We really enjoy jigsaw puzzles, but this is an added bonus – a story and decorating to go with it. We appreciate the diversity of the characters in the story. We dont play frequently enough to justify the subscription; occasional play is fine for us. The puzzles are beautiful and interesting. Five stars from this puzzler.
Very nice game if you like puzzles.
We were really enjoying the game so we paid for one of the upgrade packs so we could get rid of ads. That worked fine and we played for several more hours. Next day, all our progress had been reset, all of our rewards gone, and the ads are all back up. But they had no problem keeping the money we paid for it!! Update: they gave us coins and cash to re-buy the items Id bought. Cant use a vpn while playing the game apparently. Still a bit irritated, but we do really like the game itself.
We love this app but it keeps closing.
We love the game but the dang game crashes when scrolling through to pick a puzzle. We can't even see all the puzzles because half way through it crashes and closes the game out. There also needs to be more renovations to decorate because we are almost finished and we basically completed the game within a month. So highly suggest fixing the crashing of the game and adding more renovations to decorate.
The game itself is fun, but there are waaay to many ads and its very buggy and glitchy! It has the potential to be better.
Way to many ads for other games.
We would love to rate this 5 star. The puzzles are great, the way they are broken up into sections, good. The story line and side quests are engaging. However. HOWEVER! We understand that to keep games free, there most likely will be ads, but COME ON! When every little puzzle section plays an ad, when a puzzle is interrupted in the middle to play yet another ad, and all of this on top of the extras you have to play an ad to get. Nope. We cant afford the money it takes to buy an ad free gameplay or the time to waste on all the ads just to play without the extras. It saddens us to say, that as enjoyable as we know the puzzles to be, we will be removing this greedy game to be replaced by other games that dont waste all of our time.
Im getting ready to delete this app. Every time we try to do it, it doesnt load and when there is an ad it wont do anything but sit there longer than the ad should.
Ive played all of the available locations and really enjoyed the process. Says coming soon on new locations. How long does it take? Ive waited awhile and am wondering if we should just delete the game since we cant go any further.
Not sure if it needs an update or what. But it is slowwwww. Lagging. Freezing. Was good up until today.
Not your ordinary puzzles. Lots of fun.
There are two types of games that we really, really like. We like the designer games and puzzles games. This game has both and thats the best part. Keep it up. Once we have everything completed from this app, we hope there will be a second one.
The main problem is that many times, the puzzle take very long to load. A small problem is not allowing background audio to play as you play this app even when music and sounds are turned off.
We do wish we could listen to music or a podcast while playing. Would give 5 stars if that were the case.
We hope you consider adding monthly and yearly subscription options. We would love to subscribe to your premium services on a yearly basis.
If we play 140 pieces or above, the game freezes every scene. It is beyond frustrating.
This is a great game we love playing it but Im going to delete if the freezing doesnt get fixed.
We enjoy playing this game however, it is constantly freezing or it just wont load completely. We waste more time restarting it in hopes we can play. Is anyone else having this problem.
Was enjoying this game, trying to be patient with he ads but. An ad after finishing each quarter of a puzzle!? Just deleted the app. Cant & wont tolerate all the ads. We understand the need for ads, but too many.
We really enjoy app it combines our our 2 loves design and solving puzzles. The drawback to this app is we have finished designing our first villa for awhile now. We have nothing else to design because the next villa have been locked for a long time. It would be nice to have several villas to design. It needs to be several choices. We have decorated all 19 rooms.
We would like the app better if there was no ads.
Love the concept but there are too many ads, and the only way to get rid of them is with an $8 a week subscription. A week! As in more than a dollar per day. No thank you.
We love the game but constantly we have to closed the app because the game froze and we cant do anything, other than that we dont have any issues yet,.
Very glitchy game. We love it, but it is frustrating because of the many issues that are present. It crashes and closes quite often, after completing a puzzle the points or coins are often not given. When you open the game it gets stuck while loading. Many times you have to open the game several times to get it to play. When you scroll through the puzzles, it glitches so bad that you can never see all of them, it constantly skips backwards. As far as the variety of puzzles , they rely heavily on landscapes and places, which can be boring. However, the puzzles are quite beautiful. When the game is working correctly its fun. Im a daily player and wish for more variety.
The game kicked us out after a couple moves in the puzzle challenge and proceeded to update. Now when it loads- takes a very long time – no matter what you do, it kicks you out after only 2 or 3 clicks.
We love this game but the ads are OUT OF CONTROL and not only that it cuts off the sound after playing one so we cant listen to music or sound effects at all!! Fix this.
Like the game BUT, With new upgrade (May 23,2023)Always freezes up loading the ad right before the bonus spin. Have to to shut down and reload, but always lose your bonus spin. This was happening before the up grade but it was fixed. Sometimes puzzle pieces dont move wellso we would have to say this game is buggy. We wish there was a way ur techs could test things out before uploading to the game players.
We have immensely enjoyed playing this game until we tried to complete the bedroom. We are trying to do the 2nd half of the hidden puzzle quest for 60 dollars and the puzzle is frozen. We have shut down our iPad four times. This is very frustrating. Before this glitch we would have given the game five stars. Now we are considering removing it. Any suggestions.
We had canceled our subscription but yet yall still took money from us so Im kinda upset about the but it find we just never use or pay money on this app again best believe that.
Our only complaint and it a big one we bought. The subscription but there hasnt been any new rooms to decorate so we feel like Im paying for nothing but we love jigsaw puzzles so you got us we completed all 19 rooms months ago.

When we downloaded it we thought there would be so much adds but we were surprised there wasnt a lot it like every 10 puzzles we love it and you should play it too.
We really enjoy this game because we like jigsaw puzzles and we like puzzles with a story the puzzles just need to be a little more challenging they are to easy.

We rated this 5stars, we luv puzzles, however the adds are way to much, could cause a person to stop enjoying because of ads.

We absolutely love this game! You get to play puzzles and decorate w/out spending any of your own money.
We found this game late late year (2022) and we enjoyed it!! The idea of a storyline but with actual jigsaw puzzles is so neat to us. Its interesting and there are plenty of options to choose from. Its easy as pie to get rewards in this game and its genuinely fun all the way round. However, sometimes it just will not load no matter the Internet connection. We have the hardest time saving data. Some of our work isnt counted for towards our score. An example being, completing 13 of 15 puzzles in a quest but the game only registers 6 of the 13 that was completed. We love the game but the issues that come with it, not soo much.
Adding decorating rooms to solving puzzles is entertaining but once you finished the rooms there is nothing left to do but the puzzles. Id give it 5 stars if they would add more rooms to decorate. It gets a bit boring just doing puzzles. Plus once your finished with all rooms you cant accumulate any more coins when you complete a puzzle. Please add more rooms.
Fun game but almost impossible to play on an iPhone because each time you zoom in it takes you to the same top left corner of the screen and we cant see our remaining puzzle pieces. Other puzzle games allow the user to zoom in as they see fit without losing their puzzle pieces. Suggestions: 1. Haptic responses when you get puzzle pieces that fit 2. Allow user to choose how far they want to zoom in without losing pieces 3. Show a counter somewhere on the screen with how many puzzle pieces you have left.
We realize they need some income but there are way too many ads and so we paid for membership to avoid ads and still getting ads. So another ad popped up saying 4.99 for ad free game. Even though we were already supposed to be ad free we went ahead and paid the 4.99. We are still getting ads over and above the videos between every game and every quest. The last one now asking for 9.99 to be ad free. The puzzles are nice and fun and so are the quests but the ads are deceptive and we wont pay again for them.
We are actually sad. There was an update and now the game is stuck. It just wont progress to the next level. We absolutely loved the puzzles, the photos from around the world. The design part was fun, but the puzzles were some of the better ones on line. We hope somehow the shutdown gets fixed and we will keep checking back So the developer sent a canned message back to us! And obviously our message about the game being frozen was never actually read.
Since the last update the hidden puzzle does not change we did the same exact puzzle 15 times in 24 pc. 10 times in 35 pc and twice in both 70 pc and 140 pc What the heck, we no longer want to play if it stays like this it is very tedious.
