Can we please get more energy or have the game stop taking so much to do things? We can only play for maybe 20 min and then have to wait hours for energy.
The text font needs to be larger can hardly make out the words that is our only complaint.
You have to wait soooo long for energy unless you pay for it. Even waiting over night doesnt give full energy! Currently still paying playing BUT soon it will be deleted or forgotten due to having to wait so long for energy.
When we go to the next game (Queen's Quest), it goes completely dark and we can't do anything. Please fix the bug. It's been like this for nearly three months now.

We dont like that it gives us the option to get more energy by watching an ad, and after we watch it, it says we have to wait 20min before Im able to watch another video. But when we start playing the game, when we run out of energy, itll change and say we have to wait 45-50min before we can get more energy by watching an ad. Even though it initially said we only had to wait 20min.
We love the game, but the energy runs out very quickly and takes over 24 hours to regenerate. The only solution available is to buy more gems to get energy- a temporary win. There isnt an option to never run out of energy again.
We are absolutely in love with this game and we have played so many different stories. The only thing that we do not like about it is the fact that the energy goes by so quickly. We love mystery/puzzle games!! We never write reviews but this one by far is so intricate and well designed its seriously addicting and no pop up ads unless you want an optional bonus! We love the story lines and how long they are. Im honestly surprised this game didnt cost money to buy, its good quality game!!! We would give 5 stars except the ONLY flaw is how long the energy refills. We can sleep overnight for 8 hours and the bar is still not refilled. It takes 4:30 to get one energy when each step takes about 5 energy away. If that was fixed it would EASILY get 5/5 hands down. We truly do love this game, we wish we could spend more time on it.
This is a great game, we love the variety of puzzles. It is hard and challenging. We love the different scenarios. We understand they have to make money somehow, but this is highway robbery! The energy runs out quickly, right in the middle of a puzzle, then our aging brain cant remember where we were by the time it recharges. We have purchased packs, but we dont think we will going forward, it costs too much.
We love this game. The puzzles are great, and so are the cases you can play. But the energy runs out way too fast and takes FOREVER to recharge. We even paid for VIP and can have 100 energy and only get to play for like 15 minutes. It makes us so sad.

Very fun and engaging storyline and the puzzles are challenging enough to not be boring but not so hard as to be frustrating. We will not continue due to energy requirements. When we actually have time to play a game, we want to be able to play it. We ads are acceptable, but being shut down due to energy constraints is just irritating and makes it not worth playing.

Takes a full 24 hours to get 10 minutes worth of energy for gameplay. Boo.
Love the graphics and story, and the puzzles and challenges are actually challenging! But the energy system is so beyond annoying. And you run out so insanely fast its incredibly discouraging, and then you have the option to buy energy which is outrageous for how fast it goes.
Ive completed all stories BUT ONE ive been contacting support for months and months to get this one bugged story fixed that we have completed 54% of the way through. We love that youre able to watch ads to replenish energy and hints until it makes you wait hours to watch the next ad.
Every so often we run into a situation where we have to use about 12 hints just to find something that cannot be found without hints. We have to use 12 hints because one hint could be as simple as telling you to leave an area. And then your lost again. So it feels deliberate to get people to buy hints or buy gems.
We were enjoying the gamethe graphics are amazing (it really looks like Northern California!), finding the clues challenging and fun, audio & sound effects gooda little creepy thountil we could not find the last clue to continue on past the river. So Ive basically given up. Any tips for us so we can continue to play the game.
This game is fun and engaging. It draws you in to spend money. There is a required energy tank to complete every action that refills so slowly that you cant really play unless you spend money to maintain it. Its a fun concept with a greedy set up.
Genuinely like the game but the fact that if you need help and use a hint if you arent in the correct area your hint literally gets used telling you to go back and if you arent three areas away thats three hints just to put you in the correct area to actually get a hint thats useful. Also you cant just watch ads to get hints you get 2 hints an hour watching ads and any others have to be purchased its just extremely frustrating one hint should actually help you complete the task you are stuck on not just say hey its in a different area it wouldnt be such a big deal if you could watch ads for hints but with the combination of issues its annoying.
Not enough energy and you have to buy to enjoy the game.

Im doing the Persian Nights: Sands of Wonder story, and Im on the task of getting into the capital city Khur. The search and find under the tarp right in front of the Khur city gates wont let us collect the tail of the yellow animal, halting all further progress as we need what is in that locked box. The yellow tail is in the very top of the left corner, and when we tap it, we only see a yellow circle and the object is unaffected. We love that story, Im so sad we cant finish it! All the other stories Ive tried so far, including Enigmatis, Memoirs of Murder, Queens Quest, and Modern Tales have been really good, with no major glitches Ive noticed.
