Theres no way to change our user name???
So this game is pretty good in general also the rigged title person we think your just bad at playing it safe :p.
It is meant to be fun and it is, it takes away the value if chips so u can do crazy moves, but if u do, u sacrifice time. This allows you to be more careful and gives incentives. We dont mind the pattern randomness as it is fun but when there is too many calculated winning pots the system glitches and picks high card. Many times where people should have won with straights, the high card takes over. We dont know why but maybe include a replay pic of the last game in the next round so people arnt mis informed about how the actual game should be like and give people a chance to give good feedback.
Why cant we report bugs? The help button shows us the hands in poker. The feedback button asks us to rate it from frown to smiley face emoji. The contact us email doesnt respond. So we’ve come to leave a review! The following is a bug we’ve noticed and a design feature we want. Bug: Sometimes we win the pot but the chip animation goes to someone else. We end up with the chips but the game tells us we’ve lost. No we cant describe a specific example. Maybe if there were a bug report option we would pay more attention the next time it occurs. Feature: we finished all the quiz questions. We dont care when we win chips from the questions, we just enjoy the questions. Please allow us to reset the quiz feature after we complete all the questions. We dont need to earn chips, we just look forward to our daily poker quiz. Wonderful app and very fun.
While fun to play, the number of bad beats is unrealistic. Not a chance this would happen in a real poker game.
We had this downloaded for 2 days. Ridiculous bad beat after bad beat with the chips they give you. CLEARLY designed to get you to purchase chips. Con!
We have played so many times, and it seems our opponent always gets the better cards.
- Wheels of fortune its 1 lower every time 2. Cards its whack terrible terrible terrible.
We statistically analyzed the winning percentages funds an algorithm of sorts allowing 2 seats to win 85% of the hands for a set period of time then shift the 2 seats. Lucky for you if you are in these two seats but not realistic poker compared to actual table play. They tell you a third party certification of their dealing process but have really nothing to show that is a fact. Hope a realistic version of online poker developed an app accepted by all platforms for circulation and distribution.

Ill make this to the point. Youre better off just raising with the worst hand cause they will reward you no matter what! Had to delete this app before we broke our phone. You can put play everyone and it simply doesnt matter. Put your money in the with the best, 9-1 favorite, youll lose 80% of the time. Do not download this app!
Second review since our first one was replied saying they are fair play certified by gaming labs, and their shuffle and distribution are random. While this may or may not be true, we think they need to be tested again. We’ve ran simulations with our own cards in person and the results dont match up. With a sample of 100 hands in the app, 76 hands were won on the river. (I only used hands where two or more players went to the river and showed) For example, two pair is leading up to the river, river comes and someone without a pair hits a gut shot straight. 57 of those were runner runner where they had for example 6 8 10 on the flop, and then comes 7 and 9 on the turn and river. After doing 100 hands in real life, 12 hands were won by the river card, 6 of those hitting two pair or making a boat. Two gut shot straights, and two flushes. Not a single runner runner. Obviously these results will vary, but Kind of off putting that when done in person with truly random cards, there were 64 more hands won on the river in the app. If you still want to use the app, just call everything, especially when you have no business doing so.
Run outs have gotten predictable, never had to buy chips till we updated it a few months ago to this new lobby. Players we’ve never seen are pulling out wins and people we’ve played with for actual YEARS have noticed the same. We are uninstalling and Ill check back when Im so disappointed in life that we want to see else could get wrecked.
When you have pocket aces and some other person who doesnt have a level gets four of kind consistently then you know theres something other than luck at work.
This one is just like the rest, not worth it. They reward terrible play, and demolish good play. Takes the fun out of a card game.
Why do we loose our chips when we loose a signal when we get signal back yall take our chips ?
It was pretty good its just that when youre around chipsets like they dont carry it back for a little while. So its pretty good but honestly we feel like they should give you more chips.
The new app is disappointing for tournament play because it doesnt allow you to see other players tables, player listings and positions and change table settings at the table. Not sure what is good about the new app at all.
The 3 person tournaments pay out only 1.5 or 1x the buy-in. Kind of ridiculous. Should be no less than 3x the buy in as the minimum.
We been playing this game for years, Im talking 5 -6 years. And we always buy the 30,000,000 chip package. Im really good at poker and played almost 2 times a week for over 10 years. On this game Youll have a hot streak then, BOOM you lose back to back to back. We’ve lost 15,000,000 in a day and we played for hours and all we usually play is AA,KK,JJ,QQ and sometimes 89 or J, 10 ya know especially if up in chips. Well here lately after we bought 39,000,000 chips we have lost hand after hand after hand. And Im talking all Im playing is face cards. And itll never hit. We see a pattern too. 1 day Ill hit hit hit, then the next Ill lose lose lose. But you lose more than you can Gain. Any poker player can tell you that. . We just feel like theyll give you a hot streak. Then take everything away from you so you have to buy more. And Im upset about this cause we’ve spent Hundreds of dollars on this game. And the pattern never fails. We wont spend another dime on this till the manager/ Developer of this game makes it right!! They didnt respond to us last time. So we hope this gets there attention if they actually care.
We like the game except that the winning hand is only display for a split second before it disappears. We dont know what the winning hand was on most hands. It rally needs to be displayed longer or a box in the corner showing the last hand.
If there was a game for donkeys this is it. We’ve played poker for a long time and we’ve never had so many bad beats, donkey players and bad luck at poker. We guess if you dont spend real cash to buy your chips you get no love on this crappy game!!!

Worst app we’ve had It wont let you withdraw your money. Download DraftKings no poker but you can at least withdraw your winnings.
The poker stars algorithm rewards bad play and basically makes poker into bingo. If you want to actually play poker, not bingo, try another app, invite some friends over, or go to a casino. :/
If youre looking for a fun fair game youve come to the wrong spot. The dealing is so obviously rigged it makes us sad this is the best they can come up with. No wonder everyone bashes this app. Look in the mirror poker stars!! You can be better than this. Knock off the rigged dealing. Rigged dealing is for losers.
Dont judge us, but we spent money on this game, just to open the app one day and be locked out of our account because Im signed in from another device (Im not). Very disappointed and dont even know how to contact customer support to fix it. Be wary of spending your money.
We have lost access to our account which has all credits and purchases accumulated since two years. We have contacted customer service in email, no resolution. As we are addicted to this game, we started using the new login, started fresh. As usual we have make few purchases recently. We again get same error since yesterday. We lost credits/points/purchases. A month back they said they are working on it, no response on later communications. Also, when we deleted app yesterday to try if it works reinstalling, after we deleted there were missing 78 notifications popped up from other apps. It looks like this app was stopping or accessing other information on our phone.
We have been playing for over 3 years and have spent a lot of money here. Just spend $180 and lost it as we couldnt sign in, which normally we didnt have to sign in. Another persons email popped up and it said we were signed into another device. Not true. Our only device was the phone we were on. When we rebooted the app it then had 100,000 points and we had millions, back to level 1 and we were on level 505!!! We were our game back with the $180 of coins we just purchased and our 505 level back.
It does not allow you to login on your IPhone. It keeps saying we are logged in on another device which we are not: our Dad also has an IPhone and a stars Account and it does the exact same thing on his Account. For at least two weeks neither of us have been able to login or play with are IPhones. We notified them of the problem two weeks ago and nothing has been done to fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea if they ever plan on fixing the problem or do they just not give a FK, . We are thunder_jime On poker stars.
We used to play somewhat regularly. About 3 weeks ago the App wouldnt let us in, said we were logged in elsewhere (which is not the case). Reached out to Support several times who were not able to offer any help – said they were fixing things, but nothing is happening. We lost a big pile of fake money that we cant be too upset about, but its the lost time of building up our stack. Now looking for another Poker App to start over on.
If you have ever payed any real poker or play regularly then this will be furthest away from that possible. You will see every flop have some kind of straight. And if you think the 5 rivers in a row giving a straight is not possible… On this game it is. Also game breaks down. You get close to making the top league and all of sudden you cant sign in. When you reach out to them they will lie and say how they have had their card randomization audited by some 3rd party. Or how their developers are working in whatever glitch you find. All in all game is garbage but luckily for fake chips.
We dont recommend this game. Especially if you buy chips. Constant log in issues.
It works when you deposit money but when you try to play a game the software will freeze no matter how many times you log in/out and reinstall the app. You will spend the game disconnected and with a frozen screen and pokerstars will not refund you your money lost in tournaments because of there software problem.
DO NOT PURCHASE PLAY CHIPS!!! We spent $99.99 to purchase $331 million in play chips and within 6 hours we were unable to login because it said we were already logged in from a different device (which we obviously wasnt). So someone else somehow stole our identity and is playing with our chips.
We like playing to kill time…. Seems to go in spurts as fas as winning but thats poker.
Im wondering how long it takes for them to transfer our money to us though.

Twice now everything we worked hard for is gone and a whole new account appears. Before we got a whole new account it would not open stating we were already logged using another device which we were NOT. Than we were suddenly back in but its a new account!!! We lose all our chips & promotions and get a new dumb profile name. Everything goes to square 1. Super frustrating and not fun since this keeps happening.
Im using a iPad to play and it keeps freezing while bidding and kicks out of the game or folds our hand. What can you do about that?
We can’t believe anyone thinks this upgrade is an improvement. We loved the PokerStars app before this upgrade. We’re just hoping PokerStars doesn’t change the computer format. Hate the upgrade!
We dont get it been playing since oct now it logged us off lost 5 mil in chips and mr ranking what a wast of time.
Literally had the higher card of the flush and the other player was awarded the hand. This game cheats you out of chips so you have to keep buying more. Disgusting.
After 3 years of playing this game it Stole $200 we just Spent and game status. We cant sign in cant talk to anyone. Im so mad right now. We have been trying To contact them For 2 days since it happened and no help.
If you like playing poker on a platform that rigs its shuffle algorithm strategically to get you to purchase more of their fake money (with real money) so that you can continue to lose more of their fake money, than this the app for you! Dont worry about the investigations and lawsuits against them! Just give them your money! What more could you ask for?????
Cant fix the same problem we’ve been having for a year where it deals you the cards and cant see them. You can update the ads on the game every day though. Nice.
