We can’t play this game. What happened. We loved it. Then it stopped and for year’s says loading but we tried it on the iPhone and it took out thousands of points and levels. It moved us to level 1. And the IPAD IS JAMMED PLEASE HELP. We LIKE YOUR GAME. NOT HAPPY IF HAVE TO RESTART BUT AT THIS POINT we WILL START OVER BUT PREFER TO PLAY ON IPAD.
We guess Im just old, but the time allotment on the second part of Murder on the Orient Express is ridiculous, plus you have to contend with the flower tiles that add another layer when Im already struggling to clear the board before the timer goes off. We wont spend real money on games, sorry, so Ill probably just delete it.
Too expensive to buy all the things you have to buy to keep playing the game. They get you where your wallet is concerned. Player beware. Game is a total ripoff.
Whats up with all the freaking ads. Making the game annoying. Really seriously.
We really love this game. But in case 2 we’ve done all games with 3 stars. But on 137 we have only 2 stars. When we’ve tried to play this level several times but we get kicked out of the app. Several times. How can we go the the next case? Im not going to buy it because the challenge is to play the game. Is this a glitch? Please fix it. Im sorry we had to give it a low score but if you correct this problem, then we have no choice but to delete the whole app. Thats a shame.

We had liked the game, however, we’ve been stuck on level two for more than a month. We have no idea what the story is about anymore. There is no way your going to get past it without spending money. We did purchase a time pack, but it did no good. Im not sure what gives and why it wont let us get the last key, but Im deleting the game. We will spend money on games, but not if the results are pointless.

We are truly enjoying playing this game! Our one issue is that we are unsure what those extra gifts mean. Are they usable power ups, or what? There aren’t many explanations for those keys that we have earned, and some of the other gifts. Help! But, as we stated, it was a great find for us recently! Thanks, Rosemary Alkofer.

We love mahjong games and when we found this one we immediately loved it. The storyline was great and the puzzles were fun and challenging. After solving two cases we have been waiting for a new one but it never happens. Is it ever going to happen or did we miss something? The Agatha Christie case was the best of the two so far.

Enjoy this game, EXCEPT…… We have completed all cases and the next case has been coming soon for months now and we have over 800 unused coins. We have sent several messages via the support link to determine when the next case would be released, no reply. If there is not going to be a next case soon, a want a refund for coins purchased. H.

We loved the game would have given it a higher rating however the update changed the lives. Three lives every 2 days isnt fair. Im considering deleting the game. Please fix this issue. Im not spending money on coins why not just make a flat fee and most people will pay for it. Also we cant get past 96 we can get two stars and thats it. Its a waste of time. We really hate the fact that this game only wants money. Never mind we just deleted the game. We really like the game but when its impossible to get through the timed levels without spending money its not worth it to us. Thanks for not fixing this problem.
You would think this game is relaxing… It is but not the timed puzzles!! It gets us all worked up. We think the time limits are too short and Im possible to past for even the advanced players. We also wish they had a daily spin or something that you get free coins or hearts. OR with EVERY puzzle you pass, you earn/receive coins.
Since the update today just keeps looping from open to update and never opens.
There are so many things this game has going for it, but Im losing our patience with the puzzles that are obviously impossible to win. You end up wasting your lives only to realize that theyve obviously made it impossible. Not hard, as with time limits, but not POSSIBLE. Why frustrate players like this? Game designers best beware that you will lose your fans if you get greedy. Note right now, level 8 on the Easter challenge. Dont even bother trying…

Im enjoying this game but we dont like being timed.
The game is fun but Im experiencing the same problems as every other reviewer. The game wont load properly since the last update, just loops from the beginning and loading screens. The time constraints are stressful and way too short on level 88. We’ve gotten 3 stars on nearly every other level, but cant get 3 stars on that one to save our life. We tried using power-ups but each time we used one, the game would tell us we failed because there were no more matches, thus losing our power-up. As a rule, we do not pay for in-game purchases, so unless these bugs are fixed, Ill be deleting.
We enjoy the game, but now it wont let us play unless we update the app. However, there is no update to do. This needs to be fixed as there is absolutely no access to play without an update. Ridiculous.
We have a bit of a vision impairment (astigmatism)but slogged thru to pt 2. Basically you have to solve the puzzles so fast we cant enjoy them. Of course they want you to spend $ on pwrups – no thanks!
We enjoy the game but you have to spend real money to advance to level three. You need five keys and we have gotten all the keys that are available to us and its only four. So to get the last key we would have to spend money. We guess we will look for a game that doesnt try to force players to spend money. We’ve spent money on lots of games but we choose games that make it optional and dont try to force it so much.
Always getting stuck when you go on n the twentys why is that its a great game fix it and dont mak people spend money and it doesnt work.
After we press Play the yellow bar at the bottom stops about an inch from the right margin and the game never fully loads. We have an iPad Pro with iOS 11.2.6.
This is a fun game with a different spin on mahjong but we agree with other reviewers that some levels are impossible to beat. We have been trying to get the key on level 88 for weeks and cant do itthere simply isnt enough time to clear the board, even by using power-ups, to get the three stars required for the key.

We’ve enjoyed playing, but we’ve finished the murder on the orient express case (and gone back and earned 3 stars on every level) and was just wondering when the next case will be unlocked/available?
When u updated the game u took out our daily hearts please put them back we dont want pay for it we are enjoying the game we would have enjoyed playing Christmas train. Thankx suetrains.
We loved this game b/c we love mahjong and Agatha Christie. Yeah it was pretty challenging to get 3 stars + keys (sometimes it seemed like it was impossible without paying for a skill) but at least the game gives you coins every once and a while to save up for it. But with the update changing it from 1 life every like 20 minutes to three days is unreasonable. If you run out of lives now, its either wait three days or pay and that takes a ton of the fun away.
We updated last night and now we have to wait nearly 3 DAYS for our lives to replenish? And the challenge ends in 6 days and we cant even start it because we have no lives? What happened?!?!
Was enjoying the game until we updated. Now we need to wait 3 days for our lives to refresh? Ridiculous. Why would we want a game we can only play every 3 days?
So… We’re on level 96. We’ve had lots of three star levels. Never spent a dime of real money, so it is possible. But we’re ready to delete the app because we cannot progress to chapter three because in two of the five "key" levels we’ve only earned two stars, hence can’t get the key for those levels. We’ve replayed them countless times. After 96 levels we can fairly assess if we played a level super-fast, had minimal mis-clicks that plague this game, and clicked on multiple time tiles throughout the game. We’ve done all these things and still just two stars. So we assume the game is fixed to force players to buy/spend coins to continue (would need the $3.99 package). Nope, against our gaming code. We just won’t spend real money on fake coins. Would love if game admins removed the requirement for keys to progress through the game. Eta… Bad to worse we’re afraid… The latest update with the Christmas levels was fun for an hour or so until our lives were done. But then we discover that with the update it now takes 3 DAYS for one life to regenerate?? Vs old way of 20 minutes? We’re hoping this was just a really careless mistake and a fix is offered right away. But even if fixed we’re pretty sure the game is fixed to prevent players from getting three stars on all the "key levels", which would force them to pay a few bucks to get to the next level.
We love this game but we agree with other players. On some levels not enough time. We’ve been stuck on level 99. Can only get 2 stars and we need 3 for the key. This game doesnt link either. We have this game on both our iPad and our iPhone. Brings us to the same level but the coins and the extras wont match up. Im done. Moving on to a new mahjong game.
August 6, 2021 Again, it would be helpful to order the reviews by date to allow for some kind of order even if they are negative reviews. Still stuck on level 192 since July 21, 2021. Playing this daily with much frustration because time is short, not long enough and too many flowers bursts filling the screen repeatedly making this level near impossible. Seriously dang frustrating already. Suggestion: Maybe the developer should go back to the drawing board and take some tiles off this level or increase the time allowed. Level 192 our initial reviews were deleted?!? How come?!? There were 2 other posts on this thread and one is gone?!? Its important to see someones progress. UpdateAugust 13, 2021. Still stuck on level 192 waiting on the grace of GOD to win this game. Thought perchance today would have been a lucky Friday the 13th to play Mahjong Crimes and get the 3rd key to move on to chapter 5 of the game. Think again, still cant beat this level. This game must be completely based on luck that the tiles fall exactly right to win the challenge in the short time allowed. Too many flower bursts along with frozen tiles that bombard the board just make this game plain not fair. The only thing going for players is the rabbit tiles. Perhaps, there should be more of these?!? How do you gain more coins?!? We had a bunch and now have hardly none and refuse to spend money on this game. Ugh -Frustrated August 30, 2021 Still on level 192 until just a few minutes ago with 4 keys waiting to get the the 3rd star to get the 5th key to move to the next chapter. With 520 of 720 stars won and 2? Hours of free play, all of the sudden the screen moves ahead to a different murder mystery. When trying to return to level 192 in the train murder currently being played, the game returns us to chapter 2, level 48 instead. What is going on and how do we return to level 192? Wow, is this game upsetting us. Ugh!!! Also, all the stars are completed from level 1 – level 48 and when we click on the chapter button it wants us to pay 100 coins to move onto chapter 2 when we were at level 192 chapter waiting to go to the next chapter once the 3 stars were achieved. Why did it bring us ALL the way back to the 2nd chapter and ask us to pay 100 coins? Dang so angry!!! What do we do? Quit playing? This is a game and not worth real money. Extremely aggregated Why has our inquiry disappeared? How do we get back to the level 192 that we were playing? Can you help?!? It isnt fair to be so far up in the game then have to be pushed back to the end of Chapter 1 and use 100 coins to gain access to chapter 2. Can you tell us why nobody responds to our inquiry? We cant even log onto app help as the sign on screen is greyed out. Very odd. Please help. Can you please help us get back to level 192?!? How do we return to where we were?!?
