Man, this was our absolute favorite game when it still had events and was live!! Sure wish theyd bring it back.
If most games are too slow or take up space on your iPhone 7. Get this game. Super enjoyable good graphics and will keep you occupied. Its like most games in the sense that its super fun in the beginning and then you have to grind or pay or both. Dont get discouraged by grinding. Just log in every day for a few seconds and reap rewards. Sometimes they have good promotion deals. We know you dont want to spend money, but 1 dollar? Instead of buying carbonated drinks, snacks, or pointless subscriptions you can easily obtain 1$. So many people buy gym membership to never use it. Atleast you will use your 1$ through the promotion deals of this game. Highly suggest you atleast give the game a try. Marvin.
We used to LOVE this game around 3 years ago played it for around a year and half consistently got involved with some too guilds and was having a blast. Then one day it was like all dev support halted and the game died. We still find myself looking for another game like this one to fill the void.
This game was fun until we lost our account we were playing and purchased a lot of things on that account . It was connected to our Facebook and not it says app is not active anymore and lost our progress.
Used to be a fantastic game and one of the few that kept us invested. Sadly there hasnt been any recent support and its not optimized for current gen phones. UI is blocked by the front camera on our iPhone. Theres also a few features that dont load or theyre bugged. Battle pass does show up and some other things dont work as they should.
Overall we love the game, you cant find anything like it. We remember when we were younger Id play on a guest account. On there we’ve spent over $60 dollars and when the game had a massive update Id wonder where all our heros went. We hated having to grind all over again and losing most of our allowance. Another note is devs are lazy to even update the game. This game has potential that hasnt been yet reached.
We have played this game for a long time . But we tried to log in by using Facebook and its not connecting . Can someone help us to get it to connect .
We tried signing back in after like 3 years and spent money also on it and today after we saw that the game was still being played we tried signing in on our Facebook it wont let me.
Where do we get refunds for in-app purchases.
Barely on tutorial and the game froze, so we restarted the app. Still didnt work and couldnt click anything. Sad we had to delete the game.
Game refuses to let us connect the game to our Facebook account which has us stuck at level one and when trying to connect it states that there is a problem connecting to Facebook that the app is aware about but isnt fixing we guess.
Closed and re opened once hasn’t worked since deleted and redownloded once didn’t work isn’t worth the third, didn’t even start. Lemme play stop pointing the way.
This game doesnt even save data we played it before and downloaded it again. Thinking it saved our characters but it didnt. Just dont waste youre time playing to much and spending money on here. Is not worth it. This game is just kinda a scam dont spend money it wont save anything. Dont even bother playing it you wont restore nothing.

The game itself is very enjoyable and fun. Our only complaint is that the UI is not compatible with ip 12 pro max screen. The top screen is cut off, we cant see how much diamonds and gold are left. Also, the phone screen has round corners, which also hide some partial button of the game.
The stupid bar at the top of the screen with the inward facing camera gets in the way of some of the stuff like the boss bars while the bar being there isnt the devs fault they still should have thought of it while making the game.
Cant get past the tutorial. Tried on 3 different servers so far. Game will freeze after completing tutorial mission (so far 3 different ones, mission 1-1, mission 1-2, and directly after opening sequence. Then when you log back in it tells you to please follow tutorial while pointing at a mission youve already beat and cant select. Probably a fun game but doesnt seem to work for me.
Game is not good on iPhone 12. Our game always crashes and we lose games in ace arena and regular arena because of it. Also cant see the enemy health bar. Good game if the developers cared enough.
First off, let us say that Hyper Heroes has a unique gameplay style that is fun and different compared to a lot of hero collector gachas. With that being said there are quite a number of issues. First its blatantly pay to win. The top tier heroes are only available through purchased packages, and to upgrade them you have to buy more of those packages. To get them through the in game ticket system requires you to buy 10 multi summons and get the random draw ticket. Meaning you may not get a top tier and you may not get the duplicate you need. Thus encouraging you to pay for the hero instead. If you thought a game like Raid was p2w this exceeds that. Second, purchased characters are very blatant as the base characters are in the chibi style and the top tier ones are in a style that does not seem to fit with the aesthetic of the game. Also marking them as a higher tiered unit. Third, the progression slows considerably around level 50 onward. Your hero level is limited to your account level, and your account level only increases through dailies or through campaign missions. It slows everything to a halt and encourages you to spend diamonds, the in game premium currency, to refill your energy and thereby encourages you to spend more. Lastly, the game quits out in expectantly quite often, and in certain modes there is no recourse. E.g. If the game quits in pvp you lose that match. While we cannot speak for others, we can say this has coincided with our 50+ account level experience and did not happen to us until we reached that threshold. We are unsure why, but the instability of the game is questionable.
The best "heros" are bought, then you’ll have to wait until they sell the hero tokens you need to upgrade them and you’ll only get 50/$15. You’ll need 150+ (over time this can easily add up to $100+ for one hero). So you’ll wait again for them to sell them, months, the whole time they’re trying to sell you new heros you can only upgrade by waiting for the next time they decide to sell THOSE tokens. And none of the other in app purchases are worth the cost, as the things you’re buying won’t boost your characters stats enough to have any real impact on gameplay.
This game is basically dead. The developers are just there to collect the money, theres like no progress to make any update to the game.
We’ve played this game for more than a year and we’ve even spent some money on it. Its dead. You cannot progress very far unless you spen a TON of money. Dont waste youre time.
Developer has put this thing on minimal life support. They used to have hero releases, a weekly tournament and multi-server wars but now its completely broken. We sunk a ton of time into this game but as an end game player we wish we had never downloaded it. Id buy the IP from the developer if they ever responded to anything. You cant even open a ticket in-game, but instead are prompted to contact an email address from which we’ve never received a reply.
First off, this game keeps crashing which can cost you energy, losses, chances in PVP, Co-Op, or Guild Quests. Which can cost you in game diamonds to pay out to refresh or continue in some cases. The interface is not designed for iPhone 12 max pro for stuff is blocked by headset piece of the phone. We have an iPad Pro and it looks just fine. The same issues are across the board for iOS. Most issues happen when we make lineup changes for battles, join coop, host coop, devils tower, or guild quests. The game just crashes and we lost In PVP we get all our chances taken away and a cool down placed on us. They need to fix this ASAP at least make it to where if it crashes before a battle and no damage was done it shouldnt be held against you. Coop you lose you 5 people you picked. Which is convenient for the developer.
For a good game that crashes at critical times that make you lose out on rewards. Also for making us spend more diamonds due to said crashes because the crash uses up our free chances.

The game itself is pretty fun when it works. In the few hours we have on it it has locked up maybe 8 times so it doesnt have the best flow. Over all still fun. 4/5.
We played this game fo over a year. We got into another game for a while and now that we have come back, we cant even get through a battle without the game crashing. Heart broken. We love this game.
We give it 3 stars just because the game concept is great. Graphic is also nice too. The major down side is it is a pay-to-win game that will cost you thousands of dollars in order to be in the top 10% of the game. All good heroes (SS rank) are not in regular gacha. It cost gems to roll for a SS hero and the chance is extremely low. If you want one quick, $15 per 3* SS. Then if you want to get to 4*, another $15. Then it will be another $30 to get to 5*. So go figure how much money you need to spend to get to 7* (max). All this SS you can get their soul from whatever event are OK but not great. Those SS heroes you buy have OP skills (debuff+buff). It is imbalance. Then debuffs in this game are way powerful. Charm > Stun > Silent > Root. Our hero that has passive to get rid of some debuff wont get rid of it sometimes (bug). Also sometimes Silent debuff can go on for 7 turns!!! Now some servers are dead. People are leaving and the game is all about promoting to those who are naive enough to spend money into something not tangible. We have been playing for almost 4 months now and Im hitting the wall. The game now is all about what heroes you bought. How could a team with 25% less power could beat your team easily? Yes because those paid SS heroes have skills that keep your heroes cripple for many turns. Even worse, Im at the point where only one normal attack (not skill) can take 80% of your team. So 2 hits and our team is gone. Dont forget that the team we fought has a bit less power than ours. Gem in this game is the currency you paid for with real money. It looks like they are generous about giving gems in game, it is just an illusion. You complete daily and events but in order to get those gems, you have to spend gems to get it. Also 1k gems means nothing in this game. You need thousands of them to get just one SS 3* hero and that isnt a good one either. Overall the game concept is good. But we can see that this game has turn into a cash cow long before we started the game. So we will just keep playing and quit when we dont feel like wasting our time with the game anymore. We have lessened our time about half with the game already.
We logged out of this game then log back in five minutes later and all our stuff is gone, probably the most garbage game developed in history.
We played this game when it first came out. We have spent at least $2000.00 on this game, and all for what!? Ill tell ya NOTHING!!! The Devs hide characters that help advance our time and money, but instead theyd rather be Stingy! They literally have a half dozen fighters that you dont know about, and we do! However, you can never buy them or the rotation for each character is always the same characters. Waste of time, and money because thats all the Devs want!!!!!!!!!
We really hate roaches… We dont need the character like roach… We know it sounds stupid but thats the reason why we quit this game.
Sure its pay to get certain things faster and to get some heroes but we’ve managed to still greatly enjoy the free side of it as well. Youll have more of a grind with getting stuff to power them up past gold frame but its still doable and if you want a game you can just pick up and play and you dont care about being top pvper or anything then we definitely recommend this game.

Loved the game but your update keeps flipping us back to the App Store even thought we’ve done all updates. We cant get past the confirm page now. Im pretty sure our account is wiped now It literally sends us to the App Store page and the App Store page sends us right back. Wow what a waste. Next day: it finally loads but everything is lost now. Dont waste the time and effort.
We started getting the feel for this game and its a pretty fun and enjoyable game that you dont get tired of, but there needs to be major bug fixes. Our app keeps crashing doing campaign missions, trials, the tower. Whatever mission we do our game crashes within the first or second mission. Its starting to get annoying and really making us lose interest in the game having to restart the entire mission. Game could be better once this gets taken care of.

We wont get on what has happen to this game. It use to be the go too game. All the mechanics were top shelf, then the game started to crash heavily. And on top of that the mid year update destroyed the game. The Devs only want your money now. And back then we were willing to pay it seemed worth it! And it was. But now its impossible to get by unless your willing to spend over 1k in purchases… Like yeah real money for absolutely nothing. We guess greed can really change people. If anyone else finds a good game thats nots a vampire run far away from this game and start having fun again.
