We know we already made an review but we will like to say another thing please look through all of our reviews there is always complaints about the energy running down low when can you change that.
Our problem with Nicolaes app specifically is the actual story. Spoiler alert we guess if anyone reads the reviews before downloading So we find out who killed Nicolaes fianc then we just go into a permanent dream..? No resolution or big fight with Viktor to avenge his fianc, just coma. Maybe the intention was to leave us feeling unsatisfied with the ending but we feel like it shouldve been executed differently. Like maybe they go off to fight Viktor and just dont return. We dont know. But, as it is, it just feels like a story with ONLY bad endings disguised as good endings. Like we get to marry Nicolae/Ludwig but in the back of our mind its just, This is actually a dream and irl shes literally comatose. So, yeah, we didnt enjoy it. It felt like we wasted a lot of time.

We love the Is it love? Franchise. The story is compelling and the art is well-done; however, it is ridiculously expensive. We wish theyd change to a ticket system. We would read every one of their books if this series had a different cost construct, but because it is so expensive we only indulge once every year or two.
Let us start with we love this game and the story line!! It gets super interesting. HOWEVER, the daily energy is no where near enough! Every tap is 10 energy points, and you get 300 a day (not including the mini game and and ads). There needs to be more ways to earn energy without spending a fortune on it! We see many other people experiencing this same frustration.
We were so in love with Nicolae, and this story (while well written) was so incredibly unfair to him. You will spend an obscene amount of your money just to have the most heart wrenching, destroy your soul, ending.
We updated this story a couple of days ago and with the update we were supposed to get Nicolaes 4 extra love stories but we still have not received them. How do we get them.
Promising premise, however with the energy way of paying to play is terrible. Cant even get through a chapter on the free 300 energy given each day. Yes there is the mini game and ads for a chance to get more, but it still burns up too quickly. If we wasnt so curious how the story will unfold, we would have deleted this app the first time we ran out of energy. Other romance story apps will allow you to read at least two free chapters using the allotted tokens (of some form), which can be annoying if youre hooked on a story (and dont want to shell out real cash), but at least you can get through full chapters not 1 minute of reading.
Its a GREAT story. But, it takes to much time. Im willing to bet it would take almost a year to finish this story based on the amount of energy you are given. Its annoying and frustrating. We love the plot and the art but its almost not worth it. You either burn a hole in your pocket or itll take forever to finish it.
It feels like a cheat when you are only allowed so much energy. We spend about 10 mins playing, Im out of energy, and now we cant play for the rest of the day. Half the time it wont even let us play videos to earn energy. Even after watching videos and playing mini games. 10 mins a day game, Im not gonna want to play this game everyday if we can only play for a moment no matter how much we like it, Im getting annoyed and bored. Please fix this.
We would love it a lot more if there was a different way like maybe passes per a chapter or something this makes it harder to enjoy the game when you can only read to few sentences at a time.
This game is so good so far we have just started playing it yesterday, and we like the secret part of the game its amazing but you still have to be patient because you have to wait about 1 day to let your energy point come back, but apart from that we love this game so far.
We REALLY LOVE THIS GAME… GOOD LORD, Ive spent SO MUCH because we want the pictures, we want to know who did it, but we KEEP MAKING THE WRONG CHOICES!! Seriously how do we know Im making the right one??? We go by what makes sense and Im paying $ for the secret scene! BECAUSE we WANT IT! The story fascinates us, the story is beautiful and Nicolae is just so charming. But we wanna know who did it.

Love these apps, we have played them all and they are are all awesome! We think we like Peter the best, and we wish the company would make more of his story. We also really like Adam. Nicolae is really good too. Keep writing more great stories team.
We are enjoying this so far. It is a little slow if you are not willing to spend money but we dont have a problem with that.
Please help ! Ill rate 5 stars because we love all the stories but we who play are having troubles with the images appearing like they supposed to.. You can share a code with friends n input theres codes either the codes are not working properly or what is the deal? The first image is supposed to come by request a friend or adding one u do that n u dont get the image Im like others who are having the same issues.. Please help or fix the issue thanks your number one fans.
Ive loved the other two but with nicolaes story, it seems your character talks more to everyone BUT nicolae. Super slow start but Im still giving it a chance as Im sure itll pick up and be as great as the other two and of course we have to comment on the energy. Even the prices are outrageous! That definitely needs to be fixed and once it is, we will feel more inclined to promote the game to our friends.

The story is wonderful and build deep and interesting characters just as well as a good book wood. Additional it is worth an investment however you receive a very small amount of tokens per day so unless you want to grow old playing this visual novel you need to by them. Unfortunately they burn fast so you could have bought a few books by the time you finish this game. We would much prefer they just sell you the complete novel for a set realistic price. While they wouldnt make as much we bet there is more chance we would buy the other adventures they have.
We love the app. We love the story even more. The only complaint is the energy system. 10 energy per bubble is too much considering the 300 allotment each day. Either increase the allotment or decrease the cost down to maybe 5 per bubble. Then this app would be 100 percent off the charts amazing. Everyone would benefit. Users would be satisfied with the accommodation and the story is still so captivating that people would still pay for more energy. That would be a Win Win situation.
We love all of the is it love stories, we love how we can go back if we missed a hidden scene. We go through all that we can find and play all of them at the same time except for the vampire ones, we like to save them for when we get up in the morning or when we get home from work. That way we have more time to enjoy them. When each story is done we plan on going back to the chapters we missed the special scenes and try again.
The energy level per day is so low. We love the story but Im losing interest since we can only read 3 pages a day.
We love the story and the app. Im just upset that the free energy that we get everyday, when we play the mini game isnt working. We get 100 then the additional 30 doesnt pop up. Also the additional 20 doesnt work either. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. We think you need to fix this issue.
Really fun! Nice story and always eager to continue. However, we think a recap feature would be really beneficial, where the player can tap through different chapters and scenes they have already gone through (in a way that the players first choices are still the same and cant be changed.) so, basically like rereading the story if you need a refresher. We dont like that the only way to do it is to completely restart the chapter and lose your progress and have the opportunity to choose different options. Please consider adding this feature.
This game is definitely not the best. The energy system in this game is a dumpster fire. Be prepared to only get to read a few lines of text a day or spend your life savings just to finish a chapter. The choices arent all that great either. And by that we mean we dont think it matters at all what you pick. Getting the secret scenes seems super arbitrary and mostly luck of the draw. To be very honest, it almost feels like this is done on purpose to squeeze more money out of players, since you can pay for the secret scenes. All in all, the storyline isnt terrible and if you play a bunch of the is it love games at once, you may be able to squeeze out enough content in a day to enjoy yourself. But good lord, save your money. From someone who HAS spent some money on this game, it just isnt worth it.
The game is so awesome and we love what Ive read so far, but the BIGGEST problem that the Is-It Love? Games have is that you get 300 energy every 24 hours. To go from one line of dialogue to the next costs 10 energy. That means you get 30 small lines for 24 hours. Its completely ridiculous. Youre excited to come back to play, but the daily energy doesnt even get you past ONE SCENE. Im a lover of visual novels, especially this one, but we cant afford to buy energy. Its 300 a day clearly because they want you to buy from them, but several other episodic games are successful without literally blocking you from reading more. Please fix this. Its less enjoyable to read when you have to worry about when the pop up is going to come up and say that youre out of energy. Switch to tickets and separate the story into chapters and let the tickets come back after an hour or so, or give us more energy daily. This is a great app series, but very disappointing when you can get any progress at all and have to wait 24 hours for more energy. PLEASE take this into consideration.
Instead of us playing the story we feel like the story is being played itself… We soon realized that our choices do not matter after we decided not to walk into his room but eventually did because of our curiosity, idk why there is choices if they obviously dont matter.
You only get a few lines into the story each day before you run out. If the devs think thats how theyre going to get us to pay for it, theyre wrong. Uninstalled. There are plenty of similar games that give more bang for our buck that we are happy to spend our money on.
We love these stories, but the energy issue is unbearable and makes this story and game near unplayable. Its a shame, everything is so well done. So many other otome games allow you to keep earning energy throughout the day but these? No. 10 taps per 300 energy is absolutely ridiculous.
So we will pick a choice for example Go Downstairs or Dont Go Downstairs and Ill pick dont go downstairs. It will say we didnt want to go but we went anyways. So no matter what we pick the choice just ends up as the other one and it makes us actually really upset. Its quite annoying. Other than that the game is really cool but that makes us disappointed. Not only that, we dont get to play that much at all. We were really hoping to enjoy this game because the characters are so nice and the art is pretty but we cant.
Story itself is great, just have fun either waiting every 2 days for you energy tokens to reload or pay every 10 minutes just for 20 energy tokens. They give you the chance to pay a mini game to win energy but once you win one round you cant play again, again for 2 or more days. You also cant play until the energy tokens are completely done refilling so your are waiting just about 2 days to be able to finish (maybe) a quarter of the chapter.
A strong word of warning: This is just an app designed to get your $$. It preys on the lonely and gives you a very expensive, not at all cheap, thrill that creates addictive endorphins in your brain making you crave more so you will plunk down more of your hard earned $$$$. Instead, go play a sport, learn to dance, learn to paint, buy a camera, learn a water sport, go hiking, read a book, WRITE a book, plant a garden, volunteer at a homeless shelter, volunteer at a hospital.. Do ANYTHING other than throw your $$$ away on any of these types of games. They are nothing better than gambling. The game is designed to keep you hooked. You end up poorer and the developers and Apple get richer. Plus, you have no idea who these people are that you are giving $$ to. They could be criminals, you could be funding Terrorists or organized crime. Use your $$$ to make YOU a better person and achieve your dreams. Or to help others have a chance. This advice from one who has been addicted to these types of apps and spent lots of money and lost time we will never regain. Dont fall into their trap. These games are highly addictive just like gambling is. Dont believe us? Go ahead. But YOU WILL BE THE LOSER HERE.
After about a week of arguing we purchased energy. They still have not refunded our purchase. We had to go through the apple store, even after sending them screen shots of our purchase. Horrible customer service. Horrible game.
We think it is a bit crazy to charge so much money. We think 10 dollars for the entire story would be enough to make your profit.
Ive really enjoyed the other stories despite the never ending pop ups. Im finding this storyline boring and not worth the high price tag. But now Trump propaganda?! We will not support an app if Im going to be subjected to Trump pop-ups telling us to help get the wall built. Really distasteful.
Not a fan of this one. We dont understand what the point of you choosing what to do next is if the character youre playing is just going to come up with some reason why it isnt right or why she should just do the other option instead. Felt like we were being forced into a plot we didnt choose. If we wanted to just read a book, Id do that instead.
We wouldnt recommend it, the writing is terrible, almost no effort was put into it. They have a set story line so choices hold have no value. The worst part is the energy system, of which drains extremely fast. If you want a romance visual novel we recommend The Arcana or When the Night Comes.
We were just reading and we payed to read more and we want to more again to we wanted to pay and now it messed up our billing and our phone thinks our card is expired when we have 3 more years left.
We love the story and where its going…but its really annoying that we can only read like 5 sentences a day before Im greeted with you have run out of tokens and Im definitely not paying money just to read more …its not THAT great…so overall we feel its a waist of our time since we have to wait till the next day just to read 5 sentences.
We have been playing the games from this company for quite a while and we have played pretty much all of them. They started out fun and saucy, where you felt as if the choices you made actually mattered, now its just the exact same censored recycled PG rated garbage. This game is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE for the (what now passes as) content and the CONSTANT pop ups make it basically unplayable. Being constantly interrupted with the You have run out of tokens message when you JUST plunked down $20 to buy a bunch is infuriating, not to mention the never ending pop ups to advertise the other games from this company whether you played them or not. We have EASILY spent $500 with this company on the various games and we expect a better experience for that. We may watch the rest of the season one characters just to see what the deal is but we cant bring ourselves to play the second season if we dont see some improvement. By improvement we mean specifically: bring back the adult content (we have payment options we can handle it), stop the pop up every time the scene changes telling us that we dont have coins (seriously? You are raking it in this isnt amateur hour, fix your coding), and finally we dont need constant pop ups for your other releases we are perfectly aware of who you are and what you make that is why we are seeing these ads in the first place.
The stories are decent but thats not the issue. The issue is the energy goes like nothing. We have spent money on this game because it can be fun however the energy gets used whether you actively click to get to the next piece or not. Our advice, wait for the measly 300 energy you get and play the mini game to get the free energy. Or, just save your money and buy a book. Like someone said the choices dont really matter in the end.
Get rid of the mini game and give a reasonable amount of energy per day.

The Is It Love series is very addicting. We just wish it didnt take up so much energy.
We really am enjoying this story. We love the fact that the main is connected to the spirit of his love. Is she reincarnated or just alike. Its got love and mystery soooooo much fun. We thought Peter story was good but Im so hooked on this one.
Im so frustrated. We were loving the story and as a treat to ourselves spent $60-$70 so we could binge read. We get to youve reached end of the story so far, check back later for the next chapter. Fine. So we check how much energy we have left and leave the app till the next day. When we go back to it the next day we find over HALF of the energy we have is gone! This is thousands and thousands of points! Im so angry. The game is always glitching and saying youre out of energy when you have more. But this is too much. Do not spend money on it this game.
Ours is stuck on chapter three and says Youre at the end of the story so far. Stay tuned for the next sequence! Yet the chapters menu says that there are two more chapters, it makes no sense!! Im sorry to say this is the worse one Ive come across and dont think we will even read another one.
We've been waiting for this! We automatically took a liking to Nicolae's character in the other two games. There is something about him that intrigues us more than Drogo and Peter. We don like them too but, Nicolae seems the more collected and proper one. We love the game so far as well! It immediately took us in.
