Loaded game. No tutorial. Had too many forwards and had no idea how to fix it. Gave up in frustration and deleted app. You folks need to either make it easier to navigate or build a tutorial.
We have been addicted to this game and have played a combined 40+ years across multiple saves. We would highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys managing sports teams. And the daily feature addition is a great way to let everyone know you are still working on the game.
We love the game, it just needs to be more accessible for free to play users like ourselves.
The only thing thats iffy about the game is you need pro to actually have fun, otherwise u cant do as much, but pro is not super expensive, if you like hockey this is a great game.
Easily one of the most addicting things ever put on our phone. Cant put it down, absolutely stellar. Although maybe Im just stupid but Im not sure if there is any way to check your draft capital atm, would be a nice addition.
The hockey version is perfect. Football needs a little work. We hope you do a baseball one this year.
Love this game, the value is tremendous. Takes a bit to figure out, your tutorial link is broken. Our players max progression always seems to fall. No idea what Im doing wrong as we have no tutorial to help.
They made a lot of changes and added more statistics and analytics along with more in depth draft profiles and abilities for both players and coaches. Awesome job, please keep this up. Premium owner the past 3 years.
While there a lot of stats and management decisions to be had. They just forgot the actual hockey game. There is no game to game, season to season continuity. Thats because its not based on real hockey stats. We really wanted to like HLM 23 but it fails in the hockey in Ice Hockey. It does everything except be convincing as a hockey league manager making you want to come back for more. HLM 23 doesnt do that because games results from game to game and season to season just isnt there. Its more than numbers and stats. Moving on. Still looking.
Bro we keep getting stuck in the Sim on the 7 of januar and november ITS STILL A PROBLEM and the day after the awards is a problem now too.
Id suggest though the ability to name the divisions/conferences once we add more in.
Love this game and all the work that people do to make game and the people who change names in rosters and allow us to benefit with playing with real players. Only suggestion can we add Lithuania to the list of nationalities im very proud of our heritage and we have had some good Lithuanian players in past like to see that nationality added if possible but that is a small and minute issue other then that we love this game and the other leagues with football and basketball that you guys have made.
Genuinely one of our favorite mobile games. Its a better version of nhl 23 franchise mode minus the gameplay, which, at least for us, isnt missed. We also cant express how worth it the paid version is, not that it feels like youre missing anything with the free one. The only problem is it crashes relatively regularly, and only saves once every month so in the playoffs we often lose a good amount of progress. Besides that fantastic game and the crashes dont ruin it.
Its a great game but you guys seriously need to fix a few bugs. The one that annoys us the most is when you try to view a players career stats the app crashes. Its extremely obnoxious and we really hope you could fix it.
Hoping to get a baseball version down the line. Absolutely love this game.
We always play this game when on the road or whenever we have time to kill. Its our go to game every day now. We love it. Theres so much to do in challenge mode as well. Only suggestion we have is please make the +/- viewable when youre in the stats mode in Lineup. We hate having to go into the players entire profile in order to see their +/- Some times we just want to see if our first line D-man thats 40gp and 5 points has a good +/- or not :( other than that, one bug ive found (and idk how), is the game bugs out and freezes when auto save turns on. And it just freezes everything and we cant even exit out of the window so we have to close altogether. It happens once in a while tbh. Other than that, yes its a very fun game if youre into franchise mode and the NHL.
Would love a roster update mid season.
Great app, Ive been using HLM for years now, and its one of our favorite apps, however Im having an issue where it says we havent purchased Pro mode, even though we have.
This game is incredibly fun and addicting especially once you import current teams and rosters. Ive even paid for the PRO version. But on a couple of occasions now Ive put hours into sorting our NHL, AHL, and ECHL lineups and making early season trades just to have it all erased when it froze or when we accidentally closed the game. We load the game with auto save but it doesnt save and we have to start over every time if we dont physically save the game every so often. Please fix this in the next version.
This game is way too greedy. Im fine with pro for certain features, but you need to pay for more seasons? If you guys are that money hungry, just make the game cost money. The game doesnt need monetization and you still do it.
The game is absolutely magnificent and even building on last years success the new trade deadline mode and the draft are amazing. We do have a suggestion request however, but its nothing against the game at all it would just enhance the game play for colorblind users. If you could please change the colors for the motivation chart from the yellow/green and reds that would be very helpful. Perhaps use colors that are easier for people like us to see maybe black, white or orange we dont know just stand out colors. In particular the yellow/green is very difficult for us to see and if possible a colorblind mode would be tremendous. Im not saying of course it should or needs to be default but we do struggle with the difference and would appreciate it. The game is fantastic you did a tremendous job please take our suggestion to heart as that would help at least one user who struggles with colorblindess.

They took a great game in HLM22 and made it way too confusing. We are going back to 22 and a very sorry that we wasted our money on 23 Pro. Wish we could get it back. If you are new to this app, it might work out for you. But for us, 23 is far too much. Sometimes simple is better.
Love HLM23. More challenging and more of a actual manager position than HLM22. Love the addition of expansion teams. Was confusing at first but we got the hang of it after 1-2 run throughs. Game play is more complex than 22 and makes seasons last longer and we love that feature. Great additions.
We were playing challenge mode and having a great time (as we always do in these games, having bought pro every year since 2021) until we got to Vegas, the game will not let us simulate past October 13th on the first season, it will let us play the game that day but nothing past that. It makes the game mode unplayable, and since Vegas is very early makes a majority of the teams unplayable. Also 2 smaller issues, first of all the game is missing a few players, some that are major players like OReilly and Merzlikens. Also the defense chemistry makes no sense, making defensive defensemen almost useless.
This game is exceptional. Its almost hard to believe how many new features there are. We only have 2 issues with this game so far, (although we have barely started playing.) 1. The chemistry system for defenseman seems to still be broken. Defensive defenseman are incapable of getting quality chemistries. Pairing 2 offensive defenseman together is seen as better than pairing an OFD with a DFD and that doesnt make much sense. 2. Multiplayer mode, we know that there is already a ton added, but this game would go over the top amazing for us if we had the ability to play with friends OR multi team control on the same device. Either option could make this game so enjoyable with others and Im already so grateful for an incredible game Ive still barely gotten a full taste of yet.
