Since the update a few days ago all we see on s a blue screen So lost a star cos its still a blue screen. Plz fix it.
We have not been able to log on for three weeks now. What is the problem.
This game will not give you any idea what is going on unless your in discord server. In the discord server the community mod will ban you if you say anything he disagrees with. Even if it was something as simple as saying to be fair you edited the post.. Save yourself some time and find a game where they dont make you pay to play everything now and has terrible community managers and customer service.
Started playing in college 12yrs ago then they added to many cities and weird extra stuff that wasnt needed, bring it back to the old game.
Back in 2013 when we were playing this game and till now still we will great game.
After years away from the game we came back only to try and recover our account and the game just crashes everytime now that Ive restored our account.
This game has finally made a commitment to gemmers only. There was a time you could keep up with gemmers then outplay them on the field but it might even cost you to log on soon. Good luck. Made good friends.
We wanted to return to this game because was our favorite we had some much power troops and cities but now that we wanted to return it wont load our account we have try multiple times.
We noticed that there is some kind of hidden wait time when you upgrade and spend resources to cut the wait time down. If we wanna stay up and build for 2 hours straight why shouldnt we be able to? Ive been playing KOC off and on since 2011 when it was exclusively on Facebook gaming center and thats something Im definitely not used too. Nevertheless, we love KOC the only rpg/strategy game we ever had time for outside of an actual gaming console which should be implemented soon. Itll sell out.
This game is terrible. It at one time was a great game and fun . Today there are so many fixes that need to be done that its not worth the time . Its sad really sad . You cant advance your player cant win items in campaign. We would not recommend this game at all. Dont waste your time or money.
This could possibly be the worst dev team there is. The game was amazing but the game team that has been running game last year or two has totally ruined the game. To compete in the game now days you need to attack campaign camps to earn items, but every other attack you do gives you errors sometimes making you close the game to fix it. To make it worse you use clovers to double rewards you get for 30 minutes.. So the errors are beyond frustrating. The game team has decided to only try to add new items that could make them money and refuse to fix any of the game problems. Everything they add they must not test cause everything they add breaks existing features of the game. Sadly we would recommend finding another game with a better development team that is interested in having a working game. For sure not a game we would spend money on to log in on to have it not work for months on end without any hope of them fixing it and players quitting non stop.
Glitches, alternate accounts by the same players for cheating during tournaments, players duplicating resources and troops, and ridiculous amounts off rare items required to build. Profanity and sexually explicates comments unmonitored in chat. Players reported and game team does not address. This game is dying, and quick.
2022 update If you are new dont start. If you a returning, stay retired. Game team is garbage Developers change rules instantaneously, effectively stealing from players. Customer service wont solve anything but the most simple problems. For years we all learned work arounds to incessant glitches and hypnotized ourselves to believe the game would improve. But since an update in april 2021 to add an unwanted new feature, the game has been glitchier than previous 8 years. The worst glitch is armies disappearing during attacks. You risk losing your best troops without a trace. We lost half of our T7 army attacking a dragon in sept 2022. After a month begging customer service for compensation they refuse to acknowledge the problem. In october 2022 without warning, game team changed prizes for events that made items players saved worthless. 2015 update – Spend, Fight, Repeat Very simply that is all this game is. WARNING no strategy involved!!!! When you begin, it is fun learning how to grow, but if you want to compete and not be embarrassed on the battlefield you must spend thousands of dollars. If you are good with that, this is the game for you. If you don't care about competing, and are more in it to socialize, this may also be right for you. Just lower your expectations or spend the cash.

Time has been cruel to this game, as someone who played this game on Facebook and followed it to iOS when we got an iPod touch and iPhone, this game was great but as time gone on it just gets more and more buggy and unplayable, we are no longer able to log in to our old accounts (assuming age due to many many updates and those servers the account was linked to are long gone and the company being bought at and server migrations. Not a big deal with these accounts.) Nor recent ones we made when the game says the account exsists and we get stuck in a loading and error loop when we try to log in and cant leave it and have to reinstall the game and am forced to use a guest account. Also when we try playing on the guest account and cant access things for the most random stuff and then again get stuck in a rebooting loop again for just trying to access our items. The game is also becoming increasingly unfriendly to new users locking chat until level 15 which is pretty high for the game so new players cant talk to to others unless its through private messages sent by in game mail(cant even private chat people in the private chat option.) THIS GAME IS DYING AND THE DEVS ARE BASICALLY PUSHING AWAY NEW PLAYERS IN AN ATTEMPT TO CATER TO THE VETERANS!!! Once a great game that we loved and was addicted to is now garbage. 10 years ago we would have given this 5 stars. Now barely worth the 1 star. UPDATE: we tried again got to level 15, created a new account and started a second city using the gems from creating an account to buy a deed and when we hit the button to create the city. REBOOT LOOP AND COULD NOT GET OUT OF IT we REINSTALLED THE GAME AND STILL WAS IN A REBOOT LOOP we WANT THIS GAME TO WORK LIKE IT USED TO BUT IT IS SO BROKEN. DEVS, PLEASE TAKE DOWN THE GAME, FIX IT AND RERELEASE IT!!! JUST FIX THE GAME PLEASE.
Played in 2010 for a while than seen this and it hasnt changed to drastically. The support team/devs are still highly responsive and active.
A fun game to play. Building cottages and Barracks, marching troops, and collecting resources. Always enjoy spinning the wheel and using chance tokens. A well made and fun game to play.
Support is terrible, every time they do upgrade they screw up 10 things. They should sell game back to kabam or gaea if it were not for the friends we have made in last 8 years, we would quit tis game.
Way too many glitches and they dont try to fix them. It was a very enjoyable game but lately there are some many glitches it makes it difficult to play.
1 star since you cannot log back in after deleting the app and reinstalling. We have played off and on since 2012, but it looks like Im done for good now.
The game glitches are ridiculous. Near seem to get fixed. Makes it hard to do grail wars and play. This is also a war game; the Alliance Hireath in vortigern132 is bullying and using Deca to ban multiple players. This alliance finds glitches and duplicates troops and resources- constantly cheating. If a player from another alliance attacks any of their players they go crying to DECA and DECA bans the players. Talk about cyber bullying not to mention killing the game. Find a different war game to play.
We have been playing this game for roughly ten years and it was a great game under kabam, was good under gaea, but deca the new hbic is the worst hands down when it comes to customer support or compensation. Recently we were locked out of pvp for two days because of an error on their end and Ive gone back and forth with them for well over a month now and never received a solution to the problem. We missed out on two trophy comps which had us place in bronze rather than silver which is where we were casually headed before their connection issues, the prize difference was so small that it wouldnt have been a big deal to just give us the difference in chest prizes and we would have been satisfied. We gave them more than a fair chance to make things right but they refused to do so. So here we are, also they havent updated prizes in exploring since exploring became a thing about 6 years ago, mods run the game, deca doesnt care about casual players, a lot of people flee worlds because they allow horrendous and awful trash talk without punishment, people have cheated and became mods after getting caught, the appointed mods in discord are of no help, grail is ALWAYS lagging and they refuse to fix that, dont plan on getting recent gear unless you fork out $1000 or camp your life away. Hope this review is helpful to newcomers, our advice dont play this game.

Not a day goes by that something doesnt screw up in this game. Then the 2 week wait for customer support to get back to you after they look into it@ and nothing ever gets fixed. Dont waste your, time this game is dead.
This game has so many glitches!!! Absolutely no support from the developers. They are more interested in selling the add-ons instead of fixing the bugs.
This game is coming up on 10 years old. It has evolved into a grinding game for gear and heroes instead of the main objective, fighting. Every server is filled with players with multiple accounts who will cheat until you give up. It has lots of bugs and errors you have to deal with daily. There is great concept just bad management. One of the the best parts of the game is Player Vs Player (PvP) that they host 3 times a year. The downside, there are more alternate accounts then actual players. Making it near impossible for those who spend little to no money to get decent prizes. There are also people buying discounted gems, bypassing iTunes and Google Play. We guess it boils down toIf you arent cheating, you arent trying.
Every time we try loading our previous kingdom it says incorrect gaea account and then permanently leaves us on the loading screen. We very much enjoy this game and would like to continue to play, please fix this.
Great game really feels like your fighting in mid century. Its tuff on new players but if you hang in it gets really interesting and competitive. The game works and looks so much better then any fighting game Ive played. Would be a help if the building times were a bit faster.
You let players cheat and be racist in this game. Why not follow your own rules and ban these people. You will be boycotted. Worst game ever.
We really enjoy this app but our god it is the buggies game Ive ever played in our life, and leads to a ton of frustration. Edit: changing our rating from 3 stars to 1, its almost unplayable how terrible the bugs are right now.
Ever since this nine update came out kingdom of Camelot will not download on our iPad customer service cannot find out the problem its been two months and we cannot play the game therefore we give this game . 0000001 stars.
Update: Game was nice in its glory days now all you have left is gaea company and no customer service…. The dynamics of the game are focused on your purchases the events and comps have been the same for 6 years a very boring game no creativity a company which is trying to make up for the loss of the purchase from kabam. Whats left of a great game is the die hard cheaters…big spenders… Angry displaced players holding on to a dream the game will revive itself. All you read on the negative reviews are the truth! Customer service does not exist! Was a great game to play till kabam became greedy. In order to play this game you need to spend a lot of money to buy their gems. First off, f a w k Kabaam and gaea. They dont ban cheating players that pay, but ban others. Then they unban players after certain amount of time like 3 days. This game app is garbage to the core! If you like cheating or 3rd party gemming, here is the game for you.
So how do we get someone to respond? This game has been unlawfully downloaded, and is coming out of our account and Ive never ordered this game or even heard of it.
Why does it need to download 19 updates every time we open the game? It takes about 5 minutes to open the game for us. Would us much more enjoyable if this was fixed.
Games trash 200k shouldnt get hit by 200million its almost impossible to get better when you keep getting hit and everything taken.
Always known the games had bugs, always has but never impededmy gameplay. Now in the loading screen it wont let us log in, just keeps asking for password and email.
They took money from our account with out a purchase or items given and took weeks for them to come up with the solution of giving us the gems instead of the money they stole. Check your bank statements this company is scandalous.
The game is ok but Im tired of training troops even in pve you lose troops there is no option for a hospital at this point in the game idk if you get them at a later point we are only level 6 castle.

This game envisions everything we find perfect in a kingdom game. We love how the game works, we just love it. There is too much we have to say about why we find this to be the best game we ever have and ever will play. The look of the game is perfect, the combat system is perfect, you find the occasional good laugh from some amazing people in global chat. There is so much more that we can list, but alas, we dont have the time for that. We just came by to let others know that we find this game extremely breathtaking this game is and that we are heartbroken it is dying. Ive played it on and off for the past 5 years and loved every second we spent on it. Sadly, this game will become no more, the servers are becoming more and more silent, and battles scarce. We appreciate those of you that have taken the time out of your day(or night) to read our review up to now, may god bless you and we hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
This game used to be fun before Gaea took it over. Now its just annoying to play. No fun anymore. They dont listen to their players on what needs to improve. All they do is make the game worse with useless and pointless updates that dont help the players. Not impressed. Kabam was way better in our opinion.
Gaea is the worst company that you can play a game under. There is 0 customer support and they literally take your money and give you the wrong stuff. Then they threaten you with a ban for bringing up a refund. Dont bother even starting.
