We love this app, but you guys have a new game star eq and we would like to transfer our horse into that game! Other then that we love this game we hope you take our advice!
Us and our sister think its unfair that the timers are so long and you only get 2 ads. So please make the sugercane 30 minutes instead of 4 hours. Thank you!
We like we like this game it took time to teach our horse and we to level 10 so Im a little mad because we have to pay to transfer our horse soo yeah and Im 9 everybodyso Im flippin MAADD OKKKK and also please make it where your first horse is free please we would love that just one horse just that one horse.

Hi. We are not able to buy star coins to transfer our horses to sso and we wish you would make it so you could use your normal coins to transfer your horses because some people arent able to purchase star coins and its prevents them from getting those horses to sso. Overall we like the game and we love sso just one suggestion for sso it would be more convenient if you could buy horses without needing star coins because we are stuck with our starter horse and we see all the other people that have new horses and we really think it would help everyone that couldnt get star coins to purchase horses and transfer them from star stable horses. Thanks.
It takes to much time to get a horse.
We loved this game for two days we believe, and now it wont let us get past the loading screen before closing out.
Our son loves this game but now he cant load it. It starts loading and then just shuts off. Please fix..
We have made in app purchases yet this game still has not fix the crashes that happen on start up. We cant even open it anymore, and we have tried playing on our iPad, brand new iPhone, and older iPhone. We just want our poor foals so that we can have them on our Star Stable Online account. When the game works, it is fun, even though it has a lot of glitches which temporarily takes away the stalls we bought.
IT LITTERLY WHEN we GET IT DELETES ALL MY HORSES EXCEPT TWO SO we CANT ANY HORSES THIS GAME IS LITTERLY THE WORST.
This is just no we Spended our time growing our horse up than when we were gonna put it to start stable it costed start coins. We were shocked. We were the one who grown it up.. We thought the horses were free we just no. Do not download if you dont have star coins.

Its a great game but could we go to star stables online without having to enter are emails? That would be our only ask otherwise it a great game it isthanks see ya.
You cant logon after playing it for a month and once you put a horse in the game, the app just shuts down every single time you try to play with it we really wish we could have more stars to. You can only have three stalls and when you put a horse into star stable, you cant open up that stall which makes no sense. Great game its really fun but dont expect to keep it.
Can you make it where we can ride horses in this game so when your foal grows to a adult when U put a saddle on there is a button that says Ride with friends on the game cause it a bit unfair for people and some people cannot afford to star stable Online.
For one we really like this game we have had three endgame horses but heres what you need to know review -do you need more types of the Lipizzaners for one the rose, maybe a black one or a brown one just add more types and definitely more types of mustangs review 2-make the saddles fit the horses. This is another problem that we hate. Also make the horses a little more realistic problem 3-I think it should cost less money we mean star stable money to get the horses into star stables thats all thank you for the game. We love it.
We love this game, its fun raising and training horses! We just have 2 problems. 1. The prices for transferring from SSH to SSO – Im not sure if its different for other horses, but the price is 850 starcoins and we think its a bit unfair. Its unfair for non Star Riders because there is no way to earn star coins. (Other than earning 100 for verifying for your email, and this is what we heard for no other way to get star coins.) Please, either find a way for players to earn star coins in SSO (like special quests). This is part of what why we gave this 4 stars, the second part is the other reason. 2. The sleep hours for horses – we personally don’t like waiting 24 hours to train our horses again, it takes 2 days to get a horse to level 10. We think u should decrease the hours to 12, just so it doesn’t take so long, it’d take a day (and maybe an hour more) to reach level 10 on your horses. If you would add these things, we would definitely give this game 4 stars.
Its adorable, relaxing, great graphics, horses are adorable, no reports of glitches and lags from us! Somehow you guys get us to fall in love with a horse thats in our iPad lol, Everything is great! Except the price to bring your horse to Star Stable Online the price is a little ridiculous for the people who dont have a lot of money but Tysm for the game anyway! Our two horse are Ivory Angel she is a Icelandic and Raven bird he is a black Akhal-Teke we fell in love with them both lol we guess you guys are great at making money.

The app leads one to believe that it is additional content to the main StarStable Online game. However the game appears to be a separate and incomplete experience. It appears the purpose of the app is to create interest in purchasing additional and exclusive content horses, however a major flaw in the execution is the horse models and animations in the HORSES app is very different than the models and animations for the horses transferred into the main game. Transferring horses out of the app into the main game has also proven to be a frustrating experience.
Okay so we love this game we got it when we were like 5 years old we want to get new stuff and new horses but we can not because we CAN NOT OPEN THE APP when ever we try to it Flashes gray and white and the app closes like WUT JUST WUT we have Tried Everything waiting until it would get on nope reloading the app nope but we love the game it our fav if anyone knows how to stop this, please tell us we love the game :(

Ok so just like the previous comment but different whenever u get to level ur horses to level ten ppl like us got our hopes up and sadly u need to pay star coins and it isnt fair that u get ur hopes up so yea but other than that its good and when we say starcoins we mean u cant transfer the horse unless u have that amount of star coins for in the game to get that same horse.
Great game!! Im in love with it!! We forgot our horses name cause it has been a long time since we played this game, we just wanted to say somethings that we HATE. We love horses and we fell in love with this game when we saw you could take care of it, but we couldnt ride our horse! We just wanted to ride a horse in this game. When it brought us to Star Stable Online, we customized our character and horse of course, then we went down and put our name, and our horses name, but we saw Buy subscription to play, we were devastated, we begged our mom but they wouldnt allow us to have it :(. Then we found out a cheat, we could LIE about our age, we were happy when we could! But about THIS game. Please make us able to at least ride our horses, this is the main reason we downloaded the game! To have a horse and to ride it. This is to SSO to, please improve this game. Also, we know you heard Can you make us ride our horses? A lot, but we think it needs to be done cause we would be sooo excited! Thanks for reading!! We hope you make these updates in the future. We loved this game so much up until a month or so ago. We would raise foals and play with them in our free time at work or home. Now? We cant even open the app. We’ve tried everything: uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing our cache, turning our phone on and off, etc. We even reached out to the SSO help team, and they basically just told us, after we had to tell them multiple times it was the app and not the online game and had to fight over whether or not we had actually done the other steps to try and troubleshoot it, they basically told us that they would have to pass it on to other developers to fix and that we just had to keep checking the bug fixes page. This is incredibly upsetting as we’ve spent money on both this app and SSO, and we were so close to moving over a lot of our horses because we love the app exclusive coats. They gave no estimated time until it would be fixed, AND basically told us it wasnt their problem and it wasnt a priority. Im about done with the developers at this point. We just want to see our horses again.
Hi Im a huge star stable online fan and seeing this with coats specifically for the app just gets us going but theres one problem you guys have your downloading rate slowing down but we have a way of you guys getting it back up make it so the horses can get sent to your game for free pls pls pls we will change our rating to a 5 once you do but Im leaving it at 2 for now Ty for reading.
We’ve been playing Star Stable since the games were discs for a computer. Its been great to see all the positive changes and updates that have come over the years, and this app is no exception. It was wonderful for such a long time. However, since the release of the updated American Paint Horse, we cannot get this app to function. We’ve tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting our phone, etc. Once it finishes its opening download/update bar, it crashes. Every. Single. Time. For someone thats put so much time and money into the franchise, its super disappointing to lose access to such a big part of it. Please fix this! Id really like our horses back. Thank you :)
Updated: Tried the steps offered. But it is now doing on our iPad, too. We have multiple horses including the new Mustang we were super excited for we were getting ready to transfer. We made in app purchases for extra horse slots. We are not sure it was worth it. We can now not run the game on either device after trying to clear cache and other things multiple times on both devices. Original: Starting today, the app crashes as soon as the loading bar fills up. We’ve tried turning our phone off and on twice, and reinstalling the app. Same result every time.
The mustangs look like they have every metabolic and joint disease.
So we were starting the game and it showed us to the planting area it was great until we had to leave the game and when we joined back in it said lets go to were we left off we hit continue and it said the same thing and it goes over and over again.
Ok first of all once the horses are adults you cant bring them into star stable horses unless your sighed in wich is SUPER annoying and it should not cost star coins or whatever just to move them in please please please fix this.

Best Game ever this game really gives kids and adults the experience with horses that some dont get but this game is so awesome all our kids love it.
