I’m unable to make purchases on iOS.
Dear Hero,
First, please ensure that your device hasn’t been jailbroken.
If your device has been jailbroken, then please delete any in-app purchase cracking software such as iapfree or iapcracker, and then confirm that your device’s UUID is normal. Then trying to resume making your in-app purchase.
If you still are unable to make a purchase, please follow the steps below to seek support.
1. Enter the Apple support center and choose the iTunes icon in the lower right corner.

2. Select the “Contact Support” option in the lower left.
3. Select “Contact iTunes Store support” under iTunes Store.
4. Select “Purchases, Billing, & Redemption”
5. From the pop up options, select “unable to make iTunes purchase”
6. Select your desired contact method.
