We didnt grow up speaking English so we could watch all the other shows kids grew up watching. We grew up playing this game and Im so excited we found it again. Incredibly nostalgic.

Love this game!! Played it ten years ago when it was fresh on iPod! Redone loaded and just reminiscing always fantastic, Donut Games.
Ive had this game on our iPhone for years. But we never played it until just recently. We found that its definitely a lot of fun and pretty entertaining. The only complaint we have is that the graphics are awfully small on an iPhone 11. The way one has to hold their iPhone, too, and work the controls on the screen can be a little awkward at first. Some of the in-game features like passing the white flag checkpoints dont work if you end up dying, you go back to the beginning of the level and NOT to the last passed checkpoint. But the game is challenging and entertaining! Definitely has a retro feel to it which is nice.
Hey doughnut games please add a difficulty button because some levels are so hard to complete and also please make it so joe has more lives like maybe 4 instead of 2 (even though there are extra lives in the game that give you 2 extra tries in the game. Overall the game is very fun to play.
We've always loved this game and we finally beat all the levels with 3 stars. It'd be awesome if you added more levels.

We love this game! D-pad ftw, we beat the game with it Hard levels (for us): Brown Shaft 10 Green Shaft 6 Green Shaft 9 Purple Shaft 2 Purple Shaft 6 Purple shaft 10.
Really fun it reminds us of mario but much more fun love it.
GOLD MINER JOE IS THE FUNNEST!!! But the controls are so hard to use. We were about to collect the last piece of gold in shaft 10 we were trying to jump over fire but it wouldn't work then it just automatically went right and we lost! Plz make it better and we will give 5 stars.
We have this on our PC but this version is different… If you earn extra lives you can't keep them for future levels like on the PC. Also the controls are sketchy pls fix.
After 5 levels it's not the best in our opinion we like their other games A LOT better waist of money.
It is ok should make it so you can have multiplayer and guns in this game.
