This is a good game for sharpening your mind, Its really easy to move by just tapping on the paths, Its very demure and mindful, we showed this to our friend and made her get it, no adds, we play this ALL DAY.
We completed two of the chapters, but we think the most challenging one was Adas dream and thats the one that we couldnt complete.
So aesthetically pleasing, and well made. Very addictive and we hope more levels come out.
This game is phenomenal in every respect. The puzzles are as beautiful as they are mind-boggling. The graphics, the sound design, the music, even the story are gently threaded together into a zen tapestry that makes every level unique and memorable. And despite its deceptively simple look, the programmers did a revolutionary job seamlessly blending 3d and 2d aspects. Escher would be crying tears of joy and pride right now.
We downloaded this app roughly 24 hours ago and we blew through it. Not to say it wasnt challenging because it definitely is, but we just couldnt put it down.
And before you think, This is a robot made to make more people get the game, this is an actual human being writing this. Monument Valley is a beautiful game that actually made us cry when the block dude we named Steve got crushed. The game also made us think differently. We just finished Idas Dream, 11/19 challenges completed, but the game stops there. Where are the other 8 challenges? Im playing in Apple Arcade.
A must play! Monument Valley is aesthetically beautiful, mind-boggling, and original.
Believe the hype on this one. First Ill state the obvious. This game looks amazing. They did so much with simple shapes. Give it a chance this game starts slowly, letting you get accustomed to the Escher-istic play environment. You have to get through the first few levels for things to get interesting. After that, you wont put it down. Say hi to The Totem for us.
We used to had this game on the kindle and its so much fun, Im so excited for the third game in it with all new characters, Thank you developers for making this fun game and making us not die of boredom.

Touching emotional brain teasers needs no Internet always so good. Also make sure you get Monument Valley 2 because its another great story and we are responding to someone elses review with the little and talking about the spoilers. And like your whole theory so we believe it is a whole different story but you did a good job of understanding it. Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2. Our separate stories both touching and emotional except Im not photosensitive so we cant cry with either of them is kind of frustrating but yeah so always get it. Totally recommend get it now. If you have enough space just dont try to get it if you dont have enough space but otherwise you should probably get it and if your photos sensitive be prepared to cry.
Monument valley is a amazing game with peaceful music. Whenever we feel stressed or sad we play this game to help us and it works!! It makes us fell so much better. Five stars.
Monument Valley is cleverly designed, & we really appreciate the simple storyline along with the beautiful artwork. This game uses visual illusions in combination with simple puzzle solving techniques which makes the game cozy & a stress reliever. Each level is simply marvelous, & the puzzles are challenging yet achievable. We wish there were an infinite number of levels! Lol.
Wow! This 3D geometric puzzle is pleasing, and calming while mentally stimulating. If you like puzzle games you will find yourself challenged by the unique 3D escape room like puzzles.
This game is so good and confusing and fun we really really recommend it.
We have been an MC Escher fan as long as we can remember. We feel as if we are given the opportunity to take a walk through his works. The graphics are beautiful, stunning and we have to say we feel a bit emotional at the mind bending elegance of this game.
We would easily give this game a 5-Star review if it supported iCloud game save support across our devices. We would love nothing more than to pick up this game on our iPhone where we left off on our iPad at home. Please fix this and this game, along with the second version, is easily a 5-star game.

Why did Ida become a crow when in the second game shes a teenager.Answer us that.
We literally sped through the entire game extremely fast. Like, we did all the achievements in a few hours. But we still like the game, the crows are cute. We also like the little details that Ida resembles a white crow if you look at her backwards.
This gorgeous game has a relaxing way of challenging perspective while inviting the player into the enchanting world of sacred geometry and mathematics. Developers, please make more levels <3 In our opinion its one of the greatest games ever made.
We have beat all the levels a thousand times over and love everything about this game except for the fact that it is waaaay too short. We got second game,Monument Valley 2 and finished that way too fast as well. Case in point: it needs way more levels.we hope Monument Valley 3 is on its way.

Wow! We dont even have enough words to give this game justice. We cant even count how many times Ive played both MV games. Just AMAZING! Kinda ruins you for all other games though. You just wanna keep playin this game. Just awesome! Thank you.
Everything in and around this game is wonderful. It has plenty of very unique, varied, and incredibly creative screens (little storied scenes) to solve. Its funny at times, theyre awesome brain teasers with perfect and very colorful graphics and smooth execution. With all that stimulation, we are sure we increased our brain power! Congrats on creating the perfect hours-long entertainment! Sometimes we were afraid we would not be able to finish the three full games included, but with patience and perseverance we actually did which was a relaxing feeling at the end.
Monument Valley and its sequel are fantastic games! The puzzles vary from easy to difficult. Some required us to set the game aside for a day and come back with fresh mind and eyes so that we could think further outside the box. We also like the simple story. And, we loved the story in the sequel. We hope the studio comes out with something else. We usually dont do this, but we actually recommended these games to irl friends. They are that good.

We got this expecting to play just a game that will pass the time for a bit but we got engaged when the puzzles were fun but telling a story at the same time. Never had a mobile game that kept us wanting to play more to understand what is really going on with the character in the game.
Awesome game we just loved it to be honest we doubt it at first glance but we read some reviews and we tryed it after that we fell in love with this game the story is awesome and the levels are so trippy we just loved it thank u for the awesome experience oh and for anyone that wants to try the game try it it doesnt look fun in the pictures but when u try its awesome.
We were looking for a game that would allow us to relax with just the right amount of difficulty and immersion. We were blown away from the start and obsessed with the art and sound of the game. It was obvious the creators put their heart and soul into the game and we want them to know it was so worth it. Absolutely fantastic game and we wish we could play forever.

May contain minor spoilers for the game we barely ever write reviews on any apps at all, but we just had to review Monument Valley. We remember playing this game when we were younger, and coming back to playing when we grew older is one of the best decisions Ive made. The games visuals are simple but stunning in a way you usually dont see in mobile games, and the puzzles were simple but fun and engaging to play over and over again. Most importantly, when we played this game when we were younger, we barely payed any attention to the storyline and character interactions, but they honestly make the game. Idas simplistic but elegant design paired with her story and her Quest for Forgiveness give the game a whole new meaning, and the lore is both simple but complex at the same time. Not to mention her interactions with Totem and the spirit are simple but meaningful, all of this while being completely silent. Overall, this is a stunning game that we are glad we came back to rediscover, same goes for Monument Valley 2 as well, and we hope everyone who plays feels the same way.
Highly recommend so relaxing and uses your mind the game is not to hard to beat bus highly highly recommend.

This and Monument Valley 2 are in our top 5 games EVER for the iPhone. Gameplay is relaxing, but having to figure puzzles out to help Ida move through her constantly-evolving world are the true genius of these games. With that said, we wish Apple or the developers would adapt this game to work on the AppleTV. These games are on our iPhone and our two M1 Macs (iPad versions), but being able to sit in our comfortable chair and play these games on our 65 TV through AppleTV would be truly amazing.

We love this game so much we actually feel smart when we accomplish it but also dumb at the same time.
This game was soothing, calming, and vert beautiful. Everything about this game was perfect, the illusions, the trickiness, and the sounds were all perfect we love the way the illusions and mechanics are in this game you have to move the blocks to create illusions that can be walked through and stuff like that and its really satisfying to get it right. Good job ustwo im so excited to playe the sequel.
