We cant get it to open. We’ve deleted and downloaded. It opens for one round then wont open again.

We love Ruzzle but our app just got updated and it wont open. We deleted the app and reinstalled it – it opened from the App Store. We played a few games and then it crashed and would not open again. Help!

We’ve been playing Ruzzle for years and love it BUT all of a sudden the game will not load. Get the load screen then it just shuts off.

Nice little mental / dexterity challenge. Team play fun, with a bit of social interaction (though chat is clumsy). Boosters / powerups make it Pay-to-win. Cant tell oppo has bought extra words or extra time except by dredging through replay of a round to see the end. Seems designed purely to entice use of power-ups just in case, driving more people to purchase more powerups. Would really like to at least see what boosters opponent has used, ideally during, but certainly after a round. Cheaters are a problem. Some get crazy high scores, well over 3,000 in a round. Seems nearly impossible unaided. We’ve been Ruzzle player from beginning. Paid for no-ads, but didnt mind watching a video once in a while to get team-play boosters. Somehow making game more fair and harder to cheat at would be a big help.
We havent been able to get on our app to play the game. It keeps on sending us back to our home page. We’ve been playing Ruzzle for quite awhile and miss playing. Please advise Thank you.

What happened to our ruzzle. It doesnt come up.
We have been having serious problems with the App and am unable to get it to open correctly after having played it for years. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling which it also will not do. We can no longer play at all. There is no way to get tech support and we are very frustrated and at a complete loss.
The latest update broke Ruzzle; it crashes when loading, even after restarting phone. We hope this doesnt cause us to lose the chips and coins earned in the most recent weekly challenges.
Cant get in the app all day yesterday and today. As soon as the app starts to opens, it crashes and logs out. Is something wrong? Is this going to be fixed? We have pending games that we dont want to lose because we were not able to play them in time. We also dont want our racing to go down because we were not able to complete those games.

This last update is critically bugged! Dont install! The app launched once, it had completely erased our daily progress in High Score and Totalizer, and then it totally crashed when we accessed Tournament, and since then it no longer works, it crashes when trying to launch it. Disaster!

Games shows circle like its going to open, but then it crashes and close. We uninstalled the app (kept the data), rebooted our phone and then reinstalled the app. It did NOT fix the problem. We’ve written emailed tech support, no response. Please do an update to fix this. We guess Ill just play Word Connect and Jumbline 2 from now on.

We used to play this game to pass the time and then the ads got a bit extensive and invasive as they would close out other apps. We put up with it understanding that businesses need to draw revenue and ads are revenue. But. Thus most recent update requires payment to even play any tournament. There are way too many of those but what is more important is that when you pay via chips coins to play a game and get boosts the game is still very buggy and freezing before the chips, points and coins earned are accounted for. FRUSTRATING for a game that used to be a relaxing escape. Now loyal game players are forced to abandon Ruzzle. At least update game fixing bugs so chips, coins and point are not lost. We wrote this a while ago and decided to post because the most recent version of the game is automatically quitting as soon as it is opened. Please help.

Have not been able to play for the past 24 hours. Tried to update and restart the app BUT no change. We love this app.
We have been playing RUZZLE for years. Now no one in our family will play BOGGLE with us at our annual Thanksgiving reunions because we always beat the pants off them-thats what Ruzzle has done! Our 87 year old mother comes close because she plays RUZZLE, too. The only bad thing about RUZZLE is the advertisements,but obviously we have learned to live with them. We refuse to pay to get out of them, and there are still occasional bugs as far as the ads are concerned. Our fave part of RUZZLE is the team playing.
We love playing Ruzzle! We’ve been playing for years and we come back to it as a go-to when other games get boring. This never does! Its great for word people. But please fix the sound problem. We’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and still the sound cuts out consistently.
Great game and can be fun and addictive but the amount of ads made us delete the app! Ads after each round and ads to go to the next screen. It got annoying.
We play the weekly tournament game. Lately we find that Im being dropped into tournaments that have already started. Any information of why this is happening? When we started playing, the tournaments ended Sunday evening. Then it became Saturday, then Friday, and now Thursday. Each time it changes, we’ve been dropped into a tournament that is already on the second day.
It was fun but after a few months we cant put up the lag anymore. Internet is fine, tried clearing data, deleting and reinstalling. Sometimes its fine for a couple games then goes off the rails again. Swiping delays while the times still runs, 50% of the time doesnt give you coins for tournament wins. Still credits team but you lose your coins.
We love love love this game. So dont get us wrong, but please reduce the amount of ads we have to watch. We cant even play this game anymore because we would rather play a game that has a better ratio of gameplay to advertising. The math is Ruzzle = 2 minutes per round, 30 second add per round. If we were to play 30 mins of Ruzzle thats only 12 rounds total in half an hour. And Im getting 6 minutes of straight ads. Now we dont know how much Ruzzle makes per ad impression, but we sure know that if the ads keep up at this rate (which its been for months now) generation will drop.
We are very disappointed in this game! It cheats you in NOT adding points you get to your score. We thought it was doing that and we started checking the score we had and sure enough, we did not get credit. It was fun for a while but we think Ill delete it at this point!
We used to play this game religiously, recently tried logging back in and our old account is gone. We started over and just cant get into the game again, we had paid for the ad free version previously but now they want you to pay every month. The free version is unbearable, with ads that take two or three times as long as other games, and they are between every single game. Yall lost a big fan, wish it wasnt such a money grab. This used to be a great game.
We have been playing this game for years. Its a great stress reliever, but since you changed the rules, we can no longer rack up additional coins, which reduces our playing time. We AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CHANGE. If we cant rack up coins, we will stop playing and find something else. 6/15/23 The sound on the game keeps going out. This slows you down. Please fix this problem The game continues to freeze.
