We love the story, romance, and some of the option questions! However, we do not like how expensive it is to read it. There are not enough ways to earn free reading. Also almost all the time when you make a choice the storyline ends up reflecting as if you made the opposite choice. Its definitely a frustrating glitch and it rings true with all of the series. Hope things get better very soon!!
We’re loving the story and the characters, but we’re not satisfied with price to read through. It’s too expensive, but that’s how it is with type of game.
We just wish there was more pictures and Im really into werewolves and it doesnt really show that many pictures of him turning into a werewolf and like hes the only one werewolf we saw so far Im not really getting into this.

We absolutely adore this game , and find it incredibly interesting. The story and characters itself are great!! We like how this story has more of twist on it than the others!! THOUGH, the energies that you get each day run out way too quickly. Now you are probably saying, buy more, which is understandable. We understand that the company needs money, but at the rate that the energies, run out , it would completely exhaust what we can afford. Its fact you have to pay so much to advance , its not worth it. We have read many reviews similar to ours and they pay ( Which we have no problem with, as long as you get your moneys worth), and they are left unsatisfied. We think that the 300 energies you get each day should make the story and dialogue lays a little longer. The only interesting part we got through so far is Sebastian in the forest, the we have been stuck in and out of his class, because we ran out of energy. Im just wondering how much more do we have to stop to get to the next part of the story.. As a new player that completely adores this game, we hope our thoughts are heard, and hopefully answered.. Thank you for your time is you read this. We hope it gets heard. We just dont think its worth less than five minutes of gameplay. Please listen to your audience….
We have been reading these stories since Drogo came out and, by in large, we have been pretty happy with them. We recently came back to them to check out season 2 and we were SHOCKED as how much more they cost now, its ABSURD. We are partially through chapter 3 and Im about $50 dollars in. Just how much are people expected to spend on a story they can only read once? We could buy an entire series of books or movies and go through them whenever we wanted for less than that! We are done with this company/series/games whatever, maybe we will check back in a year or two to see if you have come to your senses. And we will be leaving this story (and all the others) unfinished now that we have found out what happened with Isabella.
We love these games but Id like to be able to go back and play chapters we’ve already finished without using any energy so we can see the different results that different choices have please. Its no fun when we constantly have to buy energy just to redo a chapter we’ve already finished to get different results.
We just recently discovered otome games because… Well, Shelter in Place. This was the best of all of them! Great story, gorgeous graphics, likeable heroine (smart, not stupid; sensible, not rash), and a very sexy hero… Who is nice, not an egotistical a-hole! What we liked best was that the story included details about archeology and myths, which fits with the story line. Theres also plenty of mystery. Its not just another shallow romance churned out quickly. Too bad its so expensive to read at a reasonable pace. You need energies to read. You get 300 a day, which doesnt roll over to the next day. That gets you about 15 sentences! Believe us, that goes quickly, which is especially frustrating when youre at the part when the heroine is just mulling over what just happened. You can win extra energy by playing a mini game once a day, but you can only get 160 max if you watch an ad. We bought $20 worth of energy today and we couldnt even get through 1 chapter… Not even close. And there are 11 chapters. Do the math! At the amount you get to read each day without spending a bunch of money, youll start to forget what happened just a chapter ago. The author, Claire Zamora has her own books and we would rather read those. Unfortunately, theyre only in French.
Im not even very far into thenstory but the writing has gotten better and more mature, the graphics are great. Still, of course, it sill has some throwbacks though- for instance, somewording is of immature and childish -like more or less. The energy however though, is the biggest issue. The smallest things go through an abundant amount of energy. Yes there are a few free videos every 5-6 hours but you only get one foll a day of 300 and that goes away in less than two scenes- which is ridiculous. Im not far into this story because we refuse to ay for energy that wastes away so easily per use.
We love the storyline and art. The building of the characters and the flow of the story is amazing. This is where the but comes in. It takes way too much energy to read for less than 5 minutes a day! 300 free energy only gets you 30 pages and most of them are a few short words. If you buy energy, which we did do, the cost is out of proportion to how much you can actually read! This needs to be fixed. Maybe charge per chapter with a bundle offer if you buy them all but the energy thing is too little read time and each part you read is 10 energy! Maybe reduce the amount of energy used per page?? We would of given it a 5 star but the cost of reading is expensive and you dont even get to read that much for the price.
Overall, its just kinda meh. The writing is pretty good and the art is nice but its really hard to get hooked when you can only read for about one minute per day. If youre loaded and want to spend a bunch of money on a mediocre story, or are willing to spend months reading the story one minute per day then Id say go for it. Otherwise just dont bother. Youre not missing out on much.
We do like the story and the app is fun kind of choose your own adventure. We just dont like the energy structure. As it is, you can only read about 3 minutes a day for free. Otherwise you have to pay money. $4 only gets you about 15-20 minutes of reading. Im not sure why the spot doesnt allow users to watch adds and read more like other apps. Its very hard to keep interest in a story you can only read 3 or 4 minutes of a day and it would be crazy expensive to purchase a substantial amount of reading time per day. Lots of apps get paid from ads and have happy, frequent users. Why doesnt this one? Seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot with this current structure.
We wanna like it. We really do. But when you have 300 energy a day that gets you through like a paragraph of dialogue, it gets really annoying. We get that the devs need to make money somehow, but this just makes us not wanna use it because we havent reached an interesting part of the story yet, thus making it forgettable… And we rarely go back to stories that are forgettable. The art is really good though, so Im hoping the plot will be just as good. We wouldnt know though, we dont even know what the plot is yet.
We would love this game if it didnt use so much energy like idk how much Im using and for that we only get a few reads in. Its really annoying could you guy fix that PLEASE!
This app is horrible. We really want to advance in the story, so we waited a whole day to get more energy. We were able to read for about 1 minute before it said we were out of energy again, and we would either need to buy more or wait again until tomorrow. They only want your money here. Sure, they have free energy if you watch a thirty second video, but that only lets you read another sentence or so before that energy runs out too. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont download this.
SERIOUSLY?! 10 energy for every time we tap the screen???? Theres no progress at all in this game and its a massive waste of money even when paying! We’ve been in chapter 1 for THREE DAYS GOING INTO THE FOURTH! Its either you change the energy system in the game or its a complete FLOP!
The storylines are really good. Next thing you know, youre dying to read on and are ridiculously involved in a romantic app story and have spent $80 (okay, maybe we spent more) just to get further in the story. Sebastian was our favorite but the cost for energy doesnt get you far AT ALL. There are daily opportunities to gain free energy but like we said, it doesnt get you far AT ALL. Its 10 energy points per sentence and you get about 320 (give or take) free energy points a day. You do the math but be prepared – those shoes youve had your eye on will end up having to wait.
We would love it a lot more if there was a different way like maybe passes per a chapter or something this makes it harder to enjoy the game when you can only read to few sentences at a time.
We love all of the characters youve created! We wonder, though… Will we ever see an Is it Love – Sarah game? We get some real gay vibes from Sarah and shes our favorite character! Some lesbian loving would be fun and expand the demographic of people who play your games! Think about it ;) P.s. We love the new edit where watching an ad after playing the minigame doubles your reward! Very nice touch!
As most amazing apps there is at least one flaw, for this app its how many points a day they give you. In our opinion it doesnt last very long even with the game and ad points. Thats all though otherwise this is a really good app and we love it! :)<33.
Love the story line hate that it gives you so little energy. Every day. Ill be damned if we spend a ton on this game.
Its so fun and mysterious! Totally recommend. Our only issue is how little energy you have to do the game. But we really like it and its worth the wait to get more energy.
The story is great but waiting another day for some energy is just over it. Also watching ads to gain energy doesnt work all the time, Im not sure why but there are times when we watch an ad to gain energy and when we check after Im still left with 0, we hope this is a glitch within the app and not to trick people into buying stuff…

If u want to read a fantasy story and be able to finish it, read Chapters. They give u a pass every 30 min, and u are able to finish the story, and they offer gems at the end.
The energy needs to be reworked. Theres no other complaint from us except for that. Ten energy per tap and a lot of the slides are repetitive or completely useless. The mini game is crap too, you spend a good 5-10 minutes playing (guessing) and you only get 100 energy. In Peters route, theres a lot of bs slides from Sarah. All of which are useless, pointless, and wasteful. Sebastians route isnt AS repetitive, but its not without fault. If youre going to give such little energy (and if youre going to charge an INSANE amount of money to purchase energy), the VERY LEAST you could do is cut out the repetitive, useless slides that serve no real purpose to the storyline. We mean, there are slides with ten words TEN WORDS that mean nothing at all. And thats ten energy right there. Its wasteful. We hate that this is our complaint. Its a great storyline, great characters, great adventure. But these games should honestly charge for chapters, not energy especially when the complaint is about useless and wasteful slides. Another issue is that energy doesnt rollover. We should be able to claim the 300 energy we earn per day and use it when we want. There are days when we dont have time to play on our phone and we would REALLY love to just claim that energy and save it for when we can. Id be reading the same amount of slides whether we use that energy same day or later on. Thats another aspect of these games that makes the whole energy thing wasteful. Please fix this. Come up with some more user/wallet friendly ways to read this story.

We absolutely love this story so far, our only problem is the fact that we can only read so many SENTENCES a day, not even a chapter. Its ridiculous that you only get 500 energy a day and it cost 10 energy to read one sentence, a lot of the times it will be like a 2 or 3 word sentence. You can buy energy to play but because it cost so much to read one sentence, at the end of the day you still wont get through a chapter. We mean not everyone can even afford to spend that much money buying energy to read it, and its kind of pointless to only get to read for like 5 minutes a day. Please address this issue, looking at the other reviews, we noticed that people have been talking about this issue for at least 3 years, so that just tells us that you guys dont care about customer complaints. We dont mean to sound rude when we say that, thats just how it seems and Im sorry to have to be the one to say it. But we mean we struggle enough paying our bills, we definitely cant afford to pay for a game and its ridiculous that we have to if we want to enjoy it. Sorry but if you guys would work on changing maybe the cost of the energy it takes to read a sentence or make it to where you pay energy at the next chapter and you have to build up your energy in order to pay for the next chapter, we dont know just making suggestions, but we would change our rating if you guys worked on that.
We love this is amazing game but we do have a problem with the energy we mean 10 energies pour a click slide thats not enough but other Nat we love the carrot characteristics and how everythings set out but we do have a question on Peter is there any special scenes am we do love how the bar if the family is unique as well say thank you to the people who made this game.

We love This story and all the others but we definitely think we should get more than 300 a day you can get barely anywhere with that.
You seriously have to spend about $50 to get to chapter 5 in 4 days. Thats what we’ve spent and that was with us getting 10,000 for $9.99. Normally you get 5,800 for 9.99. And Im getting frustrated bc a lot of lines and statements are overly repetitive. We just wish theyd leave out all the repeating statement/comments. The story is good for the most part. The only other issue that aggravates us is samantha. Its constant nonstop bickering thats unnecessary as often as it Happens. Sometimes is fine. But constantly, just feels repetitive as well as a waste of our money and time. It makes true story drag on and truly aggravates us. She has to go on the trip of course to make it annoying. U cant just have some drama here and there and then have a good romantic story. The interesting parts of the stories are VERY spaced apart. There isnt enough and thats the whole reason were even reading it but if some of these things were left out the story wld get more than 2-3 stars from us. We hope they work on improving that especially for Drogo season 2.
The story is wonderful. We only wish it wasnt so hard to get energy. Paying or playing only once a day makes us loose interest at times.

We like but we think it’s stupid that when you get 300 energies you play for 2 seconds then you have to get more energies.
SPOIlERS The story is very good and is possibly one of our favorites. However their are many things that tend to bother us, such as the rumors of the MC and Sebastian, her powers, and so forth. The rumors is this game do pose a threat to the MC and Sebastians careers. However we’ve noticed that sometimes the storyline doesnt follow up on these kinds of things and can sometimes toss them out acting as if they never happened, which puts us on edge, so we would like if the rumors were dispelled at the end because there is no way those rumors would not find their way out of the University, unless resolved. No to mention the MC doesnt really think or pay any mind to them, which is concerning. There are multiple ways she could resolve all of the rumors, but she never does which make her look stupid. She could easily ask the Bartholys for help, or simply go to the dean and explain the situation the situation to him without giving away her and Sebastians relationship. Next is her powers, the MC has probably only used her powers twice out of the chapters that are available. She could easily use these powers to her advantage, such as to trick Samantha into dispelling the removing by scaring her, not be violence but simply by making things move or writing get rid of the rumors on the chalk board or something. Not to mention their are many story outlets this story could have took to spice up the story, such as making the MC the goddess reincarnation of the goddess from sensations story. Overall they are mostly our opinions but some are simply little details in the story that seem quite strange.

Along with Drogo, Nicolae,and Peter, we find it ridiculous that we have to pay $1.99 to unlock the secret images. We know youre trying to make more money, but still. Besides the energy system, the story is awesome!
When we met him in Drogo’s story we thought yay werewolf professor who is also an archeologist. Sweet! But, we learned that he isn’t a werewolf he’s actually a shapeshifter which is cool too. We never would have thought of that because usually we see shifters turning into multiple creatures. We also like that even though his gaze and atmosphere are strong his demeanor has a tad bit of shyness or uncertainty to it. We like his black wolf form and how he is a protector, and I’d like to hear more about his sister and early background as well. Maybe bring the heroine’s parents in too.
Got to the end where is chapter 9 and 10. And why can we just not pay like 20 bucks for the whole story.
So. It alright. 10 energy per tap. 300 per day. Plus 100 mini game. 40 taps each day. The energy thing is terrible. Should do 1 energy per chapter and have it separated into sections you can read all at once, with only one payment. Like each scene. And then start with 5 energies, and refresh every 8 hours, or something. Also, the storys a bit slow. All that energy for basically just an introduction? Should have intro free, then day one with however many chapters and etc. But anyways. Yeah. 3 stars for average.

We think that they dont give you enough energies and we hate that about this series. When we have energies we read and they go away fast like we have ffty left and then we have none like WHAT HAPPENED and we HATE ashen it does that we feel like crying ;(
It seems like a pretty interesting story but you cant really get far in it without buying energy which is pretty high priced. They give you 300 energy every day but theres no way to tell how much youre using per dialogue box and it runs out very quick. They do provide a mini game to win about 100 more if Im not mistaken but you can only play one time a day. We’ve also seen that a pop up ad can give you 20 extra if you watch it. Those are the only free ways we’ve seen to gather energy. We wouldnt mind buying energy so much if it wasnt so overpriced. The whole situation has just made us lose interest in the story at all so Im deleting.
Its always about Sarah!!! 45% of the story is about the friend, Sarah! 30% of the story the protagonist is talking to herself and repeats herself over and over using different wording, which wastes a ton of energy!!! 10% is about the Bartholys, 10% is fighting with the school bully Samantha and 5% is about your romantic interest!!! Its very annoying!!!
We like the game, and we bought 10k bonus points. We dont believe we burned through them instantly. I, maybe, had more than 5k worth of points left over, and suddenly the next morning, we have none??? We didnt know points expired once you buy them? There was no terms for that?
This is a wonderful game BUT we HATE how little you can read with the 300 points and buying them is pointless because its not going to last long for the amount you pay. Thats our only issue and we wish it would change. Update: Giving less stars now because we find it crazy that almost every single review complains about this problem yet the creators arent listening. Very sad.
We dont mind the energy, its nice to read a little each day. Wondering what will happen next but… The story is so bleh. Its flat and boring. Any exciting parts is short or doesnt evolve the story to a better place. We feel as stuck as the main character in a bad way. Just a bad story line compared to the others.
