Mahjong Master is a free mahjong game based on a classic Chinese game.(also known as Shanghai Mahjong, Taipei Mahjong, Kyodai, Mahjong Trails, or Shanghai mahjongg)
The aim of the game is to remove all the playing tiles in the fastest time, while trying to achieve the highest score. Each tile has a picture on it, there are 43 different pictures in total. Tiles must be selected and matched with other tiles of the same picture. Whenever you match two tiles, they both disappear, and when all tiles have disappeared the game is over.

The tiles you offer make Mahjong soooo much better BUT the tiles are WAY TOO SMALL! Kudos to the developers for the game itself but PLEASE PLEASE allow us to actually SEE the tiles without squinting and it would be amazing if the user could adjust the sound (s) to only hearing the click sound without the bells sound too! TYSM & Happy New Year.
We have a functional neurological disorder. This is a great game for that. We love it because it really stimulates the brain in a good way thank you.
Can these tiles be made larger.
We absolutely love how easily it is to work the menu/settings so many choices in tiles & backgrounds great job . Only thing is we wear glasses so the size of the tiles & the similar images on the tiles also the game is dark makes it hard for us . Thats why we give it 4 stars & say its our second favorite.
The screen is entirely too small. Have tried to enlarge to no avail. This is our favorite game! PLEASE fix the size that comes on the screen.
Since updating, the screen is smaller and difficult to see. Not as fun anymore.
Way too many ads. Keeps interrupting our game. Not much fun run when youre playing in getting and up all the time we mean one, maybe two during the game but not every second of it.
Because the sound keeps going out. The only way to fix it is to delete it and download it again. Otherwise, we love it. Sep2019- the sound went out again!! Deleted it and am downloading it!! What a pain in the butt!! Lol! 5 yrs later!! No sound again!! Other than that, its a great game.

We have tried many apps to learn how to play this game and every one of them had ads that made us insane. This app has add and they dont make us crazy at all. The add are quiet and actually interesting. We dont know why we just cant buy the game without add.
Of all the Mahjong games we have played, this one works the best for us. It has the necessary zooming, the right tile faces and a few other options that we like. It also has the shuffle option, which some apps dont for some reason. The shiny look is another draw for us. Overall, we really like this Mahjong app over others.
Why does this app suddenly, after years of us playing it; play random music. Marching drum type music!? We have had this on our phone for years and until about 3 weeks ago it was perfect. Now, despite having all sound and music turned off in settings it randomly starts playing this drum marching music that we cannot turn off unless we exit the game. Why.

Im a sucker for beautiful mahjong games, so we absolutely love that this app has so many different sets of tiles to choose from and theyre all lovely. Overall this is a great game, although we do keep the sound off because we dont care for the music.
We have had this game for a long time and play with sound & music off. All of a sudden even though the sliders are set to off Im getting sound & music. Whats up with that.

Ive been playing Mah Jong Master since 1997. Im now 82 years old and we still play. We keep going to keep our mind active and quick. So far so good. As long as we can continue to get 3 stars Im in good shape. Give it a try. We bet you will love it too. Dont give up.

We really like this game. Hardly any adds and the puzzles are always different at any given time. Now that summer is gone we can relax out on the porch with a fun game. Some time we can finish it in under 2 minutes or less. Now we have our grandsons playing it with us!! We have a blast. Thank you for a challenging and relaxing game that we can play with with our little guys and have fun.
Ive had this app forever and love playing. Dont love the adoption of ads but understand capitalism. Today, 30 November 2022, when we close the space invader ad (or whatever the space shooting game ad is) the music doesnt stop and continues playing while Im trying to play mahjong. Its awful. We close the app and reopen but the music from the ad still plays. We restart our phone and that seems to correct it until the ad pops up again. We love mahjong. If this isnt corrected Ill be looking for another mahjong app to download.
LOVE this game but the Space Invader ad music won't stop. It's not the music from the game. After the ad, it continues to play. Sometimes if we close the game and open again it stops for awhile. We listen to tv or podcasts while we play but we can't with the incessant battle beat. We guess we're going to have to find another mahjong til this is fixed.
Several years ago we paid for no adsthe developers have been slowly sneaking in ads. The ads are showing up more frequently. This calls for a class action law suit! We want no ads or a refund.
Our sound and music is off! In the last month this heavy drum music starts playing out of nowhere! Its annoying, loud and not very good.
Last update includes music that plays even when you have music turned to zero.
Why is it playing music? We have the music bar turned all the way down and it is still plying some annoying repetitive song no matter what we do.
This latest update to the game plays background music and you can not turn it off. We always turn off sounds and noises and anything else on these games. So now Im not playing this game.
We have loved this game. But we will be delesting it. An ad turned on its sound (when the X to close was chosen) and wont turn off.
All of a sudden where did these annoying drums come from?! We can't turn them off.

Ive tried a lot of the other Mahjong games but love this one best. We like that you can highlight the available tiles to make easier to see all the edges of available tiles or un-highlight them to make it harder. Its a straightforward platform game with no bells & whistles that make it fun for us. You learn to be quick if you want to get three stars, which we always want to strive for.
We love the options it gives for you to switch up the styles of the background and the mahjong tiles! Theyre really pretty and it gives it a little more difficulty because when you change the tiles youre having to look for different tiles then the time before! No glitches so far lets you shuffle when you run out of moves.
This is a lot of fun. No aggravating ads constantly. We would recommend this game for those who enjoy Mahjong.
Fun game great for killing time. Not many ads which makes it even better. Many different levels which is nice bc you can keep playing definitely cant finish quickly. Definitely worth getting if you like mahjong.
