Greatyou made changes so that we get 100 useless notifications per day to return to play more, but you cant let us resize our iPad 6 playing board to a smaller size like previous iterations.

You are charging us 150 coins for the extra words booster which is SUPPOSED to cost 50 coins! Youre a stingy company anyway. Boo on you.
Just got a new iPad and for some reason this didnt upgrade. Ive been playing this so long no longer have ads. But now we cant play events was a 52 or so long timer. But now Im a 1. With no way to get app support.
Had this game from the beginning and still play. We think 18 broke the Events screen, though. It is glitching around not allowing us to play in tournament mode.

Ive been playing this game since it first launched some years ago. Ive played many people from many places. Most of them have faded away. The five people we play with now we have been playing on a constant for the past three or four years. They challenge our mind and help relax us. Some have even developed into real friendships. We got rid of the ads over nine years ago so that is not a problem for us. We will probably play this game until the developer stops it. Some puzzles are great and some are horrible, especially if we cant find any words. Thanks for the game. It is the only game that we have ever played consistently for this long. Over a decade now and still going strong.
Really great game but the sound keeps cutting out.
We love playing this game. Our cousin introduced it to us years ago and we absolutely love it. But all the advertisement can get annoying.
Have played and enjoyed this for years, using free version. You used to see an ad roughly every other game play. Now an ad appears and goes on longer than before after EVERY SINGLE game. Not as much fun now. And some of the ads are pretty offensive.
We do love Ruzzle but lately it freezes when it askes you if you want to continue and add 15 seconds by using 50 more coins. The time goes down but you cant make any words. Also it stole 1000 coins, when we added a booster. We have played for years but lately have had to keep restarting our phone because it freezes so much. We have even had to delete the app. Hope all the glitches get worked out because becoming annoying. And what is up with the recent ads? Almost porn – Shiensty, some Halloween ad that advertises as porn, and Fabletic using the F word and just because they put an asterisk in place of the u doesnt make it right. Too many kids playing to have them exposed to this, not do we.
We started playing this over 10 years ago. We were our favorite game. Helped get our mind off of hard times we went through. We even made a few friends. We stopped playing for a while and came back. It isnt the same. There werent adds before. But what annoys us the most is that the sound keeps going out! We just started playing again after a few years off. We think the sound is why we stopped playing and probably will stop us again. Please fix that! We also dont see where you can leave feedback in the app.

This happens mid-game, when Im still well within our 72 hour window, and for no apparent reason. Im using iOS 17.6.1 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
No matter how much we play or how many points we get, the first score is IT, it will not give us credit for any more points. Ive played Ruzzle For years, but Im fed up w this. Its been like this for months! Fix this.
We can play our grandma but we lose every time. But great game.

Been playing Ruzzle for at least 15 years!!! Needless to say we are addicted.
We love this game. Great mindless distractor. We just wish we could pick or save the time for the 15 or 60 play. Sometimes when Im playing for a few mins we dont have time to take advantage of the play and we lose it.
We thought we noticed when we played team games last week, our numbers werent reflecting when we would complete playing against an opponent. However, we were focusing on getting as many games in for our team than paying attention to that. Today, we paid attention. Im completing all three rounds, winning, AND NOT GETTING THE WIN OR IT EVEN REGISTERING we JUST PLAYED THREE ROUNDS. FIX THIS ASAP.
When presented with a request for a new game we need to be able to see the results from the last game played against that same opponent. If it looks like theyre cheating we dont want to play against them anymore.
Guys, put the old avatars back.Love this game but absolutely HATE the new avatars. Put the old ones back or go back to FB. These are not remotely representative of anyone. Allow a picture upload. The game itself is great, we love that you can chat with people on the game. We really like the statistics, it would be nice if you could choose the opponents you get stats for. Or remove some. We also dont think theyre accurate, or they take a long time to update. We used coins for the Peeping Tom and have never seen anyones score in advance. That feature is broken. Finally, we are not sure why you end at level 60.
App keeps closing on its own other than that its good to help expand your vocab.

Do not like pop up in Tournaments because on occasion inadvertently hit it when not wanting to and lose coins which are hard to come by. Our games are either super slow or freeze up all together. Is there a reason this is happening.
We love this game and Ive been playing over 10 years. Our only quibble is why you cant link your fb profile pic anymore or a photo period. We hate these cartoon faces.

Love it! Im addicted love this game, but currently some of the games arent working especially the tournaments in the challenges.
We have been playing the game since it first came on here and have really enjoyed playing it through the years. But lately they there seems to be all kinds of problems, not the least of which is the game telling you YOU HAVE RESIGNED WHEN YOU HAVENT! As if that isnt bad enough, the game stays in the same place as if it were a new game or one that has completed a round or two. Every time you inadvertently open it, once again it tells you youve resigned and it stays there until the 72 hours runs out. We play with about 10 people regularly and its happening to EVERY ONE OF THEM. Notifying the GAME maker (Mag) does nothing. They say theyre working on it and then a few hours later they tell you that since they havent heard from in the last 4 hours or so, you are no longer interested so they say theyll close out the ticket. Beware. If youre reading comments before downloading the game like many people do you might want to think twice about downloading this one.
Ive been playing many years and enjoy the game itself. A tutorial on how to play, what experience means, why the ink, etc would be helpful.
We love Ruzzle, but the $3 for ad removal kill the vibe. Then its not even permanent ad removal. We can only stand the ads for so long before we just close the app! We remember no ads.
In the past Ive really liked this game but since we got our iPhone 12 it keeps freezing and we have to delete and reinstall it.
After player the game for a long time it would be great if they made more faces available or allowed us to upload an image in place of.

Our husband and we play this game all the time. Its enough of a challenge but not so much that its not fun. We go back and forth between winning and losing and are always entertained.
We have been playing this game for years and even though we primarily play one person over and over, we both love the competition. It is fun and easy. We also like that it stimulates the brain.
We enjoy playing Ruzzle so much that we bought the ad-free version ages ago. Now we have been getting ads lately. When we check in the store, it says we have purchased the paid, ad-free version. Nonetheless, an ad appears about once per game. Its short and we can close it immediately, but it is still an ad that we paid to eliminate. So that is REALLY IRRITATING and thats why we only rated it four stars. Because really, if you pay for something, shouldnt you get it.
Love this game but cheaters are ruining it You know when they cheat. Cant understand when you cheat how does that make you feel good? More and more taking our coins.
We really enjoy this game and have been playing it for quite a few years. Our only complaint is the profanity in the puzzles, mostly nasty words about womens private body parts. We have complained to support at least twice. They did respond promptly but seemed unconcerned, and the only solution offered was to update to the latest version. We did; no improvement. Other objectionable words, such as racial slurs, NEVER appear, as they would occasionally if the puzzles were random. Once an iffy word came up, but the game would not accept it. Why then, cant it be programmed to not accept twt, cnt, and other offensive words? If they would fix this very annoying issue, we would rate them five stars.
About 3 Stars..Game is 5 Stars..the Ads are 0 Stars..the "Ads" are HORRIBLE! We understand ads mean money, but, use ads that arent pushing your agendathe content of these ads are absolutely trash. 9 out of 10 ads are garbage. They claim its MY algorithm likes. B.S.! Its all the garbage they are pushing. Some influencers makeup routine? Rappers talking in a round table about Rap? A celeb losing weight? Revolt network? Not interested. Some rapper figuring out his sexuality. Dont care. Soccer..not a fan. Disney..no thanks. Not one ad is of anything Im even slightly interested in. They are so annoying. Please, less crappy ads! Or at least something relevant. Absolutely no interest in Revolt, Vogue, Soccer, Rapbut, guess what crappy ads they constantly useall of the above. Good game..annoying ads.
When we are bored and have nothing to do we get on Ruzzle and we have so Mutch fun.
As a long time boggle player we have found this game to be a perfect way to play it alone. There are lots of options for competitive play, but we prefer to go it alone and try to beat our own record. Our grandsons started playing it in elementary school, and now in high school they are masters at it. Best of all: no ads.
