We love this game and we have no problem playing. But sometime when we enter in the game. It restarts for us. Like our progress start over again from lvl 1. We have been playing that for weeks. But idk why. It happened twice already.
A. They want you to pay for every little thing, they give you VERY little coins so that you have to purchase the coins with real money, and you need the coins to continue playing! Because some levels require you to have upgrades! If you purchase with real money in the game and it crashes, or logs you out. You wont get the benefits of your purchase back. And it crashes once you get to higher levels and you have to start from level one :) wouldnt get this game unless you dont care about any of the above other then that GG! Just wanted to add that, you DO NOT get to keep the coins from the level you play, just alittle bit of coins for your timing wish they let you keep the coins for how much you earned during the game. But that would make it harder on the to get your $$$ by asking you to buy coins.
The app wont load and open properly.
The game pretty fun but we cant get in. We click on the app to play but it kick us out, we already try so many times.
We love this game. Or used to. We had a tablet when we were locked up and bought this game. It worked just fine. Never crashed or anything. Now playing through the App Store it crashes all the time. We cant even get the game to open past the loading screen before it kicks us out by itself and suddenly Im going from the loading screen of the game back to the Home Screen of our phone. We noticed that all these updates and bug fixes were two years ago!!! Please fix! We really love this game and would play it all the time.
We love this game since childhood, however it just kept crashing one day none stop and we had to delete it and reinstall. But then it deleted all our progress and in app purchases. Not to mention there is no way to save the spot that you were in case this happens. Good game but certainly has its issues. Please fix the bugs.
Just started playing a few days ago, but the game restarted and lost all our progress. We were up through level 25 or 27.
Love the game, but Ive got to level 80 three times and every time the game stopped working. Soon we will give up trying. Sad because we really like it.
We love this game. Its a lot of fun, but it quickly gets hard to progress because you need to upgrade items.. But once you get 3 stars on the previous levels, you have to beat your best time to get more gold. So you quickly get stuck unless you spend real money on gold to buy the next upgrade.
We love the game, but having issues with it taking us back to level one. On our 3rd time now and debating on getting rid of the app…having to restart and playing the same levels is getting old.
We purchased twice but every time we come back we kept on going back to level 1 and all our coins are gone too!! We want our money back or just give our coins back to the game.
The 1st time the game crashed we were level 80 which is hard because of the cost of upgrades but we sucked it up, we just played up to level 42 and it crashed, yet again starting over at level 1. We were signed in both times so we dont understand why our progression wasnt saved either time or whats goin on. Its so discouraging.

We love this game and something happen and we lost all progress Im very upset we made purchase to advance to the next level now Im at level 1 again and we dont know how to restore our game back to where we were it show all of our achievements on the game but when we open it takes us back to level 1 we have contacted and we havent heard anything all we want is to go back to our game if anyone can help please restore our game.
We just spent all our diamonds to unlock the level and then we got off the app and got back on it and its locked again.

We love time management games like this we used to play FarmVille but it wouldnt let us advance even after adding it on FB , we guess there was a glitch . We started playing this game and theres also a glitch . Every time we open the game it closes us out after it loads.
We enjoyed this game for a week. Now, it cant get past the loading screen without it crashing. Very disappointed.
It was a great game. But the. It started shutting down at random times. Now it wont even start. Uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it. Nope. It will start but wont reinstate all the stuff we bought so wasted money. Was up past level 50. Now back to lvl 1. Get to lvl 3 and the program shuts down and wont open the program again. Cant play and wasted money on it.

Yep, you start a game and start to enjoy it, then boom something stops working on it ! We were able to keep clicking on the gems to watch a clip and earn 10 for each one we watch, but nope, now it dont work ! Please fix this, thank you. And a few hours later the game dont work at all !!!! Here we go again, you fixed it, now its back to not opening to play , do you want people playing your game, plus the everyday bonus doesnt work every day works at most r days then resets, but it dont matter now cause your back to not letting us play, by not letting it open (load) to play. PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME ONCE AND FOR ALL, IT CRASHES EVERY OTHER DAY !!!! We got a response back but we think you responded back to the wrong person because we didnt say we made a purchase, we want your game to stop crashing and give the rewards everyday like its supposed to.
Been playing for a couple months. Suddenly every time we open the the app it just closes. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and played for a few minutes, from the beginning and it keeps crashing. Please fix.
Ive played this everyday, and we get into levels 60-70. Everyday without the daily bonus. And then out of nowhere, Im back at level one without anything we worked for or the VIP we paid for. Deleting the stupid app.
Our whole game got restarted, we have bought multiple things on the game. And now its all gone, we would like to know how and why our game got restarted, and why all of the coins and gems we had paid for werent there. Either want a refund for it all or it added back to our game or our game set back to where it was.
We miss the original Farm Frenzy and this game reminded us of it. Until we got to level 49 and the game reset. Lost it all. We gave it another try and got to level 41 and again, it reset. There is no way to save the game. Contacted support and basically just got an apology. If you want a game that has no updates, no save game progress, and a game that resets and you lose all progress, this is a game for you. If not, pass on it. Its not worth it.
With lots of pop up ads and disjointed game action. We kept having to close down the game after pop up ads because they would mess up the screen. Got through about 10 levels out of 60 to 100 and deleted game. Too frustrating.
Omg is what we got to say…. We love playing this game but it does have glitches. The number one thing that pisses us off, is the game itself doesnt know how to count.we have collected items and it never goes up. Like for instance we collected milk 2 times and the game only counted it once. This has happened several occasions. We ready to delete this game.
We contacted herocraft to let them know we were not issued the gems we purchased. The support told us to contact our app store because they are unable to manage purchases through the app store. We contacted the App Store and they said Im not eligible for a refund. We disputed it and again am not eligible for a refund. So Jolly Days Farms got money for s purchase they did not provide.
Some levels are to hard to pass and then when we got to 68 it kicked us back to 1 and we lost everything. Tried to get a hold of the app people and never got response back.
We dont know whether thats because the game was updated or whatever but either way we were really enjoying the game so much that we couldve rated it five stars.. We even reached a high level until suddenly all our progress was lost and we were back at level one which is not fair and for this reason we wont play it again until our progress is restored somehow.
We were honestly enjoying the game. Tonight we bought a few upgrades and our game reset to the beginning and it does not reflect our purchases. We are back at level one.
We love this game , but whenever we choose one of the bonus options to finish the level (ex. Extra time, or machine speed) the game crashes and we have to start all over again .. Im almost done with all the levels , waiting for more levels .. Please update as soon as possible and fix the crashes.
We have really enjoyed this game. We had to buy some the of the VP products to move past a level but when we discovered you get 10 diamonds for watching videos we were delighted! Was expecting 1. We love that you get to test the VP products. Our deduction of one star is because it seemed you needed buy a VP item to continue. Its possible to get them without spending real money so sticking with four stars.
We opened the game today and it reset everything. We were almost on level 80 so we were almost finished with all the levels. We had fun getting there but we were working to getting everything so we could just say that we did it but now its pointless. It took us time and months to get that far.
We really love playing this game, but it seems the developers do not update often. There have not been new levels added in quite some time. Using boosters causes the game to crash and health being lost. If the game gets fixed we will adjust our rating.
It was great until today when we opened up the app and had to complete start over. We chose to spend money to help ourselves progress. But to open up the game and we have to start from the very beginning and all our progress was lost. Thats stinks.

We enjoyed this game a lot. We paid for the VIP items we wanted and the game RESET. It erased our status and ALL our purchases. There is no in game fix and the Support is non responsive. Im EXTREMELY disappointed. We NEVER RECEIVED HELP! Do not play this game.
We love this game but this is the Second time we have to start this whole game over. We were far in the game again. First time we didn't save it to our phone. The second time around we did. This is really annoying.
We enjoy the game. However it seems to have become glitchy lately. -When we choose to use a life to play a previously played level, two lives are deducted. -There have been a few times where the clock to replenish our lives will only run when the game is running. So in the morning we still have to wait 40minutes to get two lives when its been off (and should have been replenishing) all night. -Many mornings when we try to get the free gift, it will not let us. -This isnt a glitch, but observation…the cost of items needed to move onto a new level in the game is outrageous. It is virtually impossible to get past a certain level without buying additional coins. Even with finishing each previous level and receiving gold stars and the highest payout, it often isnt enough to buy the needed improvement for the next level.
