Just started the game and we do have anything to Merge to start the game off super sad was hoping to be able to play this game we love merge games UPDATE: even after update we stop cant play super sad but we guess ill just delete it and find better merge games. Support crews should do a better job of fixing the problems.
If you love merge game this will be one of your favorites.
JFC STOP WITH THE FORCED ADS!!!!!!!! We played for about 15 minutes and had to stop. We get you have to make money somehow but there has to be a better way than forcing ads on us every 2 minutes unless we fork over money. The game is actually super cute so Im sad to delete it.
Fun game, too many ads. We played it for maybe 3 min and had 4 or 5 ads already. Too bad because it is a fun game, should be an ad free version.
This game rocks but like every three taps is an ad its making the game hard to care about.
After level 4 there is so many ads thats its almost impossible to play. It was really fun before it started trying to make us pay. We do occasionally pay for extra stuff but not when its trying to force us to get rid of ads.
So are yall done with this game? No new updates in months.. So sad because we loved it when it was being updated regularly.
We stopped playing. After the last update, an ad starts playing 10 seconds after the game starts. We will not watch an ad longer than we have been playing the game.
We cant even open the app any longer, shame, we had enjoyed it for a while.
Has such good potential with great graphics and story, but the constant forced ads make it unplayable. Subscription to get rid of ads is ridiculous. Make it so you just watch ads to get free items or advance a bit of time like Medieval Merge does.
We loved this game, then the newest update forces ads where before you could watch for extra taps or bubbles. We have no problem watching ads but on our terms. DO NOT FORCE ADS!!!
This game has an absolutely obscene amount of ads compared to literally every other merge game we’ve played. It’s honestly ridiculous.
If you like to watch an ad for every 15 seconds of gameplay, then this is the game for you. No option to buy an ad free version either.
We had this downloaded a while back and stopped playing because we ran out of space pretty quickly. Picked it back up again because we remember quite liking the spooky Halloween vibe but oh our god this thing is just not playable unless youre on airplane mode. 3 ads in a row for 1) Doing the daily reward, 2) fulfilling a story quest, and 3) opening up the merge board. The last one was especially annoying, an ad just for opening up the board?? Come on. We love the vibe and the art/animation is honestly very cute but man Im not sitting though a full 2 minutes of ads just for opening the game board. Not worth it.
They ruined this game. Now they want you to pay $5 a week to not have an ad pop up every 10 seconds. We have spent money on upgrades for this game and its insulting that they want you to hand over even more money by annoying you with so many ads you cant even ply the game anymore. Fix it or Im deleting this app regardless of wasting money we wont use.

Update: The storyline stopped and there hasnt been an update in months. The game began to alternate between a prize tree and tournaments that require crafted objects. Its becoming quite dull. One can no longer purchase additional slots for storage, but rather must earn them by filling orders with crafted objects. Daily rewards are now quite stingy. Moons are hard to earn, leveling up points take forever (and the rewarded energy is minuscule) and coins have become virtually useless in the game. It has also ceased to load smoothly. :-( It had so much potential. Was 5 stars: This merge game has smooth gameplay, frequent rewards, a strong female protagonist, and adorable graphics. The musics not bad, either. Highly recommended for all ages.
Shortly after the last app update three months ago (writing this in May 2022), the game simply stopped opening on iPad. No error message, no loading screen, just a black screen for a few seconds and then crash back to the home screen. Went back-and-forth with email support for days, where they didnt seem to know their behind from their elbow, kept repeatedly asking us for a screenshot of the error despite us explaining that there was no error, just a black screen, sending them multiple screenshots of said black screen, and them not being satisfied, saying, If you would just please send us a screenshot like we have asked Finally, after about a week of this, we get an email back from them saying the game is not currently supported on iPad but we are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Three months later, still no update and the game still doesnt load. We had invested months of time into this game and while we could play it on our iPhone while waiting for a fix, with no form of online account linking to back up our progress, we would be starting over, and we are just not willing to do that. We were really enjoying the storyline and looking forward to seeing what would happen next, and we are extremely disappointed that it looks like that will not happen.
The storyline just STOPPED!!! We’ve been waiting for 2 months for an update! Is it ever going to happen? We really enjoyed this game while it lasted.
This was a fun game but it keeps crashing when you change screens, skips the story parts on its own, pieces disappear, opening a blue chest game crashed & chest was gone. We sent a message through the app, no answer. Now it loads to music & a pitch black screen. Is there a fix for this?
The game is ok but why do we need these potions what do they do? They arent ever part of what we need. We also cant level up the other buildings. It just says to make things for it but nothing that we make goes towards those upgrades.
We love this game but we have not been able to get it to load for a long time. Please fix this. We want to play this game again.

This game was easily our favorite because of the theme!!!! We had a bug where ome of our devices stopped working so we reached the company. They responded quickly and an update came out to fix this. For a new game they are doing amazing! We are so hooked. Well done!
Its so glitched its hard to play which is such a pity because we find its one of the best merge games out there with the story the graphics and the way the merging was presented. We actually learned more about how to merge than almost any other game. But its so hard to play because it crashes and freezes and the button to access the merging section vanishes and its so hard to access. We really wish it was more playable.
We cant creat fabric. Great game but Im stuck and no point in playing.
So far, loving this game. The graphics are amazing. One exception, there needs to be a where to find button added on the info screen when you click on an item. We’ve been stuck on the same level because we have no idea where to get a certain item.
7/5 Update: Im back to playing! Thanks for fixing the bug so quickly. We just downloaded the latest update and now It wont open at all. We like the game so far and would like to continue playing so hopefully itll be fixed. Im rating it a four because we see the potential.

We absolutely was thrilled to see this game and loved the play and story lines. However we are having a few issues: +The game cannot connect to fb or save our progress. +During tasks it glitches and there is no story lines any longer so Im missing all the story of fixing Franky +Twice now we’ve completed a task and when we click to complete the game cuts out and we have to repeat the task all over again. +Last we have an item that is invisible, info says 1×1 and we cannot sell it. Hopefully once these items get repaired it will be more fun. Hope the feed back helps, we tried to detail it as much as possible for yall.
We love a good merge game and the theme for this one is very cute. Very original. However, it appears that at only level 7 we are at a standstill. We need to create fabric and have no generator that seems to create this line of items. So we have lost interest quite quickly.
Dont bother. Since the update our toolboxes are frozen. Wasted gems on a new one. Frozen, too. Customer support ignoring us completely. Cant connect to FB to save progress. Too bad, too, because it has potential.
Love the Halloween/monster theme mansion merging. Still needs some work but lots of fun. We also had issue where game was stuck in loading screen but that has now been fixed.
We saw the low star rating, but decided to give this game the benefit of the doubt. But like everyone else, completed the tutorial and hit an infinite loading screen. Fix it and we may redo load the game and change our review.

We luv the graphics and story, but, we cannot stand having to have multiple items to fill an order. Its a definite NO for us.
We have been playing this for some time and DID really like it, then it came to a screeching halt, no more story, the characters just stand in front of the gate shuffling their feet! We contacted the developer, but as far as Im concerned all we got was a run around. Its too bad too because we really liked the game. So if you want to waste a bunch of time working your way up only to have it stall then go ahead and download this, otherwise just leave it!
We get back the two slots that disappeared when we put something back on the merge board. We already spent our coins on them. Please also take it back down to buy a new a slot. It shot up to 9000 coins! We like this game but it takes forever for items to recharge and we already bought one thing Im not buying a lot of things to keep playing. Taking along time to progress in this game.. We want to play more please.
We used to enjoy this game until the last update. This update removed several top level inventory items, and when we used any other inventory items, those storage spots disappeared and the cost to buy new ones increased dramatically. Support continues to say theyve credited us, but we’ve received nada, nothing, zero. This has gone on far too long. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this game completely.
It was a fun game, until we ran out of levels to play. We keep coming back to check, but nope.
Ok we love this game. But we recently won 1st place in the tournament and havent received the prize. The only reason we mention it is because we worked really hard to get it. A bit disappointing.

There are so many glitches. We cant even unlock the pieces or merge matching pieces. Nothing is working.

It was good and fun to play. Before update, theres minor bugs like blackout during animationsbut its ok, it doesnt really effecting our playing. But this new update basically just put the game into a loop. The screen shows the reading bar and then it start looping. Never stop, and our iPad runs hot after a few rounds of that. Very disappointing. Hope this issue got fix soon.
