We own all of the rally games from this dev and this one doesnt disappoint. Its a perfect blend of sim and arcade. Its a great example of a pick-up and play game. For novices or newcomers, theres probably going to be a learning curve, but itll pay off. If youre into rally racing or racers overall, check this one out. Its a quality experience. Just added**** The only downside to the game is it is a battery hog. You may have to change the graphic setting in the settings menu. Its not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning as an option.
At first we were wondering if we should pay $5 or if the game was really a 5 star game but after just a small price, we can definitely see how it got 5 stars! Here are just a few suggestions that we have. 1.) It would be nice to get more features from Rush Rally 3. For example, please add the red, yellow, and green colors to the maps of the tracks. Also, it would be nice to have a mini map during the race and have a racing line that tells you when to brake. 2.) we really hope that we get more game modes like skill games, single rally, or single stage. 3.) we know that there arent enough players yet but getting an online game mode would be amazing. If we can only get the local network and Game Center online for now, thats fine but hopefully online comes in the future. 4.) The AI racing times (and AI racers) need to be adjusted because even when we dont make a mistake, we still get 3rd or 4th place. Thats all we have for now. This game is great and we love the look of the new UI. Keep up the great work! Edit: Please add a garage button to upgrade cars easier. For time trial, we think you should unlock the locations/tracks through completing the championships so its easier to use time trail to practice a track thats giving you a hard time. Also, Rush Rally Online has not been working properly. Email verifications dont always work and when going to the Rush Rally Online page that has the sign out button, the email does not always show up. Sorry for so much! We just have a lot of ideas lol
Really fun and really challenging. Get this game to support good developers who dont try to sell you their game in pieces.
This is our favorite game in our favorite genre. Its beautiful. But it is extremely hard. We have trouble with the different steering methods and wish there was a way to customize the sensitivity in the arrow steering method. Otherwise its a winner.
You can really tell when love and attention is put into a game. Even a game that wants to be Arcady still has attention to detail, to design and everything in between. This isnt a rehash of the Rush Rally series. Its a side step into arcade territory that oozes amazingness and artistry. Yeah, you can do almost the same thing in rush rally 3, where you choose a top down mode. But look at the detail. The ground is different. Its more realistic. The smoke, the effects. Maybe even the shadowing.. Going around turns on a drop off is so nerve racking because you can see the cliff and how far it drops. The racing! More than one car doing rally. So many modes! And the plus side this game will be supported for almost forever. Updates, upgrades, fixes.. These Devs know the love needed to push every game they have forward and these reasons are the reasons why you need to stop reading this and drop the money thats equivalent to a coffee and play the crap out of this game. The only thing we ask, is maybe can we get a air freshener that will swing back and forth as we swing around corners, or a cup of water? We know. Stupid and trivial, haha.
We have all the rally rush games and love them. This is a good addition but really frustrating on race mode. No matter what setting we put the difficulty the AI is ridiculously hard. We love a challenge but right now its not fun on that mode at all.
This game is so addictive due to how the progression and gameplay are finally tuned to satisfy both racing games veterans and even casuals. At first youll feel useless but the game will keep you hooked so you learn how to get better and upgrade your cars to progress throughout the game. It requires patience at first until your muscle memory gets the controls down and then youll be clearing tracks in no time. The people complaining about this game being hard are just impatient. Get this game and support this dev. Awesome job on this absolute gem of a game.
Just added an entire new gameplay mode long after original release. Amazing game.
It does great what it’s trying to accomplish. Usually we’re not a big fan of these kinda games but we like it more than the others because the over head cam is above and behind the car. We don’t like when it’s on an angle or following it from the front. Nothing negative we can really say about it. Few bugs here and there but we know they’ll get sorted out. It accomplishes exactly what it’s trying to. A top down rally racer with customization, leaderboards, and a good bit of tracks. Good price too. Edit: It would also be nice to know exactly how many people are on each leaderboard. For example we are ranked 15th on one of the tracks but can only scroll up to 125th place. I’d like to know how many people are on the leaderboard total as well. Just an idea.
It may just be us, but we find this game a bit frustrating. We’ve played the first two levels so many times, improved our times of course and upgraded our car, but cant seem to place in top three to advance. The learning curve is too steep, the AI is too good or we just stink at this game. We can say its been pretty frustrating so much so that we’ve just turned it off quite a few times.
Having loved the previous rush rally games we wasnt too sure about a top down only game but was pleasantly surprised. Game looks gorgeous and plays really well, even though theres no handbrake, the hairpins are sweet when you get the braking right to slide round them. Look forward to exploring more of the game as we progress but early indications are this will as good as the other rush titles!
This game manages to capture the fun of classic top-down racers while also feeling modern in graphics, physics, and performance. It’s a steal at this price point. Quality racer, and with controller support. We love it.
This is a very good game, and its custom upgrade system is also very good, including its image quality and system have also been improved, it is very worth buying.

The game heats the phone and drains the battery really fast. Overall still a very good game.
You pay very very little for a tremendous game, which they still update and ad to. The visuals and the physics are perfect, we could add nothing to them. The leaderboards will keep you extremely competitive. This game is a good thing in the world.
Im loving this much better that RR3. Controls are spot on. Graphics are great and of course gameplay is top notch. Thumbs way up from us.
We should have paid attention to the other reviews but Im usually pretty decent at racing games so we thought Id give this one a go. We have the settings on easy and tried turning the steering sensitivity down but the car still drives like its on ice. We find it hard to believe that a real rally car is this unstable and hard to control. It would be nice if this game had a teaching tutorial.

Cant even come close to winning a race. Frustrating to say the least. Was a decent game but it has no point.
The graphics and gameplay are awesome. Throw in a controller and it feels like a console experience. Been waiting for something like this to hit the iPad for a long time!
We play with an Xbox controller elite. Its super fun and you can customize the controller input too.
We’ve played all kinds of racing games. Upgraded our car significantly, but still impossible to get a single smooth run from the very first track. Waste of money.
Im playing on an iPhone 8plus, not sure if this phone is too outdated, but the game is slow and boring. Sluggish controls, over steering which leads to to back and forth corrections wish we would have spent the money on a burrito instead..
We understand why this game gets good reviews and has such a high rating. That being said, we think we hate it. We have always loved driving games, and believe that Im at least somewhat above average in skill. While the game itself is quite attractive, and we can appreciate the work gone into it, we unfortunately cannot appreciate past that. We spend more time resetting the race due to getting pinned behind a tree (Fine), or behind all of the statues of people along the course that must be made from steel. If your trying to prevent short cuts put up barrels or some such that would normally stop a car. Also, and maybe its us, but does EVERY (Almost) crash HAVE to spin us around exactly 180*. The only time this doesnt seem to happen is when we nose plant into a tree in some weird way and stick to it like glue. Same goes to being stuck behind a person, although we can move a large pile of logs no problem. And please dont get us started on steering. Tilt is almost useless. The arrows are much better, but if Im racing we want to tilt. Your thumb moves off the arrow a little and your back into a tree (Start over again). On the bright side the courses are fairy short. That being said, one crash and your probably done. We dont doubt that we could eventually become incredibly mediocre at this game if we quit our job to play, but have a family and responsibilities, and not the kind of time it would take to reach the heights of averaging a 4th place finish. This just isnt a pick it up every now and again for 15 minutes of entertainment. You will need to invest your precious time in this one. Besides this feels like the kind of game that would cause us to go into a rage and break our iPad over our knee, and with no job we would be out an iPad. All of that said, developer, keep up the good work. Your game is pretty and you seem to have found an audience who can appreciate it. Unfortunately, at least for this specific app, we Im just not one of them.
This is such great game!!! Its not an easy game though. As you feel out the controls and gradually get through the different tracks you realize how incredible the physics of this game really are. This one man development team is amazing with RUSH RALLY 3 (great game) you are getting the best mobile rally racing game out there. Now a top down racer with ORIGINS that is just so well done. GET THEM ALL !!! You wont regret it!!!
