Something wrong with our game. Wont play and we’ve email developer 3x and know response. Anyone else having this problem?
Very relaxing fun game for us. We dont know what the Mona Lisa tokens do. We have over 12,000 but dont know what to do with them. Also we have all the paintings except the ones where you need diamonds. The only way to get diamonds is 3 at a time watching videos. Most of these paintings are 600 diamonds so it will take forever to get these. Wish there were more diamond options. Would be nice to be able to buy diamond with coins. We have 26,000,000 coins and nothing to buy with them. Overall, we love playing this.
This game has been really fun so far. Not overwhelming with ads like most games. Interesting concept too.
We’ve finished all the available levels. We keep getting a message that new levels are coming soon. When? Its been weeks and we keep playing the old ones over and over. Im about to just delete the game. Are there new levels coming or what? When??
When can we play again? It’s been a very long time since we were able to play. Is this anybody else’s problem?
We LOVE, LOVE THIS GAME! However it is very perplexing to research this app. So we wouldnt spend hours reading reviews, we set our limit to six months. Of all the reviews there was only about 5 in that range. All the others were from one year to three years!!!! Needless to say, we did add any review that had replies from your team. So very disappointed. We really wanted to find a tutorial and there was none to be found. We love this game so much that we had it on our phone and tablet to get more game time. BUT that did not populate quickly enough to be able to continue playing. It takes HOURS to get your SIX plays!!!! The BIGGEST ISSUE is WHAT IS THE POINT/GOAL OF THIS GAME??????? We established a goal of 900 gems so we could get the UNLIMITED ENERGY. So there is some kind of loophole only allowing 40???????? Without any direction it appears that while you are waiting the endless hours it takes to get the 60 energy, when you finally do you add 40???? It is wonderful to get the 40 but we dont consider 40, which is really 4, UNLIMITED!!! Maybe congress made a new law? In your favor, you can buy energy with gems, however we consider the purchase price very, very high! In your favor now that we have spent 900 gems for 4 extra plays, we can start saving up to purchase some of the really nice paintings. We are working very diligently to collect your art work so we can sell it and get lots and lots of money. What for?.?. We suppose we need to add, we do not post on FB, nor will we spend any of our real dollars to play this game, or any other. We know, in particular this game, that renders us handicapped but we are willing to make that sacrifice. QUESTION: Why, What for? We try to have exhibitions to build our art full of stars, just to get back to actual purchase price? We get stars on our dashboard as well. WHAT FOR? What benefit is it to have this collection of stars? There is a Mona Lisa on our dash board. WHAT FOR? In the beginning, we had to earn some ML to have an exhibition, but now we seem to be collecting lots of ML. WHAT FOR? When we are multitasking, we sometimes log in just to run the video on mute just to get 3 more gems. WHAT FOR? The art work is FANTASTIC. We were selling it and piling up coins. WHAT FOR? We love getting the item into a collection as those pieces have a bit of history. Sometimes we even get online to learn more. We have a heap of items in collections. WHAT FOR? We have a heap of beautiful paintings in storage. WHAT FOR? We fill up our stars in storage to make the painting as valuable as when we purchased it. WHAT FOR? At first we would work hard to have themes in our exhibitions. WHAT FOR? Just putting any ole painting in accomplishes the same. When you tell us it is time to buy more art work we buy two or three pieces, since we have earned so much money. WHAT FOR? We went to your website only to find a blank page except for the privacy and terms and there is oodles of legalese one can read if truly interested. WHO CARES? The BOTTOM LINE is the searches are the best we have found. Learning about the artwork is great. We LOVE THIS GAME! We did quit playing on our phone because it is all too small and dark. We get a relaxing, quiet time which can be hard to get in this day and age. While playing we remove the outside world. It even retards our fibromyalgia pain while we are playing. Play time is just not LONG enough. We try to exhibit and play every day. If only play time was longer. This is the very best app when it comes to glitches. Rarely does the screen lock up and when it does it is the ad, just like all the games we play. Yours just doesnt happen very much. An app has to be above outstanding for us to give it 5 stars. We would rate this a 4 if we had some goals and directions. We would even go to a 5 star rating if play time was longer or you could earn play time. Please direct us to some tutorials if they are available. With all our complaining this is the very best app. We love the searches. We love the graphics and the way you hide the items, not impossible to find, but not the silly searches that just slap the items on the page without any integrity. When it is all boiled down, we just need some goals that are possible to reach and more play time. We LOVE THIS GAME. THIS IS THE ONLY GAME we PLAY EVERY DAY. Youre not interested in us and we imagine many customers max their numbers and there is just no way to grow in this game except filling the boxes at the top of the screen. We suppose we all will arrive to a point of what next? And since you dont care, either do we. All games have special challenges to get more plays, or more money to play, or whatever. NOT THIS ONE, NO ONE MANAGES THIS GAME AND IF THE DO, IT SURE DOESN’T SHOW. IF we COULD REMOVE THE ONE STAR we WOULD. We HAVE NEVER GIVEN A GAME ONE STAR. This is a great finding objects game. The game offers a large variety of rooms or locations that add to the overall experience. Items to be found are blended into the background or camouflaged in some manner. Oftentimes these locations and hidden items are whimsical. The game is challenging and fun.
The find the difference puzzles have become impossible if you play on a phone!!!!!!!!!

This game is a continuation from Hidden Artifacts, which is the first generation. We play this game almost daily, and we are never disappointed by the content, graphics, and story line. We recommend this game for all ages, young and older.
Fun app which we have enjoyed daily. However we have run out of levels in the actual game and supposedly we must wait for an update. But there hasnt been an update in 9 months and its been at least that long since any of the events, which were also fun. We do recommend this game with the caveat that its finite. Id give it 5 stars if not for that. And we do hope its updated soon. Until then Im playing the collection boxes and hoping they dont run out any time soon.
Just when you get a new room they go on for a bit then its the same old room again. Is there a secret to getting new rooms? You have no instructions anywhere.

We have gone over a moth without being able to play a normal game. Being an avid player, this is ridiculous! We sent emails, they are not valid! This site once was good, now. No.
Love the game but wish the energy would last longer than 10 minutes and then have to wait several hours for it to renew. When you enjoy a game you want to play for awhile and be entertained.
Can we keep energy when we complete a scene in the allotted time? Also can the energy used in regular game play be separate from the energy used for deliveries?
So far you are the first developers that didnt ask for a review too soon after playing where we cannot really rate or write. But we must say that so far we love the brightness of your levels where we can see and actually play. We hope we can play further or for as long as the game stays playable and not dark and lame.

For the last 2 days we havent been able to play. The game wont download or whatever when we click on the app. Can you fix? All our other games still work.
We couldnt stand the time limit to find the objects. Also found the requirement that we be on Facebook to have art exhibit absolutely intolerable. We are not on Facebook and never will be.
We cant get the game to open up! We uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it played for a while then it freezes! We love this game ….. But If this cant be fixed we will stop playing. Thank you, Barbara.
We used to enjoy playing this game, however, it consistently breaks down over the weekend. We get closed out in the middle of playing.. Try to reboot our computer so the error is not on us.. And still get dumped out of game! What givees??

Most incredible art history course ever! Grew up outside NYC and thought we knew a lot of artists. Never thought Id own an Albert Bierstadt even if only in a virtual collection.

We do a lot of hidden object games. These scenes are difficult and its way too hard to get clues. We would watch a 30 second ad for a clue but we are only occasionally asked to watch an ad where we can get diamonds to buy them, and then there are never enough. Lightening is impossible, we have to put the phone down for about 3 hours for it to regenerate. It is impossible to play for any reasonable period of time. Could be a very good game but the format is ridiculous.
We liked your game initially but after the recent update its now very very hard. Its not even pleasant to play anymore. We play games like this because we have a stressful job and it helps us unwind. This game is causing more stress. We HATE this game.
We love doing the hidden pictures and we usually love these type of games but it is becoming increasingly evil to the point we dont even want to touch an item… Although, we’ve been playing for awhile, we reached our limit of magic and hindu dieties today… We quit…
It takes forever to get more energy. We would give it 4 stars if it were faster. Instead, it gets 2.
After spending more money than we care to admit, we realized it is just not worth it. The app requires you buy energy and then coins to open up new sections. We thought we paid for everlasting energy. Not true. It required it again. We had to buy coins twice to open up new sections.
The game is fun, but supports response to issues was not good. Game constantly about every 3rd game bounces you off and you lose your time purchased with their diamonds. So you lose your purchased credit for that round. No fixes. Giving it 2stars till they fix issues and give credits.
After playing the game briefly, they are looking for us to make an in-app purchase. Really?
This game could be sooo fun with a few fixes. Nobody wants to keep playing a game that only lasts 10 or 15 minutes and wait 3 hours for the energy to build back. Who has time to keep going back every 3 hours to play. Very annoying. Good concept, but doesnt satisfy. Another fix would be the ability to re-size the differences game. The art work and prizes are nice. Just give us a longer time to play.
We haven’t been able to play it in weeks because we refuse to pay $19.99 to get enough coins to buy more artwork. We have artwork in storage, but there are no instructions anywhere on if or how to sell them. There’s also no Help Guide on the app. Don’t want to delete it, but there are a lot of hidden objects games that don’t force you to spend a ridiculous amount of money to play. It’s too bad, the graphics and premise are awesome.
We use this game alot to help our memory and have fun when we have down time. Does have a glitch that charges you energy then does open the new search. Other then that we’re happy with this game.
The graphics are gorgeous, but we play to relax, not to be stressed. The play time is really short and there arent any time rewards or additional lives awarded for winning. We end up playing a few times and have to quit when Id like to go on further. We wish there was an option for leisure play. We want to enjoy the hunt without it being a race. If the stress factor was removed or lessened Id play this game a lot.
Adding the gift boxes, saved us from deleting this game. We love the idea of it, looking for antiques but there was not enough energy or reward to keep us wanting to play it, thanks for the improvements. We sometimes have to tap our iPad more than once when finding an item. We dont know if this is just us or a glitch. We would also like a little more dating or history with each antique as this would make it more interesting for antique buffs like myself. Thanks again for a unique game and the improvements to it.

We installed the updated version yesterday. We no longer can choose which location we want to play. Why? Thank you for your reply. Let us try to clarify our question. We can no longer move between the chest without completing one chest task first. In the past, we could play 2 or 3 chests at the samee time before completing one chest. Personally, we like being able to play more than one chest (location) at a time. Will this be an option or not?

The changes to how to earn different powers took away some of the skills needed to play. PLEASE DONT DUMB DOWN THE GAME!!! Im not happy that you removed one way to get Energy (). We used to be able to get Energy by turning in completed collections. We held on to the complete collections to use when we wanted to play more. Im particularly annoyed that you changed the energy we had already earned to magnifying glasses. Plus, the two ways to start a search is a little confusing. The new options on the paintings looks like they be good.
