Just as good a game as before except now we can finish the ending since the update! We even got the good ending! Devs, thank you for the update, we just happened to come across it, hopefully more people do, because it still a fun and scary game! Issues: not sure its just on our Iphone 7 or IOS, but we noticed the ball of leaves that rolls into you, was a giant pink ball & crying girl was a giant pink square. This didnt bother us, but could affect other newer players experience with the game. And lastly the house disappeared in the forest but we could hear the sound of it and was able to enter still, it was quite confusing the first time though. Thanks & hope to see more like this in the future!
We like it it does a good job of scaring us without using flashy jump scares.

This game is super fun but this game has a timer aka sanity this mechanic stoped us from getting the best ending and we had like one more night the girl was right there but when we try to leave oh we lost we cant do anything besides walk around the house and look at the girl we hate this mechanic.
We first found this game a few years ago when we watched Markiplier play it for himself. This game that Im playing it now fills us with nostalgia and gittyness that we found it. Im hoping to see even better horror games from you guys!
This game is awesome. There have already been more than one moment where we’ve jumped a bit. Of course, to achieve this affect you need to be playing alone, in the dark, with headphones on and the volume high. ;) we are saddened though that it doesn’t have the cool shadow effect the computer version has. It’s probably too much for the iPad. But It’s still great! The story is intriguing, the use of sound is unnerving to say the least, and the art style is unique. Keep up the good work Ice Pick Lodge!
This game is the scariest game we played in a while, it isn’t that scary when playing, but it just gets to your mind , normally at night. If you like game that are scary but a day later you forget all about it , go right ahead. But if you want a horror game that’ll stick with you, then get the knock knock game. P.S. If you haven’t realized it yet from our review this game is worth the money.
We love this game we’ve played it15 times. And we love the boy or the loger you call him But we call him Stanley knockknock we think The name fits him by the way love the game.
Still want to give it 5/5 because its fun, but problem is we cannot continue our save file after update.
This isn’t jump out of your pants scary, it’s anxiety build-up, and not knowing what’s real or not. Love the art style and use of sound. It’s great with headphones in a dark room. It’s also quite abstract. No definitive objectives that we could really tell. Just need to survive until daylight… This recent update fixes the blank cutscenes, but sometimes our progress is erased for some reason.
This game is fun, terrifying, and worth the money. This game is better than any Slender or Five Nights at Freddy’s game could ever be. The story keeps you guessing, the monsters are terrifying, and the gameplay is fantastic. The controls are a little annoying, but after you play the game for a while, you get used to them. Buy this game!
This game isn’t scary as in jump scares (so far) it’s more of a creepy, not knowing what’s real experience and we think that’s fantastic. Not many games do this. Great job developers! The only problem we had with the game was when we first downloaded it, it crashed (only once) (I’m playing it on a iPod 4th generation so maybe that’s why) but after resetting our iPod it works perfect!
Hands down addictive and so beautiful. We love it.
The game is a horror masterpiece, that uses a very unique program for horror, it’s a horror game that’s worth every penny. Although we got the "breaking the cycle" ending, then it showed the "bad game over screen" ( maybe it’s a glitch)
This game is a complete mind f**k. Itll stay with you days after playing it and possibly cause nightmares. Dont play this one without headphones either. It intensifies the game. A must have for horror fans. We hope to see another game like this from these devs,although this is def one of a kind.
This game has a strange internal logic that may make you feel like you’re going crazy. But it absolutely convinced that there is an underlying reason for everything, even when you’re replaying the same level for the 10th time and unsure why. The procedural design of the house makes it so that it is never boring, even if it is frustrating. One of our favorite games.
Step aside slenderman you are no longer terrifying as their is more things to be afraid of when playing this game then being told to get X pages to run away from Y monster because that type of gameplay is old and reused especially on the PC along with the mobile devices. A 2D game with beautiful smooth graphics, steady all around frame rate and a low crashing rate makes Knock Knock unique from the slenderman titles and other so-called horror games that end way too early.
We love this game so much, but after the ios11 update, we can no longer play it. You should consider updating the game so it can work with ios11.

This game is amazing but it started crashing when we go into the forest after the level where the doppelgnger shows up please fix it this game means the world to us we love it so much.
The cutscenes are muted. Pls fix. We’re using an iPad Air 2 (iOS 9.3.2). Update: The game is not compatible for ios 11 and we doubt that this will be updated, judging from the ratings.
This is one of the best games we’ve ever played, especially on iOS. It’s right up there with Tiger Style’s games, The Silent Age, Sword & Sorcery, & Osmos. The atmosphere is absolutely chilling, but very fun at the same time. The graphics and art make for a very nostalgic experience, especially if you love Halloween. The jump scares are actually enjoyable rather than unbearable, which is a major plus in our book. The highlight of the game though is by far the sound design and soundtrack, very creepy and downright unnerving. Cannot praise this game enough.
Let us just put it this way. We’ve never used our time to write a review. But this game actually deserves it. One of our top ten IOS games ever!
The game is so much more stressful then FNaF we love both the games but this game actually gives us the creeps! XD great game love the art style and we love how you just can’t camp in a single room forever! Greatly put together love the character you play as (I got a soft spot for insane scientists with wacky hair :3 idk why) so all around 5 stars for great art gameplay suspense etc :D … But now that we play it we see that the hiding mechanic is bull… Great game but the monsters ALWAYS see us hiding not fair we’re not even over exaggerating no matter what we’re found….
This game is kind of bizarre… But in a satisfying, unexpected way… Like we didn’t really understand what the gameplay was, what to do… So your feeling of aloneness and listens in the creepy house is intensified.. Literally gave us goosebumps at one point… Just.. Frigging spooky… The ending was a bit… Er.. Well left us wanting more.. Need more story… But in it’s way was just as bizarre as the entire game.. So… For 1.99 well worth it and gave us several evenings of scary play. Just get it, you need to experience this kind of game atmosphere.
This game was great for awhile… Creepy lil crazy dude walking around changing light bulbs and opening doors, ( that’s probably what made him crazy) sounds that creep anyone out and then the knocking… Oh HECK NO!!! That was awesome! The guest come in and that took the creep level over the top. This was all great for awhile and well worth the money just for the scare. However, this drags on and on and never makes sense. We can say if you just want a creepy time, buy it and play it. This game is pretty short, it will scare you and that’s all we want in the end anyway.
This game isn’t scary because if grotesque monsters or intense popups. It’s scary because it likes to get inside your head and stress you out. There are weird cryptic messages and noises hidden all over that don’t seem to have any meaning other than to freak out the player, and it works. Whenever a monster enters your house, there is a feeling of panic that looms around until sunrise. However, none of these things are necessarily bad. One of the biggest things this game has going for it is it’s beautiful art style that only adds to the atmosphere. Strongly recommended to any fan of the horror genre, or anyone interested in trying it out.

This is the most perplexing game, if it is in fact a game, that we have ever experienced. It is creepy, frustrating, strange, and impossible to describe in any way that will make sense unless you try it for yourself. Try it and let us know what your ending is. Ours ends with the main character going mad. Yours? It is well made… The sounds must be heard through headphones for full effect. We had to see what would happen. Does that make it a good game? We don’t know. But it kept bringing us back…
We found the premise intriguing and enjoyed our time exploring for an hour or so. Now the game crashes when we try to continue where we left off. We were intrigued but not enough to go back through a wasted hour of exploration just because the app bugged out.
We wanted to love this game. We really did. It has beautifully creepy artwork, a wonderfully dark atmosphere, and a (initially) cryptic and intriguing plot. Sadly, the more you play, the more you realize that there’s little beneath the surface – and to make matters worse, the developers make you repeat the same mundane action ad nauseum to highlight this lack of depth. You slowly crawl through a forest to find something that’s never explained to you and then end up back at the same house to repeat it all over again. And the narrator spews overly cryptic messages that never amount to anything and reveal nothing – we just skipped through them after enough levels because it just wastes time and only serves to add "creepy" vibes to the game. The "rules" to the game are stupidly based on luck and chance. We really cant emphasize this enough – this is not a good game. The art is beautiful – but the game is not. Im shocked by all of the great reviews here (which convinced us to buy the game). Its not a horror masterpiece – its an exercise in patience. Also the swipe controls are VERY poorly implemented and often result the wrong action being performed… So even on a technical level, this game poorly performs. Two stars for the art direction and atmosphere. Everything else that actually makes this a game fails in all respects.
Every Time u go to hide behind a bed the monsters still see u no matter what. Game is flawed. Smooth play through, Good sound effects, Spooky edge of your seat feel.
Midway through the game sanity came into effect and it saved right before we died we have to start the game over to keep playing.
We played the game once. When we went to return to where we left off we cannot load the game. It crashes over and over again. We love paying money for what is not functioning. We have the iPhone 7s so we know the hardware is not the issue.
This game does not support 64 bit and the developers will not update it. It will not play on your iPad/iPhone.

This game is simply awesome. Turgor (another game from Ice-Pick Lodge) is more of our type of a game (art vs. Horror), but we really enjoyed this one too. We wonder if there is a plan to have Turgor in app..
We love this game! We heard it was going to be released In March so we checked the App Store every day until it came out. Even our little brother said "This is awesome!!!!!!" He even bought it himself. We suggest this game to everybody! :D.
We did turn our lights off and played this game, still in the progress but oh men, this is worth it. Fun, interesting, you won’t get bored.
Just a heads up when you walk the forest you need to find the girl, it’s every time you walk the forest you need to find the girl for part of her memory , we don’t know why they did not explain it in game description cos the first time we walked thru game we avoided the girl in the woods and by the end of the game we couldn’t finish .. Hope this hint helps! It is a creepy game enjoy.
The game itself is solid and fun, the controls are way off though. To open doors we have keep tapping randomly around the door and hope we can hit the sweet spot, which is usually after ten or twenty rapid taps in the area. Tapping myself to make us hide we haven’t managed to make work a single time, but when it comes down to it we could hide. Behind the bed or in a cabinet. Ipad retina display.
