We love the game but there isnt enough time to play 15 minutes is ok we guess but us personally want more time but overall great game.
We really like this game! And yes the space the OG one needs is allot so this helps a bunch, the time issues is whatever u pay for technology. We also downloaded the ORIGINAL GAME, but we cant play that at all, we have enough space for this game and 20 some other games, but we cant play the OG one! It loads and boom crashes ever time! But thank you for this one cause it doesnt crash when it loads up.

Great game overall. We like the free trial, and how it doesnt take over all of your phone storage. The storage issue is what caused us to switch over from the original version to this version. We think that the main issue is that the fifteen minutes back to your free trial time isnt enough. We feel it should be thirty minutes back. But really amazing game.

Its such a great version of the actual app but you only get 15 minutes per day and sometimes if you want to grind or you dont realize the time, you will run out of time. Not to mention, we have the same high quality graphics but it is always not very clear like a bit blurred out. Overall, a really good app.
The game is great for people who cant download the original game because of space issues! But, we were playing the game normally, Then we logged off for the game, The next day, our whole account was restated without our consent. Please fix this. Because this issue caused us to quit the game, completely.

As a casual player Im so happy that an app like this exists. It runs as smooth as it did on our PC (when we had space for it lol). We usually buy the 550 minute pact which lasts us about 3 weeks to a month, along with logging in daily to claim 15 minutes whenever we can, even on days when we dont have time to play.
Im going to be honest we love this smaller version but it hurts really bad when we try to play with our little sister we only have a short amount of time so please maybe give us mor time just take of the time so we can play as long as we wish we beg you guess please! Just think about it please.
It takes more storage without original game, but this is much better, but the original game doesnt say your game time ran out, but this one does. Can you please remove that. So we can keep playing it because we like this game a lot.

The game is really fun but the time to get in game is INSANITY! It takes loads of time to get in but the game and the perspective about it is just cool! The animation everything!! We love it All we need is just genshin fixing the time to getting in its just hard to wait all those minutes you know!! But honestly everything is just a 10/10 SCARAMOUCHE MY BELOVED!! Okay, we love this game. Its Genshin but less storage, and for that reason, thank you. But only 15mins?! Thats insane! Barely enough time to complete one task. Please at least make it 30.
For us, our storage is always fills up very quickly so with this app it doesnt even take a GB. We love this app so much. It is amazing. Its perfect. We love to recommend it to all our friends and this game also makes it a lot easier to play Genshin.
We really love the game but can you please make the time limit longer? Its so freaking short, make it to 40 minutes l swear you company are money hungry when you literally have a big company.
We love the game, it takes up way less space then the original. It's just as fun and doesn't take long to login and start playing. One thing we don't like is that time limit, we hope they can remove it or even extend it. But over all a really good game.
The time limit is TOO short, Im sorry to say this, but please fix this game and improve the time limits because, 15 mins? Its basically 5 seconds while playing the game (quests, challenges, etc) please make time limit longer but still, its a GREAT game.
Starting from last week, the game instantly crashes when we try to open it, despite us having 600 minutes of playtime and a stable WiFi connection.
We quit genshin for like 3 years because we had no storage so we love how we can play without a game using like 60gb on our phone, however the quality is very pixelated even on 60 fps (which isnt a big deal but it would be alot better if it wasnt like that bc we mainly started playing genshin because we saw how good the graphics were) but we hate how the devs r so money hungry like wdym we have a time limit to play a game and if we want more we have to pay money like hello.
Taking a free game and bumping the storage requirement up to 30 GBs when it was once 15 or less is insane. Making a second game to combat that absurd storage requirement and charging $30/month to simply play it for whatever time you wish is INSANE. If it was a smaller fee Id get it. But 15 minutes daily, with only 280 minutes for $3 is crazy. We have played this game since release. We have stood by it through thick and thin. We ONLY quit after years of playing because we did not have the storage we needed, and when we saw this as an alternative we were ecstatic. We absolutely adore this game, and we wanted nothing more than to play it again, but as a person whos family is low income and cannot afford $30/month for a game, Im deeply hurt and disappointed. We beg of you to please do better.
This game is so money hungry its not even funny, like why do we have a time limit, and when Im almost about to beat a boss, it always makes us reach our time limit, just dont waste your time downloading it.
Whenever we switch the quality it keeps lagging badly and we had to wait 20 secs to connect our internet back to this game its so laggy.
When we got the original version of this game we really enjoyed it. So we wanted to get another game by the creator, aka hoyoverse. We attempted to get Honkai star rail, but we forgot that our storage space was VERY low, so it didnt go as planned. So we decided to replace it with Honkai. But we thought it felt kind of boring at first( no offense Honkai fans), so we replaced it with this game. And we realized that it didnt just take less storage space, but also, It solves ALL of our problems with the original Genshin Impact. The graphics are much more cleaner, and we thought that the cloud version would mean there would be like a special update or something, but this is actually much better than a special update. And we also realized that every game can be boring at first, but once you get a little more further, it gets more interesting and fun. So we got both of them and we like both of them! Tysm hoyoverse 4 making this btw.
So you know if you log in every day right every 30 mins but you can stack it the time we have right now is 5million So just do this trick and you will have more time then 30 mins please Genshin impact dont fix the glitch please.
Its an amazing app but the time limit is so short 10 minutes? Can it be at least 5 hours or more? Because theres so much that has to be done like quests,building characters,wishing etc if you could make it more time then itll be amazing thank you.
Would love longer check in rewards but it is fantastic when it comes to saving storage and the graphics are good as well though if you can we would definitely recommend the normal Genshin.
Its often low quality but we LOVE THE GAME SO MUCH its because in the regular game we dont have enough storage but we love this one so much.
IF F2P DONT SPEND MONEY ON HE ORINGINAL GAME WHY WOULD THEY SPEND MONEY ON A GAME WITH BAD GRAPHICS (we KNOW IT DOSENT USE A LOT OF STORAGE) BAD SIGINALS TO OUR POWERFUL WIFI.
The graphics arent really that good even though we use the best graphics the game has to offer. Thats only when the game actually lets us in though, most of the time Im left in a waiting room for upwards of an hour just for it to kick us to the back of the line when it comes to our turn to load into the game. Its better to either stick to the full download game or to not play at all.
One thing LOVE IT! The fact that you only get 15min a day isnt really much but we dont spend that much time play Genshin Impact. If youre somebody who has 32gb or lower Get this version cause its great for people with low storage space! If youre somebody who has 64gb or higher Get the other version cause you can experience more fun. When we got the real version we were only able to play the demo which was fun but not much compared to this with people that have low storage. Im not saying that this version is bad but it will be better gameplay.

We love this app, the regular genshin is far to much storage so this is great. The prices are good, and people dont understand that the technology is worth money, so yes, you have to pay. We dont know, maybe more time would be good everyday, but this app is here for people to buy because they have no storage.
Ok we didnt log on for 3 days thats when we try to log in our account and it signed us ok. Not a big deal but when we try to logging in it says Account error or password and Im not sure what to do.
This is an overall great fame but we can't go under water in areas? Like WHAT?! And this is on us but we split time with our mom and dad so half the time we have to get free trial for like, four days.
As a person who doesnt have enough space on our phone for the original Genshin Impact the cloud version really helped except the fact that we only get a certain amount of minutes and if we wanna play for unlimited time we have to pay really made us NOT want to play the game anymore. We get that Genshin needs to make money somehow but there are other ways to do it then to make people pay for minutes to play the game, the whole point of Genshin is that its free to play but having to pay for minutes or wait to get as many minutes as you can just goes against that. We love the game but just get rid of the minutes.
The game is great. The quality is good, and it doesnt take up storage! The only problem is how we ONLY get 15 minutes a day. Thats barely enough to do much, considering how much you have to do. (Quests, character building, wishing, etc.) Id suggest you make the daily time given higher, or just remove it overall so that everyone can enjoy! :).
It only allows you fifteen mins a day (apart from the bonus mins you get at first). We play on pc but its nice to have this on our iPad in case we quickly wanna check smth or if Im a busy sometimes and quickly condense resin/do dailies. Way less storage ofc so thats nice too. It does have options to pay to have unlimited time but thats definitely not worth it when you can literally get the other version for free. Overall good.
We enjoy playing this game when we still had our 13 pro max, after some unfortunate event we had to step down to a smaller device. Now we cant even play original game on it. Had to download this but the mf cloud game wont let us play because our network isnt fast enough or up to a certain speed. We play with same network on the original app and it was fine, no issue. In our country, Its difficult to play the game in high ping, please consider this.

Can be useful if you want to complete your dailies on the go without taking up a lot of storage. We would mostly recommend this if you just need to sign in quickly since there is a time limit, but the 5 hours you start with give you some wiggle room. Id still recommend downloading the full game for longer sessions if you can.
Its actually really good and the game actually looks good and its not laggy if you have good wifi, the problem is that they only give you 30 minutes each log in , so if you want to play for more time you have to log in and not play, but this is inconvenient, we would love for it to give at least 50 minutes.
The game is good but one we dont like its the time when u first join its 5 hours but for then own ur time runs out and then u have to wait so if hoyo see this pls delete the time or add more so we can play.
To the person or group who made this not to be rude but pls fix the time or take it off the app its really annoying cause today we were allowed to pls it for 15 minutes and we understand its for hardcore people not to be on it 24/7 but pls take the time off -pls write back.
We love the game, but the free playtime thing is very annoying. We have to wait until midnight to play 15 more minutes? Our device does not have the capacity for the main Genshin Impact game, so this game is the only alternative.
