tutorials for events that we do not care about. Just let us play the game, please. We just deleted the app again because it is so annoying.
Edited review – Huge cheat and unfair money grabber. Delete. We’ve only been playing for a week or so, and its fun – but very glitchy. Between freezing during watching videos and updates making things disappear, or repeatedly being taken back to the homepage for initializing, we have had to delete and reinstall at least 3 times. Cant you guys make the game a little more stable? We dont have this issue with the other games we play regularly every day (Matchington Mansion, Township, Hay Day, Homescape, Gardenscape, etc.)
We have been unable to play our game for a month due the Monkey Temple attempting to open. We even submitted an email to tech support with no response.
We used to like this game. Now its all dark and it gives us a headache. Also theres too many side things going on. You got the cruise, the submarine, all kinds of animals to keep happy. Too much!

We requested our account to be deleted because we want to start over from the beginning, but it wont let us tap check status, since they think Im offline but Im not; we are connected to the internet and our cellular data is strong. So now, Im stuck on this screen where it says account blocked. We’ve tried everything: restarting our phone, playing the game off of WiFi, and deleting and reinstalling the app, but none of those worked. Please fix your game so we can play it again!
It has definitely become our favorite recently! We love Atlantis and Klondike but have become frustrated with the short playtime and our top favorite got deleted a few years ago so we’ve been lost until we drifted back to this one. FarmVille always had us invested until so much was forced on us, then we played each new version but this works the best. Great job! Please keep loose and comfy play possible always. Some games crowd that out for competition or money . This one lets us relax into it and lose myself. Thank you!
Wish there was a store where we could buy needed supplies if not available from the boat. We have 5 million coins that Ill never use. Also would be nice to be able to chat with other players not in your club. Ip getting frustrated – game is so glitchy its getting hard to play. Also been promised more levels for over a year – almost nothing to play for anymore.

Every time something new is happening, the game forces you to see the new changes even if youre trying to click out of them. Sometimes, we just want to chill and grow our pineapple, Im not always trying to veer off to a new adventure it is definitely very annoying that it doesnt even let you click out of it until youve gone through with it.

Why am we not getting cruises?? Was a 5 star, but now that we dont get cruises we give it 1. So sad, that was the fun of the game. Hi back again tried everything to get cruise. No cruise still. Also cant use our boosts. Is anyone going to get back to us on this? Please.
We love to play the game but the mermaids got us Stucked. As soonest we open up we can no longer play this is going on for weeks. Get rid of the mermaids.
This game is SO much fun to play! We had to delete it because we stopped playing it for a couple of months and the modes were change every week so we would haft go watch a video and do the whole story line for the season and it would kinda glitch our phone out. Super fun to play.
We used to play this game many years ago so we have an account at a high level. We randomly remembered about the game and went to reinstall it. Once we did, we tried signing in with apple and even logging into facebook, but the game keeps us at the beginning level and doesnt change to the level we were at last. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the game before and have had no problem logging in to get back to our progress so Im not sure what to do now. We still want to play, but we dont want to have to start over. Not sure if this is just some sort of glitch on our phone or if the developer changed it somehow.
We played this game today for the first time in a long time. Im using the current update but its annoying that we cant listen to music or podcasts using Bluetooth and play this game on silent mode at the same time. Every time we open the game it shuts off whatever Im listening to, even when we just flip back over and press play again. As soon as we flip back to the game, audio goes away. Thats enough to make us not play the game anymore.
We have played this game for months. Over the last few weeks several aspects of the game have stopped working. We attempted to use the player support chat and got what we considered bot responses. At this point we cant even play because our game is stuck after they started a new event but we were told it will be 48-hours before someone will respond. We love the game but its frustrating that we cant play it and cant get help in a timely manner.

We have been playing the game for over a year now and we used to play it every day, but now ever since the octopus came our game freezes and the octopus starts over and over , we have been trying support to fix the problem for about two weeks now, and now we cant play it anymore. And yes we did all of the trouble shooting and deleted the game 5 times and tried to start over and we still have the same problem!
This game constantly has issues. The dont seem to mind taking your money, but they are slow to fix technical issues. They will lock you out of your game for days or weeks and offer you little to nothing for the inconvenience. We’ve found that we complete tasks and then items disappear forcing us to do it again. We believe the game is definitely designed to steal your money. We are not happy at all with this purchase or the functionality of the game.

This game was fun when we first started playing but has quickly become Very Frustrating! The game glitches all the time! Says you have no internet connection and boots you out of buying or selling crafts just at that moment when the item you have needed is for sale! The game Rips you off!!! We have purchased the Mega Pack numerous times. The pack is comes with 400 gems, 20 sunshine and 20 quicksand but because we already had 20 we had as not given what we paid for! NOWHERE does it tell you this! We had $10 on an Apple Card and purchased 2 Power packs @ $2.99ea. It was the end of the weekly tournament and we were battling for 2nd place, first place was 100k ahead, (which is another concern) so when we went to purchase the 3rd pack (only allowed 3) we find that our money is gone!!! Idk when we do the math it doesnt equate! This is NOTTHE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!! What you purchase is not always what your gonna get! We have contacted customer service numerous times and all we get are automated responses giving us websites to go to that arent even related to the issue! We live on disability and cant afford to pay to play games. This was a treat and e died up getting tricked!!! Hmmm is it Halloween ~ Not funny! Super Ticked off!!! We could go on about the time it takes to craft items in comparison to the time you are given to get it done! Its ridiculously impossible and thats where they get you with buying gems and their special packages dont be fooled – dont get screwed.

We have tried to write to the support team twice that Im not getting our 2X points on the cruise because of our VIP points status. We have not gotten a reply, nor has it been fixed.
We could not get the game to sync. It said we had to update it but there was no update to be seen and it started from the beginning.
