We know this game has been for ten years already but, can u brings any new features to this game? Like new cars, new tracks, even the inside of vehicles? This is the best car racing game on iPhone but needs to bring something new to make it more fun. At least we hope so.

You get to have everything once you pay that small sum to get the game. There is a variety of races. Ai and driving can be modified in different ways for different players. You're held to a higher standard of racing in GRID and this game's not like any other for your phone or tablet.
This game looks like it was made for a PC, runs like it was made for a console, and somehow plays on an iPhone. We thought this would look worse plugged into an external monitor, but somehow it genuinely looked like we were playing on our PC. We showed a friend without telling them it was our iPhone and they said it looked sick thinking it was a PC. ON A PHONE?!?! We would pay for this game a second time just to keep playing it we literally love this game. Also on top of that they have a pay once play forever model, which is rare in these days and telling of not only how incredible their game is, but how honest their developers are. We wish there was a way to donate money to this game and to their developers. If you add such a function, we will gladly do so. We hope whoever developed this is this reading this. Thank you so much for making such an incredible game, we dont know how you do it but we appreciate you.
An insane amount of car options the details and the backgrounds really took effort. The graphics out run every other mobile racing games by a mile although, we were wondering if you can adjust the map into night time and if so how? A recommendation is maybe adding open world to just drive around for fun if thats an option.
Better then Real Racing by far, Best Racing app on (Phone) wish it had multiplayer like the original.
Most games on iOS have a cheap and manipulative feel. This one is like playing on a console. Not just the graphics and the menus but the gameplay. Theres no catch, no ads, no desperate attempts to hold your attention. Just a classic racing simulator.
No other racing game on the App Store can compare to this game, been playing this for 2 years now and its still good.
No big performance difference coming from the 12 pro max to the 14 pro max.. Game needs to be updated with a few more modern cars and improved graphics.
Was a bit hesitant getting such an old game to showcase the power of iPad Pro but it was worth every penny. Such a great game.

In 2022/23 its still the best graphics game and also gameplay. Nothing has still touched what they have done.
We love the graphics on this came its literally like if your playing on a pc but in mobile there is nothing that needs change c:.
Other games focus on drag racing or drifting or milking you for in-app purchases. This game is tunable between somewhat arcade-like and fairly sim-like. No gimmicks to string you along. If you want to race the fastest cars in the game on day 1 you just go to quick race and do that. We love the optional manual gear shifting and other gameplay tuning options.
Ok so we completely am satisfied with this game. Its well worth the one time cost and we have very few complaints. The only complaint we can come up with, and its more of a suggestion than a complaint, is it would be really nice to have a better replay feature. Especially having a TV camera replay view. The only option for this is the view that toggles between multiple views. If would be much better imo with a stand alone TV broadcast camera view. Also it would be cool to have either a drone or helicopter aerial view as well. Other than that we cant really complain. Its a perfect game and you can tell the Debs spent a ton of time on the details One more suggestion, more options for the demo derby. This could include more tracks and car selections. The camera suggestions above would enhance the derby too imo. Tracks like a common figure 8, and even oval racing. Additions to this could make this game even better.
We bought this game just because hoping to challenge other players online ! The game is wonderful graphics is amazing Physics is fabulous Everything is fine but MP mode ? And one more thing is the tech group is not evolving the game at all ! Why not ? While there is lots of games that are free to play for years and still get updates services why you dont expand the game at all ? What a waste to stop revolution this beautiful game ! We really love your game Im having a hard time finding the circuit of americas on the mobile version.
While this game is certainly a masterpiece to look at and play, it has already crashed 3/4 times , that too while Im on the best case scenario as Im using it in iPhone 13 Pro Max. We wonder why is this crashing all of a sudden. We gave it a 5 star rating cause this game is console level . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DEVS FIX THIS ISSUE . We love your game and we want it to be fixed. PLEASEEEEEEE we HOPE YOU GUYS ARE GONNA WORK YOUR MAGIC.

TL;DR at bottom Before getting into the review, we would like to state that this game is intense. It is not for the causal gamers out there. This game straddles the line between full on simulation and arcade. And while you can tweak the settings such as handling, abs, and traction control, it still takes some finesse to fully understand and control each car. In any racing game, the AI is super important. And we are happy to say that the AI in this game are beyond excellent, they are DYNAMIC. No longer are the AI riding on rails like in RR3. This means that they will weave left and right and right to left on straights to try to break the slipstream. It also means that they will divebomb you and go for the gap on the inside of you have not blocked enough. The AI will also try and block your path, meaning that if you juke to the left to try to overtake, the AI will also do the same to try to block you. And yes, the AI WILL MOVE UNDER BRAKING, which can be somewhat frustrating. The AI are so dynamic that fighting for 10th place feels like fighting for the win. The AI arent perfect bots also. Each of them has a distinct personality. Some of them will be more aggressive while others are more cautious. Some will be risk takers while other AIs will sit at the back and capitalize on your mistakes. Speaking of mistakes, the AI also makes these errors. From spinouts due to too much throttle to full on punctured and missed braking points all create full on drama and action in ever single race. No race is static and it is all to play for until you cross the finish line. Speaking of errors, the damage system is beyond belief. Entire front and rear bumpers, rear wings, windshield, hood covers, doors, and even tires come off the cars if you sustained enough damage. If you damage the tires enough you will get a flat tire or steering damage that will pull the car to the left or right automatically or maybe even both if you got too much damage. No damage is complete with the little details. You can even damage your engine if you over rev the gears in manual mode or if you step on the brakes/gas too harshly. These can result in transmission damage, leading to slower acceleration and lower top speed. No racing game is complete without the handling physics. These cars handle like a real world car would. You have to be gentle on the gas and with steering if you want to make it out of a corner. Too much gas or steering input will lead into a spinout, unless you are in a FWD or 4WD vehicle. Each car and class (touring, street, endurance, just to make a few) is different also, similar to the AIs. Some vehicle will have great top speed but will oversteer more. Others will understeer but have great acceleration. And a few of them will have horrible traction out of a corner and require a delicate throttle input but insane acceleration and top speed. Each car will take time to adapt to and no two cars are the same, similar to how no two AIs are the same. Graphically speaking, this game looks the best. Real life sponsors, car sponsors, and even fireworks during night races makes you feel like you are really driving at that location and provides an incredible atmosphere. If you have a powerful enough device, you can increase that graphics clicking a toggle on the settings that will add things like motion blur, further render distance, more visual details in damages, and dynamic reflections in vehicles just to name a few. We would also like to note that the tracks in this game are plentiful. From the racing tracks that beam with shining lights in Yas Marina, pitch blackness of Spa forest, undulating hills of the Alrgave circuit in Portugal, and street tracks set in Chicago and San Francisco just to make a few, this game has it all. Oh did we mention that these circuits have multiple configuration and can be raced in reverse? While all that is great, there are some caveats. The interior looks like something from a 90s 2d video game. If you were expecting RR3 standards, then you will be disappointed. The dials are 2D static images, mirrors dont work (rear view included), and the inside is complete dark which means cockpit camera is absolutely wordless. You might as well use the hood view than cockpit camera, unless you want that full simulation mode like we do. TL:DR If you want the best racing game that has the best visual, the most dynamic and realistic AIs with distinct personalities, and dont care about interiors of the cars then this game is for you. Each AI and car have different personalities and with so many tracks and configurations, you can have endless possibilities of choosing what to race.
COTA from the PC game is so much fun, we would kill to play it on mobile.
The game is amazing and we love the effort that you have put on this port and this is a 10/10 racing game to us and definitely deserves the price tag. But out of all the games you could have ported, why did it have to be autosport? You could've ported racer driver grid or grid 2 which were both our favorite games in the series. But still love this game and the massive effort for this port.
We really need stock cars (nascar) and oval tracks.
On new iPad Pro (4th gen), graphics options are no longer present. There is only an energy saver option. Really need this updated to bring back those options.

Not going to make this a long review but if on the road or traveling and you dont have your PS5 with you dont worry this game has the same or even better graphics ever! Im always playing this just wish we could play our personal music and also hear the the game at the same time but besides that Im speechless.
Honestly we love the game but it occasionally logs us out for no reason is there a reason why cause we have a iPhone 12 enough space please help.
We know the outside world features are really great but you guys have to do the same to the heading above. The inside car or first person graphics looks like a blur. We will be grateful for you do that amends. Thanks.

Its a great felling Simcade. Playing with a Backbone is fine. Not enough in terms of fine tuning controls such as dead zones and sensitivities. Looks good with solid performance. Biggest disappointment is car choices are abstractly categorized and those categories are directly tied to track choice. Secondly is the AI is horrendous and spoils the otherwise fantastic career mode. AI doesnt obey the same physics and has catchup mechanics for both the player and the AI. The game tries to force you into not winning nor getting blown away at higher difficulties. Hit goes from too easy to impossible. It feels like it wants you to place 5th-3rd even though Im setting fastest laps.
The game is great but now that we had to factory reset our iPad and reinstall the app, it just hangs at downloading the extra content. Ive removed the app and reinstalled again, same issue. The download servers need a reboot or the clowns in the us int com cant properly set up fake servers. What do you expect from clowns? Too busy crashing planes into their own towers with their he.brew friends.
Tilt Controls stuck in full right turn lock position, other steering controls work but changing tilt controls, resetting in settings, and restarting the game have done nothing to fix this problem.
Was not easy had to delete and reinstall.more than once.working now. Still have some trouble with DLC, not sure if all the stuff we purchased has downloaded. Love the game just wish it would be easier to install and maintain.
After the initial game prompt for installing the DLCs, we selected all of them. It prompted us to download the All Pack extension. After it finished downloading, the app remained in processing state for more than an hour until we decided to quit it. We were able to go around the problem by enabling each DLC one by one and restarting the app each time. Sadly, it was a terrible first experience with the game. Other than that, it seems to be a good game.
We understand games crash. Thats a thing. We get it. But make sure the game is saving in between somehow. We honestly cannot remember the last game we played, mobile or otherwise where when the game crashed, we restarted the game to find out that we lost an hour of progress thats ridiculous. Especially if youre gonna charge for this game. This should NOT be happening. Again, we dont mean the game shouldnt crash, we mean that the game should not be losing an hour or multiple races worth of progress when it crashes.
We have knocked this game from five stars down to three. Here is why. This is the first time we have been right in the middle of a race, and the game kicked us out. So we lost all progress in that race. Maybe the problem is with the latest IOS update. Also you never addressed our question concerning when you give your partner instructions, wether they follow them or not. There is no longer any audio confirmation. You guys very rarely fix the problems we complain about. You need to update your game a little more often. If you fix these problems it will go back up to 5 stars.
This game is good, but it doesnt really have physics like Grid and wait. WHY DIDNT YOU HAVE TO ADD RACEDRIVER: GRID ON IOS.
Dont get us wrong we love this game but Ive never seen any app on our 5th Gen iPad Pro crash this much Its extremely Underwhelming to see a worthy Triple A Title fall short like this we appreciate being able to send crash logs and emails but its not enough Developers if your reading this, Please put out an Update to the Game cause we paid money and cant even play it.
We bought all three Rome apps and this app as well and to our surprise all app apps total four from u developers these apps dont function at at all hopefully eventually the Apple App Store will kick u loose after enough complaints waste of money and time.
The game does feel nice. The driving is realistic and the graphics are good, etc. Unfortunately, we were unable to load up any career races whatsoever just minutes into installing the app. It would consistently crash each time we tried to start the race. We have an IPhone 12 Pro Max which is odd considering this is a newer phone for this to be happening on. If this was not an issue, this would easily be one of the best racing apps on the market. For now, it is deleted until we feel like trying to install it and try again. Any app that charges over 5 dollars for its purchase should not have any technical issues as catastrophic as this.

Just wiped our progress because of how easy new game is to accidentally select and a bit sad.
Period. Get it. One of the things that make it the best is that it is a one time purchase, just like a real video game would be. Not this "subscription" nonsense, which is obviously driven by greed. We will not even consider a game that you have to "subscribe" to. Thanks Codemasters, this is a home run. P.s. Much better with an outboard controller.
We love this series on the console. We finally decided to buy and play on our iPhone 12 pro max. It looks and plays wonderfully! We also have the Backbone controller which is part of what makes it so awesome. Ill be honest we havent even tried the game without a controller but it plays almost perfectly for us. Also the sound effects for the cars are top notch.
5 Stars hands down. Graphics are outstanding and racing is excellent very challenging. If you love to race high performance cars With a Consol experience this is the game for you. Lots of upside all around. It is a bit slow on loading but this Im sure is because of the high Quality graphics and realistic features of this game.
If only we could play it on Apple tv.
We love the game. We connect our ps4 controller and love it. But we need some multiplayer options. And maybe even some free roam options.
This was the best 9.99$ Ive ever spent. But we would like a working acelerometer and velocimeter. Anyways 10/10 guys, keep the good work.
