Accessible by phone a little hard to touch some buttons like global map but other than that no complaints.
Amazing app seamlessly integrates with PC account doesnt crash.
The best game ever made. You only need to pay for the membership for the extra features to help you make in game money so you dont have to pay to play you can literally grind everything.
RuneScape has been our go-to mmorpg since it launched and its always our favorite thing to pass some time since going mobile. Lobbies for life!
We have been playing OSRS since we were a teenager playing on our older sisters computer. We used to play with our friend Ryan and created so many memories and friends. Sadly we havent heard from him in years and lost the accounts that we had but OSRS is one of those games you just keep coming back to regardless. No matter how long we are away from this game we always end up coming back which brings us to the next half of this review.. This game is just all around enjoyable and we hardly have ever had any complaints. Except for this: we just hate that for months now we havent been able to open the app on mobile (IPhone 11) whatsoever. No matter where we are we get a connection error and even tried re-installing 2x but nothing. We can play on our PC fine but we work away from home for 20 days out of the month and we dont come home until after those 20 days are over. It used to work fine until a certain update came out (no idea which one) and then later it was apparently fixed from what we’ve seen since other players posted reviews about playing on mobile. We’ve tried VPNs and that seems to work at least until the trial runs out but Im not gonna pay for subscriptions to VPNs when we already pay for an OSRS membership every month. Thats another thing Im paying for the membership and have been for years and we cant even make it worth it anymore. We just miss the game and have been itching to play it lately when we have free time..
We’ve played on and off for roughly 15 years and cherish the old school RuneScape. Much better than most other mmorpgs despite the low graphics, it sticks to what its good at. Easy to lose hours just lighting logs after log and so how liking it!
For one the reason Im writing this review is because we were playing guardian of the rift and the game application has closed itself twice causing us not to finish those rounds (and get the xp) and have to wait again to get back in . Other than that big one thing we can say most members who wanna train on the go would like to set right click options to one tap black jack easier or general pick pocketing. Would be a nice quality of life option. Also some stuff to make mobile play easier would be appreciated by all adventurers looking to play when we cant be at home :)

Game constantly crashes now when the app is closed.
At the time of this review it is unplayable. Game freezes. Loses connection. Etc. We loved this game until today. We will update our review when the game is playable again.
We are over 20,000 nex kc with no pet, not all mass kc either plenty of small teams. Please can we have it??????
App was crashing non-stop while world hopping. Uninstalled/reinstalled, continued to world hop. Hopped a bit more (searching for stars) and was met with a prompt that we had "too many login attemps" "download Jagex Launcher to keep playing." If we want to do that we will, but we will not be forced to. Disgusting tactics. We are a member unable to world hop…
We got a ban because jagex said we were botting, its hard to respond to chats especially on mobile so either change that or not have moderators allowed to falsely accuse.
Constant crashing since the update. Will change review when this is fixed.
Runescape is our day 1. Always ready to get up and grind our favorite game. Much love to the whole jagex team for keeping this game alive.
We love RuneScape and now that we can play mobile its even better, but we would love it if you guys could add a fixed classic layout like on pc. It would fit the screen perfect and adds that old classic feel we got when we were a kid.
The game is wonderful, been playing on and off for 15 years. Please add support iPad Pro Magic Keyboard mouse pad for clicking!

Love everything youve done to help out mobile, especially because we mainly play on mobile! We just wish there was a quest helper option you could turn on. Instead we have to have to bounce from the wiki and OSRS causing us to sign back in every time. Thank you, Greymanjay.
Game keeps crashing at ferrox enclave in white portal. On iphone or just Apple itself. Cuz it did it on iPad also. After update.
So we recently got back into osrs because of the fact its an amazing game, brings great memories. Played it for bout 1 month back march and was perfect running the app, was impressed even amazed. Now recently this month may its pretty much un playable. We have the new iPhone and updated iPad Pro and Im constantly getting kicked. Look we know this is mainly a pc game but if you have an app version it should be playable. We recently bought members and was enjoying grinds. Now Im wasting our money at this point. So please we know its not the home internet. We’ve done our own troubleshooting. We imagine ur buffing updates up and not paying enough attention to the app users. Idk please help.
App keeps crashing since update for mobile.
Couldnt get past the tutorial. We just wanted to attack a chicken with magic.
Updates are fluid in this game- current updates causing app to crash in the middle of gameplay. 45 minute raids unable to be played effectively.
So you have to be on Wi-Fi in order for the game to run, if you try to play without being connected to Wi-Fi first then the app wont load.. Whats even the point of a mobile client that isnt mobile? Wow.
We were banned with no evidence and when we appealed they still did not give us evidence of why they banned us. We believe from numerous other people that they banned us for our political beliefs and that is a violation of the law. Will leave 1 stars on every device and others will as well. We will do everything In our power to ruin your rep, jagex is a very shady company.
This needs to be fixed ASAP. It literally makes the game unplayable on mobile because you never know when its going to just randomly crash to the springboard. We have submitted feedback via jagex support on website, but have not heard anything. You can see with other recent reviews this is a very common problem with this update.
We love the game, but certain areas just continually crash our iPad. We have a brand new out iPad Pro and so this should not happen. Very very frustrating.
Game litterly crashes randomly for us and other friend who plays on mobile, newest iPhones.
All day the thing has been sporadically crashing when we teleport or change worlds, lost 1m because went into a dungeon, app crashed, got killed. Fix it.
When we go to log in a pop up comes up asking you to verify youre not a robot before it will let you enter your log in info. We click that in a human and nothing happens, it loads for a second and then we have to select again that we are not a robot. Why pay money for a game that doesnt work?
If your new or old to this game, all ages can enjoy, we honestly find the app easier to use than the website. Give it a shot you might find your more of a fan than you previously thought.
One of the best games ever hands down! Its flaws are what make it so beautiful! We have been playing for over 20 years that should say something.
The fact that you can play your same character that you play on the PC version is absolutely amazing, for a such a small developer, this is everything you could ask for. Smooth game play, good QoL features for a mobile version, its perfect.

We’ve been playing on and off since 2005. Its the only game thats ever kept our interest for such a long time. The community is amazing.
Been playing since 2003 runescape has had its ups and downs but making it mobile wS. Dream come true for us we used to try to play on an old school personal pad our grandfather used to own it was one of the first touchoad phones with internet and we were so sad when we couldnt play when we finally saw mobile our eyes lit up and its been so much fun since we appreciate you guys keeping our childhood alive.
One of the best games ever Im so happy with how far theyve come. We do alittle bit of everything in game. We just wish the mobile client would eventually be just like run elite totally customizable. Its getting there but still a ways away. Or if runelite would make something mobile wise. Like we said we will play RS until the day we croak. Id just like more ease. Some of us cant sit at a computer 24/7. But if we dont were missing out on the gains anyways happy scraping and its love always!
Our childhood friend Akish showed us this game in elementry 2nd or 3rd grade we dont remember. We failed at this game as a child horribly. Im an adult making mad money now so we recommend paying for bonds to really understand how fun this game is.(;p) Quest game is on point, All the gear in this game is bomb, 10/10 for style. You cant go wrong paying to play here kinda. Find a friend and go pvp its so much fun, if you lose you lose.. Buy another bond. Do some research theres always an answer. 5 stars.
They should really add more of the runelite plug-ins into the mobile version to make it a lot more user friendly. Besides that its almost as good as desktop.

Well this was a waste of time!! We made this account a YEAR ago to play with our husband we spent HOURS building our account we stopped playing and have not logged in, in almost 6 months we come back on and it says they banned us on match 30th (last month) for botting we were not even logged in!!! Thank god we didnt spend months or years building that account. What an absolute waste of time. So annoyed Im done with this game. Not gonna put in even more time just to have that account banned for absolutely no reason as well, Im good. Husband is disappointed we wont play with him now but we dont even wanna waste our time with this.
Why cant we hop on with our internet why we gotta be on wifi.
Until it ask for birthday using ddmmyyyy format and giving it what it wants 11/15/1991 doesnt work. So that.
We logged on to find that our account was banned for macroing. We never macroed before. We had stopped playing the game for a long time. We got a new iPad back in February/March of 2022. We checked the game out then to see what it was like. We logged on this past week and we were banned back in April of 2022.
Been playing for years and all of a sudden all our stuff is gone in our account one day? We mean is there any way to get it back? We mean we had so much.
Please add a million more skills.
