X’s vs. O’s: The eternal struggle!
For centuries, Tic-tac-toe was a game limited to one tiny grid of nine squares, devoid of strategy and filled with draws. Prepare to say goodbye to pen and paper simplicity, and say hello to TAC! The rules are familiar, but with an imaginative twist! This classic puzzle has been expanded and reimagined into a unique and epic variation on an all-ages favorite!
YOU KNOW HOW TO PLAY
But you don’t! TAC is played on a huge 3×3 grid called the Big Board. Each of the nine squares are actually tic-tac-toe games of their own. The gameplay in each of these squares, called the Little Boards, is familiar. Players take turns placing either X’s or O’s in an effort to attain three in a row.
THE TWIST
Every turn is a strategic dance. Each placement you make on the Little Board determines which square your opponent gets to move to on the Big Board. You can either gain advantage on the Little Board or force your opponent to play in a certain square. Move wisely!
SCORE
There are two ways to win!
- Score three in a row on the Big Board! If you win on a little board, it’s like selecting a square on the big board. If you succeed in lining up a trio of wins on the big board, you win!
- Dominate the big board! If you earn more squares on the big board than your opponent, you win!
Challenge your Facebook buddies or square off against strangers. Take on an AI opponent and perfect your strategy. Make a mistake? Redo your last move and get back on the winning path! Use the in-game messaging feature to compare your record with friends, or just to send a friendly message! Track your wins and losses while earning Game Center achievements. Welcome to TAC—the new concept of Tic-tac-toe!

Highly addictive and competitive.
Best game we’ve ever played, a bit hard to learn but once you get the hang of it it’s really fun. Christopher Neal is a genius.

We’ve been getting all of our friends to play and kicking their butt :) Very fun and challenging game! Keeps you on the edge of your seat.
This app is great but it crashed a couple days ago and is no longer working? Also the "nudge" feature is nonfunctional, which isn’t super important, but also like we thought we were nudging our opponent all this time and he had no idea. …. And there was a lot of nudging.

The AI is so dumb it almost forces you to win which is fine for first timers, but would be nice to have something to do while you’re waiting for a friend or random to take their turn. Also if you play to force a cats game then the game freezes and glitches out haha. But is fun, really like that we can easily play with friends.
Yeah, it’s good. The AI is good for beginners. It has pvp and a bot, so that’s neat. If you haven’t played ultimate tic tac toe before, you’ll like it. We only take a star off for the basic AI. Probably us just being picky, but whatever :3.

Whenever we try to login there’s an error that won’t let us sign in so we can’t play it at all.
Cmon, you can’t even play the game without logging into Facebook. Thats lame, send you through the tutorial and can’t even get one game.
We’re pretty sure it’s a great app… If only we could get it to stop crashing after we open it. We get to the login screen where it says login to Facebook or sign up and it crashes.
Won’t let you play without FB login. Complete deal breaker. Let us know when that’s changed. Otherwise great idea.
We used to be a professional athlete, whew what a waste of time! Since we started this game, we knew our purpose in life! We just put our money in the bank so we could focus on this mess full time. See us on twitch. Tv soon!
This game is so good, especially when you get into the strategic moves towards the end of the game. Would highly recommend the download!
