The game itsrlf is great, however the control for movement is herendous. Makes us stop playing after a couple boards. We hit the arrow and 50% of the time he does not move. Horrible play experience. We really do Hope they fix this.
We love playing Pang Adventures this is our best games please update with multiplayer 2 Players.
We grew up with this game. Thats enough. 5 stars worth every penny.
Played this game at the arcade so much that we wouldve been able to purchase the arcade machine! Thank goodness its not on a credits to start game like back then.
And touch is off since its doesnt full out the screen. Oh well, there goes a dollar.
It needs better controls to go from left and right, man; other similar games work on sliding your thumb left or right anywhere on the screen. This one left, and right buttons are ser and small. We paid for this app and can't a joy when playing it just because of the controls. That's why we gave it a 1 star.
We see this game getting a lot of flak because of the control options we're playing on iPad Air 2 and for us personally we're having a great time we think it's a great reboot of an ole school arcade classic It looks incredible and all the added extras as far as the levels are concerned is great we're having a blast we guess we can see why the control scheme could be a lil tricky to use on smaller screens but on our iPad it hasn't been an issue After playing for a few minutes we were already used to have the controls an have enjoying every second of the game Great job with this premium arcade port.
The game is look great but there are something like control on the left corner take big margin from the screen and is not the original arcad game (SUPER BANG ….. No ladders…. ) and we recommend if we can play the game with other player (via Bluetooth ).
Nice game except the control drive us nuts. It needs more options for controlling the characters movement.
We would give it 5 stars but when you beat the final boss, it just crushes, kicks you out of the game! We defeated the final boss like 10 times and every single time it kicks us out and you have to defeat this to unlock new level. Otherwise good remake.
The placement of the controls causes that part of the screen to be covered up. The game requires to see everything that is moving. Hence we feel that we are fighting the controls more than the game itself.
But its great! We can remember playing Space Invaders in the bowling alley when we were a kid, and we buy every iteration of it, then wonder why. Its boring. Pang Adventures is similar (you have to shoot things above you), but each level is unique. You have to figure out how to best take down the orbs with the weapons at hand. On top of that, some orbs behave differently when you shoot them – so they throw you a curve ball once you think you have things all figured out. Plus, it supports MFi controllers. We cant believe that this isnt a basic requirement for most games by now.
$3 for this instant classic is a steal, for a game you'll soon discover is the "real deal" Richard.
Did we mentioned it is FUN! The game is super polish and no bugs so far. Each stage gets more challenging but in fun way. Each stage was fun to play as there were ones like the boss stage where we had to play several times before moving onto next area which was fine with us to keep things interesting. Overall thumbs up guys.

This is a no brainer if you love arcade games. This takes the 90's arcade classic to the next level. Great controls, challenging to achieve 3 stars on each level, well polished. Highly recommended.
Noob to the Pang series but we are in love with this game. It's difficult but once it clicks and you realize you must use some strategy, it's really fun. We also don't get the complaints about the controls. Work perfectly fine to us. Perhaps there is some misunderstanding that you really can't move and shoot at the same time.
You can not complete the game!!! When you get to the last boss and kill him the game crashes.
Great game but after we beat the asteroid pang our game glitches out to the home screen, playing on an iPhone 6+, thanks and super happy with the game so far.
Great graphics and game play but there should be better options for controlling left to right. If your finger slides off, you lose control. Needs better touch or slide mechanics.
Overall it's a good remake and a fun game, except that you can't beat the tour/campaign mode because when you go to strike the killing blow the boss starts to die, but then the game crashes out. Fix the bug and we'd give it four stars. This is particularly annoying because one of the game modes is locked until you beat the tour mode.
So we loved this game UNTIL we beat the last boss and the game crashes…. Twice in a row. Really…? Other than that it's an awesome and challenging game.
It doesn't register an input if you move your thumb too far to the right so the character moves unexpectedly. We would have liked to see a variety of characters which have different default weapons like the PlayStation 1 version.
Left and right control buttons are way to close! It's very frustrating to even move! Please fix this and we'll change our score.
It's crazy that in this day and age, developers don't understand how to make a good control scheme for an IOS game. The game is a fun bubble popping adventure that is completely RUINED by a terrible sized/placed control panel that you can't change. Unless they update it, stay away.
