Skin Wish
At Troop Lv 91, and at VIP level 5, the Skin Wish system will unlock.
Every 48 hours players will get one free wish chance to receive a random hero skin fragment. Aside from that, each wish costs 200 diamonds, with no limit on the amount of wishes purchasable. Every 20 wishes, the player is guaranteed to get a random whole hero skin card.
