Hello we’ve been playing this game for over 12years we love it so much Im almost at level 2000 when we go to Las Vegas to see our grandkids we always have to play our mahjong tile before we can go to sleep and our grandkids now that and have it ready for us to play so Im a very big fan.
You keep doing all these supposed fixes but for a week no diamonds how many people arent getting their diamonds from watching the ads that dont appear. Ridiculous. And how many days do people not get their rewards.
We do not like having to play games that do not drop chargers to gain these items for event games! In fact, we will not play them. Please only allow these to drop on games with chargers.
2 days ago, we started to not be able to obtain paws. We go to the special 1 – 25 and have gotten 3 stars on each. Now am trying to find the 30 necessary items to get the bird statue and have all but 2 to finish. Now we try to do the levels to find them and it says we need more paw prints and to go back to main screen and work on getting them. Then it takes us back to the very beginning and there are no paw prints anywhere. We went from beginning to current end of the game and there are no paw prints to be found. We have a feeling this has something to do with your update 2 days ago. Could you please fix this so we can complete our game? Thanks so much.
We are reporting that a cant report a problem here since we cant do it where we are supposed to.
After the update we cant get the game finish. It keeps crashing.
The newest update keeps causing our game to force close in the middle of a game, using up our lives or pet paws for the event! Very frustrating. Otherwise up until now, we’ve loved the game and had no problems!

The new update on the app makes the game go off in the middle of playing which wastes a life. We love this game but now cant even play.
FIX GAME 745! We were beating it and the website crashed both times to prevent it. Then it came back and Im loosing It can not be won. We would like to move on. Please reset games. We shouldnt have to play it over ten times to win it!! We can tell the pieces are set not to be removed properly. You say they get harder but then why can we win 354 and on but these two the tiles are not correct.
We’ve been playing this game for a long time. Reliable, consistent and enjoyable until a week ago. Our current level is over 1000. Last update appears to have removed the option to watch an ad to revive additional tokens used to purchase helpful items. At our current level, those items are essential for progress. If they arent re-programmed into the game format, Ill just have to quit playing it and delete it from our iPhone. Bummer.
We loved this game BUT after a recent update, it keeps crashing. We were almost about to beat a really challenging level and poof it shut downgrrr.
In Progress is very frustrating because it includes everything thats already collected. Can you please make an option that excludes whats already been collected. Irritating to have to scroll through pages and pages to find them.
The game is getting harder. It no longer offers free rewards as often.
The Pet event has not populated to our game. We have noticed that it takes sometimes a couple of days for us to get the new event. We came to the App Store to see if there was an update and it just gives us open. We have closed and reopened the app, but no Pet event. We tried last night and again today. We have become displeased with the game of late. The special event boards have to be played over and over and over to get the item. We have plenty of everything, but really, why does the boards have to be played 10 or more times to get the item.
Im getting tired of logging in every day and the game hasnt been updated to include levels 2786 and higher. We’ve been at a standstill for over a month now. Im sure Im not the only one getting frustrated. If it wasnt for this, Id give it 5 stars. This is the best Mahjong game we’ve found.. Or it was until we got to level 2785 and am stuck.
They want everything about you except blood type or they wont save your progress.

Glad u fixed our problem but when we need to complete a level starscdo not go on the level to add a star after we complete it Why Foe example if there are 2 stars finished and we complete the third star it doesnt do it on the level.
We have been playing a long time, and enjoy the whole game.. Wish the mini games kept up. But the need to purchase aids is obvious after about 100 rounds. We dont mind paying a little support money, but without the lucky cat to increase goods by two, it would be too much. As it is, we only use shuffle and the rocket (bomb 9 cards).. As this is usually enough to move forward. We hope we dont run out of stages! We do wonder how it is possible to get three stars on some of the event levels. Its really frustrating .. Usually level 20 up. Is time or number of moves more important to increase score? We sincerely hope this game is still based in Ukraine, but have not seen any mention of that recently.

You need to collect items such as tweezer, watch and so forth but it is hard to get those items, we have gone back and replayed the boards need to recover those items and it always comes up with no items found. You end replaying the same boards over and over just so you can find items need to complete the task. Make it a little easier especially when you are on higher levels and you have to go all the to the beginning to collect these items. That is the only frustrating thing about this game.
Mahjong keeps us sharp and stimulated! We love it! Saved us while we were sick.

Love playing this game. Only issue we have is that you havent updated the quests where we can design the house. It says coming soon but we havent seen any update for it. Please update that part of the game. We love playing it and wont stop playing but would really like to be able to update the rest of the house.
We think you should have one for adult. And one for kids. We like to learn true majan.
We enjoy this game but it is taking weeks to accrue certain items. You lose the very first game of the day. It takes dozens of mini games to gain, for example, four stop watches. Too hard, too long. Im ready to give up.
We enjoy this game, but we really don’t like that have to spend a fortune to get diamonds and to get a shuffle. Those should be given as daily rewards! And having to purchase chargers. We understand the need to make a profit, but its a big disadvantage and makes us not really care to play anymore.

Have been playing this game for years. We are at a standstill right now with our problem. We are on level 2695, will not let us go on to 2696. A notification says gates are locked more coming soon. We have tried updating our software, updating the game, have deleted the game and reinstalled, and nothing is working. Been this way about a month now. Please help.

Why does the game look different than what is showed in the App Store? And what happened to getting the gold coins to be able to build the mansion.
