The only poker game you will ever need!
Why does the annoying title screen music continue to play when you are in a poker game? Stupid update, change it back. Update 06/2021: still crap, change it back.
The game glitches out and doesnt load you into matches. Also made our current gen phone hot.
Downloaded this app and twice lost all of our chips/status. Paid for additional chips and was told that we couldnt log in because we were logged in elsewhere. Have only ever played on one device. Reached out via email and kept getting responses that said it was being looked in to and would hear back. DO NOT download this app!!!!
The layout is perfect with easy to access poker tools.
You cant even change your user name or upload a pic, and the swipe controls are super buggy and will make u raise when youre just calling. Overall lame. Save your time.
Used to be a good interface but they took out several key features: – you can no longer disable background music – if your opponents shows one card when mucking you automatically show your hand to them. (Dumbest thing ever)
Its simple and to the point. Tournaments are 3 way so they are quick and fun.

This is it? The game used to run on Adobe Flash and this is the better version? We cant tell a spade from a club, the cards are too small to read. Keep trying.
The timer is WAAAYYYY too long. We almost fall asleep waiting for people to play. Sometimes we wonder if someone has dozed off as their timer expires. Otherwise a decent Texas Holdem setup.
Literally you sent us a notification for winning up to 10mil with watching an ad and we clicked it and it gave us nothing but the Home Screen trash advertisement for real.
Cant change table name. When we tap on contact us, nothing happens. Seems like Jackpot poker does not want any feedback.
Does not matter if you spend money or not you will lose everything. We spent money and lost every hand till it was gone. Over 100 million in chips.
The gameplay is nice. The graphics are good. The dealing of cards is especially suspect after you reach certain levels. If you dont purchase chips, youre not going to be able to play very long (weeks, at best) and it becomes very apparent that as you rise in rank, you lose more often. It has a lot a errors that sometimes kills your game, and at times your cards dont show pre-flop. Its just a very flustering experience the longer you stay with the App. If it werent for the ease of play and the graphics, this game would get zero stars.
We love this game, but right now Im still waiting for contact from customer service. We had 36 million credits, between Friday night and Saturday morning 10 million vanished. Its now Monday night, no contact yet. Oh well. Now the game keeps freezing up especially when we have good hand and lots of money in the pot.
We wrote the truth about this game for another who could not get any help form poker stars. Now they locked us out of the game. We will go to apple and get a refund for the last $50 we spent. Dont walk but run from this app. They have zero interest in customer service.
They took 10,000,000 chips out of our account. Game may be unstable.

That is all this particular one has become. It used to be excellent years ago. The last few gets worst and worst. And to many idiots. We bet there are a lot of kids on here as well and make it even worse with their stupidity.

GR8 to Play excellent time filler.
This used to be a really fun game to play. Now 80% of the hands are really not playable. It also looks as though they pre-determine who will win. Way to many beats on the river and so many straights and flushes against us. We have spent over 5 million at 100,000 clips over the past week and a half and only have won little pots 4 times. Most of the pots are small now and hard to move up the ranks unless you play all day.
The apps has too many bots playing with you, and will control your game.
Since the first of November the game freezes and will not load.
This game is clearly rigged. We’ve sent multiple complaints to support because you cant see your cards, you cant fold, or you have to raise. They tried to say we were having connection issues. We told them our connection is just fine and when we asked if we would get our chips back, they went completely silent. We have the pictures to prove it, and we sent them, but unfortunately we cant post them in this review. Bottom line, dont waste your time.
You play against real people. Great learning tool for all levels of experience. Best poker game ever.
If you like Texas Holden but dont enjoy waiting for all the other players to decide what theyre going to do, this is the game for you!! The tournaments are three players including yourself, and move quickly! Try it out and see for your self. Guaranteed to keep you happy!

This is a decent poker sight, BUT the main problem is the timer is WAY too long! You almost fall asleep waiting for opponents to play. They should provide a maximum 15 second timer. Thanks.
Will not let you win. Get beat on last card every time. Lost every hand except maybe 3 after last review. What a joke. As long as you keep buying chips your a winner, giver them a bad rev Jew and your out. To bad.
We love this game! Im cheap and get to play for free. We’ve never paid for chips and when busted just wait for a free spin. We’ve read some reviews saying its unfair but it reminds us of our games with friends, real poker, Sometimes your lucky, sometimes not. And there are skilled players! Every time we work up to a $1,000,000 table we lose!!

Pokers hard guys, if you are actually buying chips regularly then you need more practice. This is a straight up decent app and especially appreciate Omaha (the best we’ve had for that). FYI Been a member a number of years and only purchased chips once, just very careful. Hope that helps!
We used to love this app. We dont normally spend money on in app purchases but we did on this one several times because we loved playing it. Over the last few months, the app either wont load or it will freeze in the middle of a tournament (which means we lose our buy-in). Losing a $10 million buy-in more than once is beyond frustrating. Its not our internet or WiFi connection because none of our other apps do this. Really disappointed.
Great game. Fun to play. Sometimes we just dont get good cards. This happens in live poker so its no big deal. Our only problem is when we get into big money games like $250,000,000 games. We’ve waited for half an hour for other players. Is there anyway we can leave before the other 2 players show? We know if we leave we loss our buy-in. There should be a time limit to leave without losing our buy-in. Anyway you can help with this. Its kinda frustrating wait past 15 minutes. Please help.
Its free, its awesome, great graphics, great UI, great socialization, It doesnt cost a ton of money to play, You get to meet new people, we’ve never suspected any cheating. We cant find any reason to give Any complaints At All! For those complaining about paying money: we’ve had the game for over two years and we’ve Never Spent A Single Dime!
We cant get in to the game the past two sundays anyone else have the same problem.
Its a good game but lags right now, you cant even play cards on the game and only slots are available and it wont change, kind of ridiculous and annoying.
