• S-Rank Agent Dialyn (Stun – Physical)
A member of the Krampus Compliance Authority, outwardly working as Rep 2493 at TOPS' Cross-Department Customer Service Center and handling difficult, sensitive, and other "special" complaints transferred from customer service departments of all of TOPS' enterprises. In reality, she is one of Krampus's judges, an identity known only to a select few TOPS executives and Krampus members.
• S-Rank Agent Banyue (Rupture – Fire)
Originally an anti-Hollow robot developed in TOPS's early days, he was fitted with a core logic to "eliminate Miasma at all costs." After failing a mission, however, he was abandoned by TOPS and later found by people from Waifei Peninsula. By a stroke of luck, he gained the form of an intelligent construct and gradually developed self-awareness. He later joined the Krampus Compliance Authority on Dialyn's recommendation.

Love this game sm, we won all our 50/50s and even when we lost once we got Hugo after 1 pull later! Heh.
Movement is fluid and doesnt feel awkward when performing certain actions. Animation and music choices blends perfectly with the vibes that this game achieves. Definitely one of the best Gacha games Ive played.
We would just like to say we really do enjoy the game, but we wished there were some bad things that were changed. Its an amazing game though we wont regret playing it though sorry if we dont make what Im saying clear enough.
If youve wanted a console quality gacha game, its right here. Great stories you dont have to grind for. Loads of content, and genuinely fun gameplay. Its all right here. Just play this. Whatever other gacha youre playing probably isnt as good (but if youre looking for a standard normal game that is probably a better option.).
By the time that we wrote this review, we couldn't find any F2P game that has such a sastisfying combat like this one.
Us gust mucho el juego e jugado desde el lanzamiento y es bastante divertido, no us gustan los juegos gacha este es el primer gacha que juego y sinceramente us sorprendi e tenido muy buena suerte en el gacha, dan bastantes recompensas, los personajes son divertidos de manejar, un punto que us parece dbil es la historia, la historia de las versiones (1.0-1.7) us gustaron pero desde la (2.0) no us a parecido muy interesante el rumbo que tom la historia principal principalmente por hacer que el proxy entre en las cavidades us molesta un poco porque el chiste de faetn es que puede comunicarse con los agentes desde afuera de la cavidad entonces us parece medio estpido hacer que el proxy entre, pero bueno realmente no estoy aqu por la historia estoy por el gameplay el sistema de combate es bastante divertido y relativamente complejo para ser un juego de celular cosa que us encanta.
The only gacha game that we actually spend money on.
As someone that doesnt have a lot of free time as we use to, this game is an amazing mix of just logging in a few minutes, or having a fun grind for hours depending on how much we can play, and every single piece of movement of this game is filled with so much quality. The devs just do not miss. If we could rate it 100/5 stars we could.

We started playing ZZZ because of Lycaon our beloved, but wow this game is good. The devs actually listen to community feedback, every update has tons of new and engaging content, and the combat experiences are excellent.

ZZZ is One of the best fighting styles and gameplay in a Gacha game. The story is perfect and the characters every unique animation are top notch.
We preordered the game wayy back when, before it was released because we had high expectations and zzz executed them flawlessly, absolutely great characters with amazing personalities. We love the idea of characters being a part of a faction, and them not holding back on character design! This game has been a very enjoyable experience both on mobile, PlayStation and pc. We hope they continue on with listening to their community and giving them want because thats what makes a good game.
The character designs are top notch, animations are fluid, the combat is amazing, the developers listen to the community, the list goes on. We only wish for more male characters seeing how their designs are always top notch but the others are still just as amazing.
This game has better fighting than most if not all games in this genre with an engaging and interesting story. It has many unique characters with pretty easy ways to pull due to how many resources you get from playing. However, some story points seem to be forgotten. There are repeated styles for certain designs. Many male characters get treated with less fairness than female characters. End game content can be harder if you dont have the newest characters. It isnt impossible to use old characters but its still difficult. This, or a previous update depending on the time of this review was made by developers to fix these problems. The devs listen to all feedback and actually put effort into fixing problems. Thats why Im giving this game five stars.
Never been a fan of gacha games until we tried Zenless Zone Zero. It has the following recipes for success: a good story, great music, amazing gameplay mechanics and even better characters, we can guarantee you that there will be at least one character youll like. This game just has it all and just continues to raise the bar of f2p games. The amount of content this game has is insane. If youre on the fence of trying out a gacha game for the first time we highly recommend you give this game a chance! PS: the voice acting in the game is soo good especially the EN version 10/10 :).

Goated game better than silk song.
We like combat and sometimes story games so this is a Masterpiece but one problem is that some part of the community is a bit weird and etc, but over all we love the game and play it often.
Genshin impact allows you to only download some of the game so you can still play but for less GB. We needed that. Please add this feature to ZZZ because we legitimately cant play anymore.
In terms of quality and life this game has come far; some might say the removal of TV mode stripped it of its identity, and we'd agree that the story combat segments can be mind numbing, but we think they've been somewhat incentivized to make up in the 3D environment for TV mode. Our favorite change however are the buffs that some older characters have received, which we believe Hoyoverse does not do in their other games. In terms of 3D environment and overall content, we wouldn't argue against the idea that Waifei Peninsula (the central 2.x location) leaves A LOT to be desired. Stylistically, there have been a few unique character designs including Seed, Orphie, and Banyue; unfortunately for ourselves and other fans of Lucia and Yidhari, you receive a questionable mix of character & design – they both have almost identical clothes to Yixuan. In terms of environment, Waifei as a location is pretty bland outside of a few cool areas like the mountainside and Lemnian hollow exploration. Without spoilers, from the initial patch, Yixuan was established as a ridiculously powerful agent, and the story had to compensate for this by making the most laughable absences for her through the bulk of each patch. Despite the buffs, we think this game forces blatantly shilled endgame content and HP inflation as much as, if not more than, Honkai Star Rail. As for graphics, we recommend using MetalFX with resolution on low or medium to upscale while leaving the character and environment quality on high. Aside from effects, we have every other setting on low or disabled to spare power for 120 fps, which makes it more enjoyable than PC (locked at 60fps) for us.
So after playing since launch, we can confidently say that ZZZ is the best Hoyo game, and one of the best gacha games in the market right now. That being said, theres an audience for these types of games. Overly sexualized characters COMES WITH THE PACKAGE. We get that the gender disparity is getting out of hand, but wdym that these characters are too sexualized?? It is a goonbait gacha game. All there is to it. Dont play if youre going to lash out at the devs because of your sensitivity.
EVERYTHING IS MIASMA BASED other than that its great.
The gameplay itself is rlly good but the problem is device issues. Its extremely laggy if you play on an older model and it doesnt even work on Mac without using a sketchy porter. Other than that the game is pretty good.
Zenless Zone Zero is a really good game, and its definitely amongst our favorites. However, if we try logging in with the correct email and password, it keeps saying theres an account/password error. Even if we change the password, itll still decline it. And if we try enough, it locks our account, which is very frustrating, seeing how we cant play a favorite of ours. Please fix this.
We have downloaded this game three days ago and it still hasnt loaded.
We saw this game from one of our favorite gacha pulling YouTubers last year, and wow.. We were immediately in love with how everything worked and the gameplay, as well as the cool looking characters! So happy we gave this game a try, we regrettingly stopped playing during certain patches despite how amazing they were, luckily we were able to play todays patches and they do NOT disappoint.
The gameplay feels fun and immersive for once in a hoyo game not the same old fighting you can do story hang out with any of the characters and if you ever get bored you can stop and log off for the other day its fun and jam packed into a game not only that their is extremely nice and attractive characters we can pull.
Honestly we dont mind it just some of them look super sexualized. The game is great! We love it! Uhm we also love we can chat with ppl.
We love this game; we swear, if we had some nice thing to play this mobile instead of our phone we would play this on a mobile device. (Might get a gaming device just for Zenless).
So far one of the best gacha games, but hint of advice, you may want to stop making all males A rank, make new player modes to help those with low agent stats get better chances for polychromes other than shiyu defense and deadly assault, you also need to put more action than lore to be able to get better story in chapters, we also want to address that you stop taking so much storage since our mobile device lags, please and thank you.
Absolutely amazing game. From story to battle. However the game is starting to heavily rely on support class and sometimes it cant happen due to not being able to pull those support classes. Some characters need a heavy new upgrade, its come to the point that some characters basically became useless. But we have a heavy trust for the developers and know they will give us a better update. Honestly seeing a side story of each character getting an upgrade would be amazing like what they did with Anby but without it being a new character.
We like combat style, story, and character development including buffing old characters which most of games refuse to do so. Amount of Poly rewards keep increasing, and the developers announced they will improve power up mechanics. We are glad that developers are listening to concern of their players.

Been a long time mihoyo enjoyer ever since honkai impact and we can confidently say this is our favorite mihoyo game so far.

This is the best gacha game Ive ever played. But, theyre going in a direction that tries to force players to spend money by making past characters irrelevant. People will still spend money, you dont have to be predatory on peoples FOMO. Thats immoral and youll eventually lose your player base outside of the top 1%. Dont kill your own game, please.
Great game dont get us wrong but some of these fans are so godamn annoying like Ill go to see any sort of fan content and half of it is Gooner slop for these little cave dwellers to consume. But we mean every game has its bad side we suppose but besides that great game.
We dont have enough storage on our ipad, because well- idk, but thos takes up WAY TOO MUCH storage! 27GB!? That is way too much! Please reduce to like idk 15 or smth.
They bombshelled with Manato and the story continues to develop in a satisfying way. This game is on par with wuthering waves for us and look forward to the coming updates.

Its genuinely a good game to play, doesnt take up as much space as before, is F2P! Sad part is the fact that all these characters just make you want to pull by how handsome / pretty they look! It genuinely makes us want to cry at the beauty that they have.
We feel like they improved a lot in many ways, such as the story, the characters, events, combat, etc. Since we started playing. Its always fun to play it everyday and hopefully they continue to make it fun every update.

People who review bomb because a character isnt what they want are losers in our opinion. We think Lucia look perfectly fine with her new look and Im happy that we dont have to spend loads of money for maxed Komano. It saves us money and we get the cool dude.
