Out of all the online casinos that we play this has to be in our top three never have we had an issue with games deposits payouts. Definitely recommend downloading the app.
It doesnt hit/pay out as often as many of the other casino apps do. And the promotions they run are garbage. The withdrawals also take longer with them, than it does with almost every other casino apps.
Yeah, the whole app is alright, we like that you can use play money on the casinos but yet you cant even use it in the app. You have to use it in the browser. If you have an iPhone, it doesnt work.. And also not very great promos but mostly we have years of experience playing online casinos we have used just about every one in Michigan and Ive still NEVER won on PokerStars before. Im starting to think its not possible.
Used to win at least sometimes on this app, however the odds have become worse.

They have great bonuses and there promos arent too good but they give away free play a lot.
Lost over 300 never got the and bonus game once and remember when scatters come down most of the time its an automatic loss of your bet unless you get 3 or more scatters or you win by having at least 3 of the same symbols in 3 of the slots. This is ridiculous 1500 in two weeks . We hope yall are not incorporating AI to learn peoples deposit behavior and how they play so the games favor the casino no matter how much they spend or how long they play.

This app does not work well on an iPhone. Games continuously give an unexpected error. You can play maybe one or two games and then everything is an error. You have to restart or clear browser history and even then doesnt work well. Its just maddening. Play a different app that works better and at least has good bonuses. If you get a chest that says you get $10 for depositing $50, youll never get it.
Worst casino app out there and its not even close. App is always crashing and super glitchy which makes it frustrating to use. Plus their promotions are a joke. Right now there is a daily free spin promotion to win bonuses and free spins, its been going on for months and we won 2 free spins one time out of hundreds of days so its obviously not a true chance game for us to never win anything. That to us is shady and ridiculous especially compared to the other casino apps with actual promotions you can actually win.

Finding a reliable casino app can be tough. Any review that mentions losing money as a reason to rate low should not be trusted. Losing is a risk we take when we play the game. With that being said, this app is perfect. We only play the live dealer games and they seem to have every single game. The app is simple and easy to navigate. Customer service was very responsive and Ive never been through a verification process in under 24 hours.. On a weekend. This is the primary reason for us giving 5 stars. We submitted a withdrawal request at 2PM. We got the verification email at 4PM. Sent our documents immediately and got the deposit notification at 11PM on that same day. They seem to operate more efficiently than many of the other casinos out there. Our only drawback, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, they enforce responsible gaming on you. There are deposit limits that are set. These could vary, but ours seem to be $1k a day. Another FYI, read the terms and conditions of those deposit matches. If it is not 1x play through on all games, dont take the offer. You will never play through enough to make the offer worth considering.

We win here decently. Lack of games compared to others but the real issue is white screen we get when Im opening a game. We have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times this app as once the white screen hits not a game will open.
