Game was great until some recent glitch caused game to freeze upon getting rewards, causing rewards to never come, and in-app purchases never delivered. Withdrawal from account.. No coins or anything to show for it. Contacted support several days ago. No response.

Ever since the new update we havent been able to play. We earned 300 coins after playing a level and it wont let us tap to earn, the screen is frozen. Hope you fix this soon.
It is currently not working! We have earned 100 coins and it says tap to collect. We cant tap. It freezes! Fix it please. We cant override it. Quitting dorsnt reset. We cannot play.
This app breaks a lot but we play a lot. However currently stuck in a spot where it doesnt allow play. Too bad.
Why has our ap frozen on 100 blah blah reward Tap and nothing happens.
Was enjoying the game just fine until encountering a bug trying to tap to collect coins. Tapping does nothing and we cant move on. We have Delano reinstalled twice to advance a couple more levels but that is not a solution Im willing to do long term.
Leave a comment below or like if you would like to see a zen mode added to this game where players can untangle knots as long as they want without the stress of the timer.

Downloaded the game to be a good mental calming game to help our adhd and it wouldve been perfect but the timer ruins it entirely. The satisfaction of untying and solving the puzzles is absolutely ruined when we cant take our time with it.
We feel like Im closing out of 5 or 6 things every time we complete a new level. We just want to play the game.
This is a cleverly done game, very awesome blossom.
Its not easy to us, but we like to play it to challenge ourselves. OK, we like to enjoy ourselves to it just to see how far we can get. We love the colors too. Great idea for a game.
The higher the level the less the rope would move or stick where you moved it. That was annoying not challenging.
This is our favorite game, but Im done because of the excessive amount of ads. The same one over and over and way too long and too many. Sad that a fun game is ruined with ads.
We didn't even wait to see how many times you would ask agreed being asked after the first two moves. You sound desperate for affirmation and desperation is not an attractive feature. Later gator.
EDIT – Fixed after months of the same three puzzles. It would be nice to reward your most patient players with a bundle of power ups. Freezes. Lose power ups. Repeat. Ive written to you via email several times with screenshots that show the repeated pattern on 400 as 450. When you close the app or take a break to take a call or reply to a text, the pattern goes back to the one repeated not the pattern it was on when you put the game down. We have the upgrade. IPhone also updated software. Its a waste of coins to buy a few seconds to finish a pattern as youll be right back on the same one. We have the solution memorized after repeating for the last few months. It freezes and we cant finish. Until we realized this was a game problem we used all the extra powers or coins to complete and move on. Its Groundhog Day every day. Frustrating and boring. Please try harder. Its your money maker. The ads are extremely. Some are over a minute long.
BE FORWARNED they charge a lot of money for extra life.
We enjoyed this game, but there has been a problem lately. Since we hit level 550 it keeps repeating the same game.
The games from the level 1142 to 1152 are keep repeating, kind of boring.
We hate the stupid timers on this game. We would like to relax and unwind the tangles, instead Im getting frazzled trying to beat the stupid amount of time they give you. Id suggest giving people a bloody choice but we know they wont so instead Im on a search to find one thats really geared towards relaxation. Its too bad because Id love to play this game more often.

We've been playing for a while now, but for the last two weeks we're getting the same three puzzles over and over. We've gotten very proficient at them, that's for sure, but is Level 2385 the top.
This is a challenging and fun game but lately its been freezing and we have to turn our device off and back on to even get out of the app.
This games used to be so much fun but its so glitchy now. Every other level we play is the same level. If we lose a level, exit the game, and come back, it takes us to the same game Ive played multiple times even though Im still at the same level.
Twisted tangle is a fun game. However, their customer service is terrible. They havent updated their puzzles in forever. Ive been doing the same three levels for roughly 40 rounds now, with the occasional fourth puzzle thrown in. Ive reported the problem to them multiple times, and nobody has responded. It was fun while it lasted, but its time to delete the game since its impossible to get any help. Nobody responds to anything.
This game has been glitching for some time now. Every time we open the game it pushes us back to the same level repeatedly- customer support does not respond.
We are addicted to the game. However Im on lever 2400 and the past 50 levels seem to be rotating on about 3 different ones Ive already done. No challenge. Are there more updated levels soon or do they just keep repeating.
We love this so much but this level is impossible when we go to move it in the middle of moving it it will go back plsss fix it.
This game is ok for the most part. Some levels can be a little challenging, but some levels are almost impossible without boosters because it simply wont let you move the ropes at all. They just bounce back into place. Please fix this to allow you to move all the ropes all the time to any space.

It was advertised, no timersLiars There are options to turn on or off the timer. Have to spend $7.00 to remove ads. There are way too many advertisements, and it seems endless. False advertising.
So much time is waisted on having to grab the bands over and over because they wont stay in spots that are within reach. Its super frustrating. It begins to feel that its a ploy to play ads, another ploy to exhaust you into paying to remove adds. The game itself is fun and challenging but the snapping back drove us nuts.
You cant see the landing circles anymore!! How you supposed to aim for something that you cant really see!! Why do this? We dont play it nearly as much due to this.

Yesterday is started glitching where there are 3 levels to complete, when we get past level 2 the game shuts down. We have to restart only for it to repeat the shut down. So frustrating.
We really want to like this game, but every so often (usually when youre trying to finish a Very Hard level ) the game wont let you move any of your pieces! It acts like theyre all immobile, or caught up in too much tension when sometimes theres NOTHING touching that piece at all! Ill have fully untangled a knot and Ill spend the last 30 seconds of our timer trying to move one single piece from its spot. You need to fix this as its absolutely infuriating. The amount of levels Ive had completely solved and just had to uncross one last set of ropes to win and our timer has run out because Im sitting here dragging the piece over and over and over and over again for it to keep putting the piece back in the spot where we clearly dont want it. An absolute oversight.
We love this game, but for the last few weeks we have been getting the same 10 levels over and over. The new freeze block and color match levels appeared for a couple of days each and have never been offered to us again. Please fix this major issue.
Was advertised as no timer, well guess what , it has timed games. Not all but you cant move on to next game without beating the clock. Not relaxing as stated.
The game has so much potential. We could play this for hours if there were no time limit or life limit. Those two constraints make the game unenjoyable. We wouldnt mind watching ads between every level or to get extra rewards. . We downloaded the game because we thought it looked fun and relaxing. We got to level 50 and gave up.

We saw an ad for this game and the person playing in the ad managed to actually beat the level. So we wanted to give it 5 stars just for that.

We just did the update hoping this would fix the loss of lives even when you win. Why are we losing a life even if we pass or win the challenge?? Shouldnt it be if you lose or fail the challenge where you lose a life? We are already spending the coins to play it, so you have to lose a life too even if you win? It should be only if you didnt pass the challenge. Thats how it is in other games we play. Otherwise its one life per challenge no matter if you win or lose? Then have to wait another 30 mins to get one meanwhile you are getting notifications that you earned a challenge. Makes no sense & doesnt sound right. Please fix.
The game itself is good. However, it makes you watch adds after every single level.
