Some players complain the customer a lot. But good customer rebecca help us a lot. We play this game for a long time. We love this game.
First off, we think this is a really fun game and we really enjoy playing! We have two things, one we’ve been trying to battle with us and our friends and it never ends up connecting when we try to use duel so please somehow get it so we are able to duel. Second, could u make there be some sort of way where u can set up a fight between ur own players just for fun to test them out and stuff? U think that would be a great addition to the game and would help create more ways to play!
This is one of the best game ever and the customers support team is amazing we really enjoy playing this game and we truly recommend it guys.
We love the new character we always buy the cool guys like Batman but it would be awesome if you guys added Superman or green lantern or wonder women heck even the flash would be cool. We’re always trying to upgrade and get new people it’s a fun game we can play for hours.
There should be a mini game where you can set up a tournament with your own heroes in it and have your heroes battle each other and see wich one is the best.
We would like to see an option in which players could listen to their music during gameplay instead of having to close the game and having to open the music app we would like to see Scooby-Doo as a limited time offer plus we have Enzo, Rayman, prince of Persia, and Batman it would asasome to have all those five three star heroes in one battle.
We enjoy this game probably too much lol! Its a great way to get involved with the online gaming community. We love being apart of a guild and we’ve forged great friendships with some amazing ppl. This game has lots to do but is not difficult to understand or play. Its free to download with optional in game purchases. Recently there have been great improvements in updates that allow for more interactive play. Also we’ve been especially impressed with the level of customer care. In our opinion excellent customer care is one of, if not the most important aspect involved in the greatest games. Thus our 5 star rating. This game literally delivers all on levels.
Wooowwweee is this game the best! We would rate 6 out of 5 if optional but Im stuck and cant get any team exp but ignore that! Respond and make those haters see the joy in this game (btw if you respond with something negative it might make us sad :()
We really like this game, its pretty cool. We saw the ad for Batman and decided to download it thinking we can get him. But we wish there were more DC characters in the game, especially Wonder Woman. If the developer of this game could please add Wonder Woman to the game, please, please, please. We would devote our whole time to getting her. Im such a big fan of Wonder Woman!

We’ve been playing this game for the last three years, you cannot cross platform play, switch servers or even restart your game without creating a whole new one. You cant even link Facebook and game center at the same time! We’ve spent so much time and money on this game and had to restart because we decided to get an iPhone. Bye bye to over $500! VIP levels and buying diamonds for nothing!

The whole concept is great but the pace in which a person squires things they want like a 7 star character is way to harsh without having to spend money, which sways public opinion to pay to win before they even invest that much time to get in game items and heroes.
We recently got a different phone, from an LG Leon to an IPhone 6. We were wondering if there was a way to transfer our data from the android to the IOS.
The 7 day login bonus wouldnt let us collect our last day rewards. We have the iPhone 6 s plus. We hit the collect button the on the 6th but the game never gave us our reward. We woke up this morning wondering where our reward was. We play the game everyday for the last year. Can we at least get our free heros skin? Hero id is 262370 and server is 332 Titanium Alloy. Please help so we can enjoy the game again.
We love the game so much but every time we close the app then return a day or hours later we have to download almost 36 MB we have a weak wifi we cant keep downloading that every time !
VIP 14 and played for nearly 2 yrs now. Competitively playing is now 100% PtW. Spending events are completely insulting. It takes a fool to spend $150+ to 7* ONE hero. We’ve completely halted all spending until we see a MAJOR improvement. New content would be a great place to start.
Take out your wallet and burn everything in it. Thats what you need to do well in this game. The game is completely unbalanced favoring purchased heroes. There are heroes that are insanely overpowered. It gets worse in Crucible of Fire where you have to fight those same heroes that start with full energy. No matter how much you grind, you will never come out anywhere near the top unless you spend hundreds of dollars and continue to buy new heroes. Support will not help you with anything other than to log that they helped you so they don’t get banned from the apple store.
This game is complete garbage fun at first but as you progress you get overwhelmed by the people that spend money on the game and the characters you have to spend money to get are way to overpowered this game is completely unfair to the people who dont want to spend money on the game so if you dont want to spend tons of money dont play this game its sooo frustrating and stupid, waste of time.
We came in to play the game and it asked us to log in. Confused, we logged in with game center. It started the ENTIRE game all over again! We lost all our coins, all our heroes, and so on. We are deleting this app because now it is just a waste of our time to bother getting our stuff back.
Coming from someone who has put about $1000 into this game over 3 years: This game has gone full pay-to-win. DO NOT EVEN TRY to play it unless you plan on spending at least $200-$500 a MONTH. You dont stand a chance. The developers dont care a bit about the balance of power being shifted to paid characters. They give you scripted, cut-and-paste responses to valid balance complaints. Crucible of fire is an hour a day of pure frustration because of this, and when you complain and give good balancing suggestions, they dont even listen. There are a dozen other games with the exact same play style as this one, play one of those instead. We want our money back, too bad we cant get the hours of our life wasted on this money pit of a game back…
Customer service has a sorry not sorry attitude and apple should remove them from there App Store… Talk about having an app that hurts your business… If you own play on an android well you cant switch to apple as you will not have your account anymore… Best part about how this is bad for apple is they blame apple for it… Even though they have forms that say they can link your account by creating a new account on apple and they will port it customer service doesnt want to do anything… Save your money and time and go to a game that works on what ever platform you want to be on…

The prices to buy things in this game were already outrageous and they just raised them even further. If you havent started playing this game Id say move along and try another one where they arent so blatantly greedy. We dont mind paying for content. And we have spent plenty of money on this game. But the latest price change is a slap in the face to loyal players. UPDATE: thanks for canned response (which appears to be the only response you know – same as every other bad review), but its not about spending or not spending. Its about raising the prices without adding value!! Like we said, we dont mind spending money, we just mind being charged more for no good reason!!!!
It seems we’re not the only one that has lost our account due to the recent patch. Our story is the same as theirs. Would like to add that we play a lot of app games, and this is the only one where our account has been lost. No other app we’ve played loses our account. For any reason. This is now the third time we’ve lost our account in this game. Adding on to our above review. We’ve been playing this game for a while now since they took care of the login issues and recently we’ve been getting disconnected from the game during our crucible of fire runs. It’s to the point now where we’re getting disconnected after every stage. We don’t know if this is a hacking issue, or if they are doing this on purpose to get people to spend money, but it is totally unacceptable. They’ve told us we need to restart our computer, so we formatted the whole thing and reinstalled the game but it doesn’t fix anything. This is the only game we play that does this. Our advice is don’t play this game because once you spend even a little money on it, you will feel obligated to keep playing it and it’s not worth the frustration.
We love the game. We play it every day but the reason for the one star is the events were we can get heroes out of the chest. Well. Its gives us an error and doesnt let us open the chest. If you fix that we will change our rating on this game. But its one star for that reason.
We’ve been playing for years, and had nearly given up because the game had become so completely pay-to-win, but they seem to have recognized the problem and improved the balance (although there are still some very OP heroes that are incredibly expensive to get). The very top players are still those with endless wallets, but now it is possible again to compete at a high level without spending very much money. Im in the top 20 of our combined server and have spent very little… Just the monthly deal, which is reasonable. You just need to do some research and choose the heroes you want to level carefully. Back to 3 stars, because this game is well designed and very fun.
It was good when it started the only payable heroes were from the Conjuring stone but you could get 2 heroes for free from the login boxes and the box events but now they had stopped those and have made that you have to buy every hero and now they arent even releasing the hero ss. They have added features so only spenders could win. Selling freaking eggs for 400$ what a joke. If you have the money you might actually enjoy it, we used to spend 20-100 a month depending on what heroes they are releasing but now even spending a dime and seeing these $$ events leave a really leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Im an old player of this game, and we decided to come back to it only to spend hundreds of dollars on it, to unlock all features. Recently we discovered that if you play as a guest all your accounts will be deleted at some time regardless of your knowing. On the other hand, the game is ok it has a cheesy storyline the characters are animated weirdly too, but anyone can look past that. However, there is one thing no one can look past which is the issue that its a PTW game or a pay to win game youll have to spend usually 25 United States dollars to participate in EACH event and earn rewards for it which might seem okay at first but gets annoying quickly when you realize you cant do anything without opening your wallet a couple of times. We’ve also heard about its customer service being very bad which is understandable since it is almost impossible to contact the developers to get the help you need. To conclude, if your going to download this game dont buy gems or heroes, dont create a guest account cause it will be deleted a long with your progress, and get help from other people there are a lot of nice players who will help you better than the developers. This game is very additive we’ve played everyday for over a year there always putting more to the game to keep it interesting graphics are awesome customer services always helps.
Its been almost a year now that we’ve played. We spent at least a couple hundred dollars on purchases. Lets see what we’ve missed!

We used to love this game as a matter of fact this is the only game we’ve played for a few years! Now its impossible to play through the campaign levels. We still play everyday but its frustrating and pointless as we might as well just skip campaign. Why make it so insanely impossible? Is it because you dont want to bring out new levels and force us to stop playing? Our players are level 100 and maximum stars but we can not even defeat heroes lower than ours.
Also, please stop with all the new pay to win heroes. We have been a loyal player, and we have religiously spend money on both monthly diamonds, and even new heroes, but its got the so unfair these days. We have to spend at least $200-$300 to get new heroes to 7 stars to get them powerful. And once you have all these new heroes, no free players would be able to win battles against you, even if they have the free heroes maxed out to 7 stars, fully equipped with legendary enchantments, maxed out stats from Hero Academy, and fully forged. Whats the point being a loyal player just to get screwed over every time you release a new hero, which has been almost every month or two now! And dont give us some generic reply how some free players can compete just as good as the big money spender players. They dont, and they never will. We should know, and before you tell us how devoted free players can get good scores by playing a lot, we play every day, for literally hours, 7 days a week, and guess what? Still cant beat players who spend hundreds of dollars. And we had contacted your customer support last week, asking for an update to support iPhone X screen, and we were told by this representative that we were the one should be changing the screen setting on our phones settings. Which we think its pretty insulting, treating us like Im this technology illiterate, who doesnt even know the simplest thing such as changing our phone settings. So now, a week later, you guys updated the game today to add Batman, yet still no support for iPhone X screen…. Thanks for the priority guys. So glad that you really appreciate your customers…
Great concept in a game with few issues. We would write all the problems but to be honest the pay to win aspect is too overwhelming. Purchase only characters at almost 1000 points under free to play characters rating and a star less can easily win out in any/every fight. The only way to be truly viable is to grind out for high end characters that would take months if not years to actually achieve. Im a firm believer pushing micro transactions is pan handling so we have to rate this a star lower simply for that reason. If you want fun, free to play, and being viable in game we suggest finding something else.
Don’t download this game unless you want them to lose your account after several months of buying monthly packages and then have them take zero responsibility for breaking their own game ( we guess you can download it if you feel like getting ripped off the next time they lose the account you spent months grinding levels on) … Greedy game company liken to EA at this point.

We’ve literally been playing this game for about 10 minutes and can already see that this game is completely pay to win. We saw an add and Batman was on it so we thought it would be cool to try to get him, we get on and see his event. We go to click on it and it says try for free or pay 10 dollars. Im deleting this game. We are not recommending this game to anyone we know, in fact if we know someone who has this game we will take their phone and delete it myself. This is not how you make a game appeal to your customers by buying Batman for 10$. We give this game and the developers 0/10 and may god have mercy on anyones pocket/wallet if they decide to play this game and fund the developers.

This used to be a great game, however its gotten to be a burden. It used to be you would develop your heroes and work on your daily goals. Now you have to pay literally hundreds of dollars a month just to have a chance of competing. Not only that but it takes up so much time to play the game its no longer fun. It felt like a chore to do everything you needed to. You could get heroes without paying but they were weak and ineffective. If you were willing to spend hundreds of dollars you could get stronger heroes. Im okay with them making money but its ridiculous how much they expect you to spend. In response to the developers reply. They say that on everyones complaints but they never do what they say. Check the dates and you will see that. It just gets more and more expensive. They just say that hoping that more people will waste their time and money on this game.
Korean Version!!! Please! It is a simple enjoyable game. However, if the structure can enter the dungeon at any time, it would be great.
Played the game pretty regularly, bought at least 3 character bundles that werent cheap, which totaled well over 100 bucks. Got busy with life and didnt play for a little bit and went we went back to try and play… Our account got deleted. Contacted customer service and we got generic responses for trouble shooting why it wasnt popping up. Provided our party name and email and a couple other details that they asked for and they told us to just create a new account and start over pretty much. Yea no thanks. We’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and this is by far some of the worst customer service we’ve seen.
They only care about siphoning off the players money.
We have found Soul Hunters to be a fun game and the support is very prompt to deal with issues where the server was down. Often the only time we had known there was any issue in the game was when the in-game mailbox had something from the game as recompense for the issues. Despite some issues "connecting" during Crucible of Fire, the game played well. HOWEVER, the new version [2.4.28.82563] was unplayable on our iPad. The game crashed every time we tried to look at our heroes and every time we tried to enter the campaign. We erased it and reinstalled it. The game recognized our login but we can only stare at an animated icon labeled "connecting". The game was fixed by doing a rollback. There are two games as you can play with Soul Hunters. The first we call "Guess How Many ‘Check Your Network’ Connection Errors, Try Again Messages Will Show In Next 5 Minutes." The second is guessing whether the first game will trigger a "not enough item" message when you go to a merchant. In addition, our iPad will crash occasionally during the game after an hour or two. UPDATED REVIEW – November 2017 The two games we mentioned earlier were removed from the game. Now there are some new things to ‘enjoy’ with the latest version. 1, Extra splash screens added at logon telling the player to change the server on which they play. This is recent and may disappear soon. If you love extra splash screens, get the game ASAP. 2, Crashes during combat in Booty Cave, Guild Raids, Arena, Grand Arena at random intervals. The Sky Fortress doesn’t have random crashes during combat — all crashes happen as soon as combat begins on almost every combat. Expect fixes to Booty Cave, Guild Raids, Arena, and Grand Arena so they are like Sky Fortress soon. 3, Tell Customer Support that you "reloaded the op system on your iPad, reloaded the game, cleared your cache, and then powered up your iPad clean and crashed during a combat, so please don’t tell us more about how to fix the iPad but fix the game since your iPad only crashes on their game" and get a response about try clearing your cache. Say again what you have done and get a response that they want to fix why your iPad crashes because it isn’t the game (despite people in your guild reporting crashes too). 4, Spend a lot of time developing a character to 7and be soundly trounced in Arena by a 3character only available to people who buy diamonds. 5, Pets for characters, rune stones for characters, and skins for characters because attaining ‘awakened’ status for characters wasn’t enough changes from the basic character’s abilities to deal with. We suspect coming soon: rune stones for pets, skins for pets, and awakened status for pets followed by pets for pets.
