You are supposed to be a family-friendly game but unfortunately your ad network isnt. The ads are wildly inappropriate unless 17 and up. We just saw an ad showing a woman on her knees pleasuring a man (they showed her neck down). We love your game but stuff like this is rampant and we hope you can either adjust the ads or make your game 17 and up to reflect the actual content that is served at times.
We finished the mansion it says update coming soon and more rooms when is the update coming??. Also why do u have to wait like 5 minutes just to get the item u bought, before it didnt use to do that why would yall change the game so badly like that.
Love this game but now after we use our hard earned coins to upgrade, we have to WAIT before Im able to use or we can spend chef hats to use what we bought now!?!? Thats insane.
This game is fun but an update is really needed. While playing the game we keep getting error messages and then we have to restart the level.

Just started playing and enjoying it up to this moment.
When serving food we notice that customers arent always served in the order they come in. Specifically the black customers. We noticed that if another race appears with the exact same order as the black patron who was there first the food will serve to the other patron no matter what and is worse when there are several people at the counter with black patrons as well. Im not sure if anyone else noticed but we did on countless occasions. Im not sure how much diversity is on the game development team but hopefully while we wait on the updates in the Mansion portion Ill see changes. We wanted to rate 5 stars but that little tidbit definitely needs to be addressed.
Im giving it a four. The game is extra fun, but some things are gimmicky to us. For instance, when you upgrade you still have to wait a minute up to 9 for your upgrades to come through. Which makes no sense and the game didnt used to be this way. If you want your upgrades faster youre forced to spend hats, wait, or purchase more hats if you dont have any. Which is clearly their aim. It is riddled with ads unless you buy the ad-less version. Also, theyll label a level as hard only for them to give you 60 seconds to get 60 plates and they give you 10 customers who want one item a piece. Its a scam. The buildout of the app itself is nice and its fun, but the things listed above make us close the app out completely sometimes. Its frustrating.
This is a very competitive game and it keeps us busy however the updates are very very slow. It has been so long since this game has been updated with new challenges that you loose interest. We hope the developers can speed up the new updates sooner rather than later. Its been on the coming soon status too long.
We have played this game for over 4 months and we truly love the game. However, once you make it to the end of a renovation you lose all your points?!?!? Why?! Ive earned those points! Why arent you allowed to keep those points as you move to other renovation levels!! This is a sore spot for us and as much as we like the game its really unfair!! Ive spent money on levels and watched videos but this is insane. Ive worked hard to reach those levels and should not have to start back at zero once we achieve/complete a renovation. Let us know when your developers fix that issue.
Awesome game just downloaded it and Im in love it with already Im definitely going to find it addictive and play this game everyday and kick our other game that we have on our phone to the curb side for a lil while.

Seems like they are putting all their effort into new game apps instead of the one they already have people invested in which makes no sense the other games are not even better than this one so please update this game thanks.

We love our game but sometimes is really hard to pass a level. They say is not possible but it is. Sometimes we got tired of spend our hats and just get off the phone. Need to fix that. And give more gifts when we finish at least let us start with some coins if you gonna change it every time we pass to another one. Is for fun not for stress. Other than that need to low the prices for the hats.

Great Game with excellent graphics.
We truly enjoy this game more than others, but our problem is when you have made lots of money and you get to the end of one tour you have areas that you want to make the player choose like pick furniture, if the player does that they lose all the money and are unable to upgrade the food and cooking items. We clearly dislike that part of the game. It hurts because you cant play well without upgrading.
We have been playing this game on and off for years and we really like it. Its fun and we like the different food themes. The only thing that really annoys us is that some levels are definitely designed for you to fail so that you have to either watch an ad or make in app purchases. For example there are levels where you have to serve 20 customers within 50 seconds yet the customers slowly trickle in and you run out of time because its not possible. Other than that its a great game.
