Community Insight:

We have been playing this game for at least 5 years. The two best things about this game is #1 it doesnt track you and #2 it has endless variations in skirmish. We have played most of the games from this developer and we keep coming back to this one. All of the other games are really good too, but this one seems to scratch an itch of simple enough to win but still challenging enough to keep us engaged. Some of the games in skirmish mode are not beatable but if you regenerate once 90% of the time you can beat it. We wish all game developers had this much integrity. Sincerely thank you for making this game.

Im on campaign level 800+ going strong so we think its fair to say we enjoy this game. The game is simple but addictive and because theres no ads, we can put on some music and just enjoy the game. Best replacement for doomscrolling ever, would recommend. P.S. Play the campaign before calendar, it helps to know how the game is played.

We recently discovered it and we are hooked. Unique compared to other strategy games. The AI can be challenging and we really enjoy playing. We look forward to other games youve made.

Updated: the CPU plays by the same restrictions the player has, but the CPUs will always attack the player over another CPU if a decision has to be made.

No ads, no popups, very simple and addicting. Im on level 801 and still have plenty more to go.

There is only one method to win in any game mode. And that is to cut the enemy off as soon as possible before it expands its territory. Which makes this game monotonous and lackluster. It would be nice to see a 1v1 game mode.

We can guarantee we have the most hours played in this game. Ive been addicted Ive beat every daily puzzle for the past four years, and then play for at least another 30 minutes (at least) in the skirmish mode. We deleted the app we were feeling guilty for how much time Ive sunk into this game but we cant stop. It scratches every itch in our brain.

For starters let us preface this by saying that Ive finished all 1500 levels in the campaign so Im somewhat biased. Its a simple game. There are only a few mechanics but they fill their roles well. You have the base planets which balance defense and production/offense. The defensive planets which make shields faster than a single production/offensive focused planet but produce units slower than everything else. And the production focused/offensive planets that make units roughly twice as fast as a normal planets. Aside from that each map looks to be computer generated. Which means that often youll end up with one team having a natural advantage over everyone else. Its not a bad thing. Having the advantage is fun and fighting against the advantage can add some interesting challenge. But thats about it. Its not complex. Its good for short gaming sessions of maybe five minutes for each round. But those five minutes will be fairly fun. Our suggestion is to play the game at 50% since the AI will have faster reflexes than any human.

We think you have made some awesome games. We appreciate how simple they are, while maintaining depth of strategy. We adore this game, especially. We like being able to play for three minutes and leave, and we have recently been having fun in the map editor. Id add that we feel the generosity youve extended to players by releasing it ad-free is what makes the world go round! What we Enjoy: – we think Skirmish and Mountains have been high quality additions. – Im a huge fan of how many campaign levels there are. – we love the map awareness, decision-making, and micro-management it forces us to develop. Some Hot Spots: – Its hard to see the AI redirect all their nodes at once, while we have to do it one at a time. We dont think one at a time is bad, however. – In the editor, we wish we could delete just a connection, instead of the entire node. – Nodes at the top and bottom of the screen interact with the buttons, so we have to zoom in, click on the nodes, then zoom back out to play. Wishes: – A node that can be destroyed. – A node that can send units to any other node. – Custom map dimensions in the editor. – Custom mountain sizes (the slider is already there!). – we can drag to aim a node and we can drag to move the screen, but dragging doesnt do anything else. For instance, what would it feel like to be able to select multiple nodes by drawing/dragging a circle around them? We can imagine being able to upgrade them like this, or control their flow. Thank you, again. We find it hard to hear feedback on our projects, so we hope you can find some inspiration in our words. We look forward to your future.

We just completed every single level of the campaign. We got stuck on a couple levels and left two for us to back later to complete. Overall the game is simple and something we can do to waste time. But some of the levels are literally copy and paste. We screenshotted quite a few levels after realizing this. Sure they moved the dots around but the set up is exactly the same and you will win every time once you figure it out. The game is either really easy or a little difficult. But we figured out two strategies that made us so we win any level in one or two attempts. The AI is horrendous. It doesnt adapt and uses the same predictable strategy every time. This makes it super easy.

The issue with these games is the computer can always move faster and can use all its fingers at once. So eventually youre done but fun game, we enjoyed it.

No ads, doesnt drain battery, never gets old. Ive played all the levels multiple times and we cant get enough.

This game is one of our go-to choices. The strategy is a bit hard to grasp at first, but once you realize the patterns the AI follows, most levels are easy to win first try. Theres still occasional difficult ones, so the campaign remains interesting. Ive completed it on our phone and separately on our tablet, although there are many levels. We do wish it kept a tally of how many skirmishes Ive won and lost since then, but the game still deserves 5 stars. We think most of the negative reviews are from people who gave up early on. Just keep trying and we bet youll figure it out and love the game as well.

This is by far our favorite phone game of all time. We have hundreds of hours on it. The replayability is insane – Im always chasing that perfect skirmish with just the right balance. This game is fast paced, random map real time strategy with no ads or in-game purchases. Simple enough to sip the phone battery, complex enough to be endlessly addictive. The perfect game! Our only wish is to play as a color other than green.

This is one of those monkey-brain games that we go to when Im listening to something else and dont have work to do or just need to rest our mind without sleep. Ive played about 1200 of the levels, and each level is pretty engaging. Some are stupid easy, and some are almost impossible.

Everything Ivan puts out is on point. Super simple gameplay usually but built in a way where every decision compounds. Canbe difficult but once you learn the what you did wrong every level can be defeated. Seriously check out this developers games he is a hidden gem in the app store game section.

Having a lot of fun with the game. It would be super cool to add some summary graphs after a game of how many units you/ai have, nodes captured, etc. One thing thats annoying is the giant map size doesnt show the number of units being sent, so its hard to gauge things sometimes. But thats a small detail. Loving the game. Edit: Just finished completing all of the campaign levels. Was a lot of fun! Thanks for the great game.

Definitely one of our favorite games. Its got super simple mechanics and is super easy to learn, its a bit hard at first but once you get used to it it becomes easier. Personally we think the learning curve is a little steep, but Ive only played a week or so. Also, it gets somewhat old. Itd be cool if you could play against other players, but having played other games by the same creator, we think it would go against their sort of game theme. Overall though, this is definitely a favorite game.

The game needs a feature to auto-send your units from other planets to the front Edit-figured out how to do it. Maybe we accidently clicked through a tutorial or maybe it wasnt mentioned.

Second Update: we finally yanked it around level 350 because we got sick of losing due to a twitchy interface made for tiny fingers. A good basic concept. We hope someone remakes it with an eye towards good UI design. Update: we've played up to level 316 because we basically like the game. But it's UI is badly coded in one very aggravating way that keeps making us quit. The gray background slips around if you accidentally touch it while trying to touch-adjust one of the circles. It's simple enough to change how the grey background picks up touch gestures. Yes, a two finger pinch should adjust its size, as it does. But there is no game play reason for the background to respond to a single touch gesture by slipping around on screen, wrecking a round of this fast paced game. So this is either a coding error, or an attempt to make the game feel highly fragile, and hostile to larger fingers. Original: we have played through 160 levels, and have found the bad interface the hardest part of the game. The background slides under your finger unless you hit the tiny targets precisely. Over half the time, this is what loses the game. So, while it begins as an interesting puzzle-game, from level to level, ultimately we just want to toss it because of its aggravating UI design. We like the basic concept, but we've never played a game so openly hostile to the wrong sized fingers.

It is unclear how to play and there are no instructions.

No ads and pretty good mechanics, the main reason we started playing is because we saw a review about lvl 35 and all we can say is git gud. Level 35 is a right of passage and we will admit that it is difficult and after beating it and getting that dopamine hit, Im still enjoying the game. Im currently at level 50 and will update our review after about a month of playing.

No ads just a lot of fun alot of games go for the same concept but this one is done right a lot of levels we hope you make more games im a fan of your work.

Really fun to watch the bots fight but can be really challenging.

The campaign mode is really repetitive, most of the levels are essentially identical and along the ~1500 levels there wasnt a clear progression of difficulty. Ideally, the campaign would prepare you for more and more difficult challenges. Only about four levels actually provided any challenge and it wasnt clear whether there was any winning strategy in those instances, much better suited for the end of the campaign.

The game isnt bad, its well programmed, no ads, nothing is wrong or bad. The AI is just, a bit too good, haha. We feel like the AI is very, very good at taking advantage of any opportunities it can. Eg. As soon as it has enough units to take our point, it attacks, and because the default order is to send All units to the selected destination this happens a lot. Its surprisingly difficult to maintain even seemingly simple defenses. Im not quite sure what changes would make this game better, but it was worth trying, and Ive tried other games from this developer and they seem quite competent.

Fun and simple in concept. However, most levels are too reliant on reactive play with timing. Any tactical depth is lost struggling to snipe every AI mistake. If the game was more about positioning and choosing upgrades than time your expansion and attacks to exploit the straight forward AI, it would be way more fun.

Assuming 1.0x speed, every tick (second) in the game time for one normal node generates a single unit. Upgraded ones are 2 units a second. The ai always somehow finds the absolute closest node to itself even though its near indiscernible for the naked eye to see. Even at 0.1x speed, the player struggles in timing perfectly the upgrade button once 10 units have generated. If you are even late to upgrade the node by just 1/20ths of a second, the AI has already won.

For the most part Ive enjoyed this game. Good strategy with some fast paced game play and decision making. Ive played many levels and some levels we have to play over to try a different strategy and decipher how to beat it, but calendar level January 13, 2020 is down right impossible. We cant believe you would make that a level. You are screwed from any attempt you try to make and then you will inevitably lose to the giant sweeping red from the north. What a joke.

Ive sprint days trying thousands of strategies and we honestly believe 35 is impossible for them campaign and there is no proof of the updated version being completed. Honestly great idea to make it impossible cause that sure is fungreat game until the developer decided on this.

The enemy spawns units faster than you can so even if you get more towers you can still end up losing because the longer a level goes on the more disadvantage you have.

We enjoyed this game and then suddenly the AI began making perfect movements and started to use strategies never taught. We love the appearance and the gameplay is great, but we cant beat anymore levels. Its not fun losing repeatedly without hints, guides, or learning mechanics to get better.

Its not very visually stunning but it does not need to be. Levels do very in difficulty but there a plenty of them to keep you occupied. A while back we asked the dev if he had plans to move it to iOS because at the time it was on android exclusively. Very glad he did. Simple, effective, and most importantly fun.

Absolute masterpiece, the title says it all you are our favorite developer, no other developer is anywhere as good as you are we had played android but now we are on a new iphone and the progress is reset and we didnt know the games were available here, but when we saw them available we immediately downloaded your whole stock.

We love the game it just doesnt read our fingers quick enough. We feel like we have to hit the button for a second for it to be selected if we go quickly it wont take respond. Absolutely fun game and amazing to to kill time. Love the idea time to see the other games youve made.

Fun and free! When we can ill get the pro version to support you.

Thanks for all your games, we can play without stress now. Excellent work.

Great game from a great developer. Played all 800 levels of the campaign and wished we had more. We believe the Android version has like 1300. Also wished that we could play through the campaign again without having to exit to the menu and select the next one.
