State of Survival is a PvP focused MMORPG which has lots to offer for casual or hardcore players. We have compiled this guide so that you can start playing and progress quickly in game.

Join An Alliance

This game is a cooperation game so one of the first thing that you should do is to join an alliance. There’s benefit like getting help from alliance members, your own alliance store, and also there are many events which could be done in an alliance.

Change Your In Game Name (IGN)

Once you started the game, you’ll be given a random number as your IGN with survivor in front. It’s best to change your IGN as well as your profile picture. This is also one of the requirement for most alliances as no one wants to call you by your number anyway.

Changing IGN is easy, just tap on your avatar and then tap on the pencil icon which is located on the upper right corner. You may also upload your own picture as avatar.

Bind Your Account

Binding your account is important so that you will never lose your progress if anything happens to your device. It will also enable you to play across multiple devices by using the same login from your phone and tablet.

Always Building

Your builder should always be building or upgrading a building. The headquarter is one of the most important building in your settlement and determines the other building levels as well as the level of your troops. Whether you have 1 or 2 builders, you should fully utilise them to upgrade your buildings.

If you plan on spending a little, the second builder is the best first purchase that costs $5 for a permanent second builder. Or you could have a temporary second builder for 2 days by using 500 biocaps.

Always Researching

Similar to building, you should always research to progress in game. For starters, concentrate on Development research first, followed by Economic research, and lastly only go for Battle research.

  • Development research will help you progress faster in game like increased constructions speed, research speed and troop training speed.
  • Economic research will enhance the resources gathering speed which are needed for construction, research and troop training.
  • Battle research should be left until the last or until you are high level enough to make a significance.

Train More Troops

There are three troop training buildings, Barracks, Garage, and Range. You should always be training more troops in these buildings unless you are upgrading the building. Certain building level, you will unlock new tier troops. In the beginning you should always be training new troops so you will have enough troops for your marches. Later when you have higher level troops then you can start upgrading those lower level troops.

Collect Daily Rewards

There are many rewards to be collected daily some by just login daily and others for doing daily tasks. Remember to collect all rewards as they are free. Also the Store will have some free items which refresh daily too.

Use Daily Free Hero Search

Your Hero Precinct building will have free hero searches daily. Use those free hero searches to locate heroes and get hero fragments.

Do Intel Missions

Intel missions refresh every 8 hours and those Intel missions will be available on your map for 16 hours. Be sure to do Intel mission to get hero fragments and resources. Some Intel missions will even reward you with Legendary Hero fragments.

Use Up Your Stamina

Your stamina replenishes over time and will have a maximum capacity of 200. Be sure to use your stamina to do Intel, kill infected, rally infected fiend with alliance members or do plague zone missions with alliance members.
