The idea of the game is pretty cool, but the gameplay is so basic. You just go up and down and buy stuff.
Whenever an app or game requires internet to play its an instant delete. Maybe its for the ads and thats fine whatever. But not everyone has unlimited data and all these apps that constantly phone home or load up ads while running on data use that data up rather fast. No thanks. If we cant turn off our data and/or WiFi we wont let an app or game waste space on our phone.
You know your game has a problem when Im watching ads MORE than Im playing the game, its ridiculous.
The game is overall good but the adds are annoying that pop up every so often. But after the adds the game goes black and have to close it and re-open it.
This game is by far (in our opinion) one of the better free idle games out there. They definitely dont over do it with the adds like some games. You also dont have to actually buy stuff to actually have fun with the game like other free games. Overall we have very much enjoyed it and would recommend it.

This game is a fun, creative take on idle games. We just wish there was a little more action!
Idk why they took out the notification about the air time running out, they need that back in and they also need to fix how the flag system works do people can go higher than other people and not be stuck in the same range and not gain higher placements.
We were having a great time until the game froze and we couldnt click on any of the subs parts to upgrade them and we couldnt do anything else without doing that first and the haul was full so we are screwed. Tried redownloading the game, restarting the game, and restarting our phone. Lots of bugs to be fixed in this yet….
The game is a great concept, and had great potential, but is ruined by predatory tactics. Ads are far too numerous and necessary for progress, and many times your screen will be invaded by a message asking to turn on push notifications. It never ends too, even if you hsve them on for a second. No thanks.
BUT THE PAID ADVERTISING (NAMELY AN APP CALLED HUUUUUGE CASINO) FREEZES AND AFTER ITS 24-30 SECOND RUN, WONT ALLOW YOU TO CLOSE IT AND RETURN TO YOUR GAME. THE ONLY WAY TO GET BACK TO YOUR GAME IS TO SHUT DOWN YOUR PHONE AND RESTART OR GO DO SOMETHING ELSE FOR AN HOUR OR SO. TO ME, THATS A DEALBREAKER. IF we CANT PLAY THE GAME WHEN we WANT, THEN IT HAS TO GO. ITS SAD BECAUSE THIS GAME IS VERY GOOD IF IT WASNT FOR THE ADVERT GLITCHES we WOULD HAVE RATED 4 STARS.
This game is filled with endless stupid advertisements, you need to close entire game to be able to close the add and keep playing.
We used to have a paid subscription; after almost 2 years of playing, we wrote a petition to devs. Our account was banned as a consequence. Here is the petition: To Black Bears Games: "In the past several months we have seen a number of anti-consumer updates in both Drilla and Flood that very negatively affected every player, essentially leading the playerbase to a significant decline. As players, both new and veteran, we see no future in these games if this is how they are going to be maintained. The following is a list of adjustments we require in order to stay in game. If these requirements are not met by June 1st (more than 3 months from this date) we would have to leave the game in favor of another developer that cares about their playerbase. 1) Forced ads shall be removed completely from both games. In Submarine, there are full 30 seconds unskippable ads that play in game every minute, discouraging people from playing the game. Several people have reported closing the game as soon as they pop up. As of right now 33% of drilla gameplay is watching ads, which is unseen in any other game. We are 100% fine with mechanics that give you reward for watching ads, however any popups and forced ads should be removed from both Drilla and Submarine (Flood). 2) Subscriptions are currently too expensive compared to what they offer. As of right now, the whole subscription system is overly complicated in both games, with 3 levels, 2 of which are obsolete and low rewards compared to price we paying. Also interestingly enough, Drilla subscription costs more than Submarine, even though it offers less privileges. Here are few ideas: make subscription give players a fixed amount of gems every day, which would be higher than buying a pack of same price; remove all obsolete subscription ranks; make one subscription for all games (that should encourage players check out other games if they already have subscription in one, since they will receive bonuses) and in general, as an idea we would like to see more crossplay with other games. 3) Cheaters have to be dealt with once and for all. Even though the problem is not nearly as bad as it was few months ago, it is still a problem. The main issue game has is that it stores all data, including progress, resources and gems locally on the device, which means that hackers can easily access these files and write whatever they want. This does not encourage anyone to support the game or buy gems. The fix would be to store these files on a server, which has already been partially implemented with backup systems. If that is too hard to implement, there need to be more anti cheating measures (however they must not false ban people that spend money, like what happened previously). Additionally, distribution war rewards could be delayed. To make sure none of the clans decided to cheat last minute. 4) Clans have to have more interactions. Even without described above problems, everyone is getting bored of having no challenge in these games. The gap between clans can be very high which means progress moves slowly, which results in players getting bored quickly. Wars in both games are often not a challenge since top 3 clans can often be placed against WAY out of the league opponents. Here is an idea: make wars ranked. That way strongest clans will compete with each other, and add a reward to top leagues so that people have motivation to progress. Add some in clan interactions, like building facilities in clan or attacking other clans. 5) we need a better communication with developers, as of right now some people have reported that it can take up to a week to receive a reply on urgent cases when people can no longer access their accounts. A lot of veterans quit both games because they have some issues with their accounts that are not resolved in time. We can provide you with our discord or we can help you create your own. We are aware that there is a group in VK that has a lot of announcements, but what about people that speak English? "
This game is alright, but there is no reason for a basic feature like selling 10% of a resource or all resources behind a paywall, especially a monthly subscription type of paywall. If those two features werent behind a paywall this game would get a higher rating. Theres also the problem where selling individual resources sells some of another resource without us wanting it to. We want to sell just the resource Im clicking on to sell, NOT part of the one above or below it as well.
This game is unique in that it is the most singularly nagging we’ve ever had the misfortune of downloading. Its not content to just lie about offline time and spam you with ad requests, no. It keeps slamming turn on notifications in your face every other minute no matter how many times you tell it no. Sit and spin.
Game crashes before you even get a chance to play.
When ever we open the game it prompts us to open the upgrade store then to buy an new sub thats unavailable until we upgrade the engine so when we close the new sub store we are unable to reopen the upgrade store and we are unable to upgrade the engine before going to the new sub store.
Once we figured out how and what to do we have really enjoyed this game. It was really confusing at first and we almost quit. A little more help along the way, and the things telling us that we had enough resources to do something staying long enough for us to read would be very helpful.
We absolutely love this game its so good and we used to play before the update, and it was still awesome with the new storyline its makes it more enjoyable. But when the hand is pointing you to click on a button you click on it and it wont do anything the band stays there so we did not think anything of it because we have experienced many games like this and we understand so Im keeping the game downloaded until yall update it, thanks.

Pretty terrible game if you can click a moving target in game that asks if you want to watch an ad, you click no, and get an ad anyways.
We enjoy playing the game but when we are listening to music we dont play the game because we cant seem to find the setting to turn off sounds.

This is a good concept for a game. But theres so many ads you cant appreciate the game. The developers who made this should be ashamed for allowing this to happen.

You like watching Ads this is the game for you. You want to go into your upgrade screen to upgrade your submarine watch a ad, you want to go back to the main screen watch an ad, shoot you tapping on the screen we get it you want to watch an ad this game gots you covered.
Seems like a decent game but quit after about 30 mins because of the amount of ads. Literally everything prompts an ad to play, and you can’t skip them. Makes the game totally unplayable when we have to watch an ad after every menu or mission.
We’ve deleted this app and replaced it with one that isnt so heavy handed with their ad placement. The game is fun, but ads interrupting your gameplay is an antiquated way of doing it. Let us watch the ads for rewards, but dont disrupt our relaxation in the middle of upgrading with no warning and no reason to watch it.
Every time we try to start up the game, it keeps saying our internet is not working. Even though it works perfectly fine. We tried resetting our phone and deleting and re downloading the app several times but it it still doesnt work. Hope youll fix this.
Starting off, it was a great game until it showed us how to collect the daily reward. You see, when it said to click store and then bonuses. When we did it glitched and we couldnt do anything at all. We couldnt exit, hit the collect button, move our screen down or anything. Please fix!
Well, at the point that you have to claim your reward, 1. It forces you to do it. 2. We cant claim the reward because the selection never goes away. We would kindly request for you, as the developers of this game, to move that to a sidebar so that we can progress further through the quests.
Hello! We are here to report a bug in the daily rewards quest. When you receive the quest, it forces you to do it when you get it. We didnt find this as much of a problem, until when we click on the shop and bonus tabs and find that we cant scroll. It also keeps telling us to click on the bonuses tab after we already did. Please fix this issue, as we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing seems to work. You cant control your sub, you cant upgrade, and even after running out of oxygen it still doesnt work. We would love to keep playing, but this bug makes it impossible.
