We came back to this game and oh boy we love it cause every other game would shove ads in your face. Well not this one 5 stars.
The button to remove ads doesnt work for us using an iPhone 16. Please fix.
Pretty much as the title states. We are signed in to the same apple account and installed Zen Idle. But where is our cloud save that we have been working on with our phone? As we installed the iPhone/iPad version of the app. It should work shouldnt it.
The tournament feature doesnt work any more and we cant get transcend points now.

This game is good, and you can do anything, just please make vip balls not very important people and make more ball types.
The game is great but theres a problem with the geyser on the bottom right the balls get stuck there and the geyser wont shoot them back to the middle or the to other side so the geyser on the left will shoot all the balls to the right side and they just sit there please fix the problem we believe when the geyser was copied and pasted it wasnt flipped so the water is spraying in the wrong direction its a simple fix just flip the right bottom geyser please.
The balls keep getting stuck and jamming everything. Kinda ruins the game having to manually clear stuck balls.
We came here to relax but then we would soon find out that this game, this game lies its in the name the name lies it says zen this game is anything but zen look theres nothing wrong ig but look theres bugs in the game everywhere we see them nibbling on the games hardware some things clip through and some things get stuck its a good game tho and with that we give this game a 3/5 go to our yelp Sash G. For more hey our yelp aint that bad and if u say it is then your banned buddy.
Its a nice chill game but doing tournaments is near impossible because it is infested with cheaters. Why is someone able to just dominate the entire leaderboard with over a googol world value? Is that not blatant enough for a ban.
Game is super buggy even after their big bug fix update. Sometimes our game is producing about 5x or so more money then sometimes hardly enough to make 1 upgrade. Not much of a game anyway tho. Nothing to do on it.
(Sigh) it is impossible unless you click. But the overall experience is amazing! We did not try the new version so we hope it fixes it.

This is a very interesting and fun game, some thing (the score level system) can be changed but other then that its fun.
U have to prestige over and over to get good and thats mostly it.

Ive played this game before on our old phone but not on our new one but now we do like the game tho and now our new iPhone has the game so yes we give it a 3/5 thats all.
We like the game overall. We recently came back to the game and it's grown a lot. Tournaments are cool and keep you coming back. Orb, stage, and ability tree add good bonuses. We have level 2 Tap Value Multiplier. However only the first 4 orbs seem to get the bonus in the last stage open. If we tap on any other orb the income is less than the lowest gate bonus rather than 2.25x the highest gate multiplier as stated on the ability. Please either fix the function or make this clear on the ability descriptor. Having just started back up it took about a week to get that ability and now we see it's not what it claims to be. We could've used those transendant points on something more useful than a bonus on 4 orb types that only works to a certain point.
Its hard to give better than a 3/5 when half the time when you leave the game it doesnt count your time offline, especially in tournaments when every second counts.
It is a pretty good game, although it has some flaws. Like the presteige number doesnt go up, so it stays and 10 million dollars. And thats kind of sad because theres a place where you need a billion dollars but people probably wont do that and just presteige. But also, sometimes at the top layer the balls just get stuck in there. There are some other ups and downs thouh, but we wont go into that.
There are two ways to upgrade, prestige over and over for the same meager ~1.5 addition to your multiplier (this is extremely hard to increase) and get resources from challenges/tournaments that only happen once every 3 days, and when youre a lower level the tournaments are worthless because the rewards are competed for so higher level people will always take them and then get more bonuses to stay higher than you. The system is really broken and would be fixed if those werent the only two ways to increase your money leaving you at the bottom with no way to climb up besides sitting there for months watching ads over and over oh wait thats exactly what the devs want isnt it.
So, Ive played this game for probably 1-2 months now, and even before that, we played it, but we just redownloaded it, and it was fun, but after we hit 1B, we wasnt really going anywhere after that, so we used prestige. Ive prestiged at least 5-8 times by now, and the prestige bonuses dont add up to basically anything and then, all our progress got deleted for no reason. We were just playing, then we stopped playing, then when we got back on and loaded in, the screen was blank, and it said it couldnt load our progress. Im kinda glad though because the gameplay was basically just a loop.
The app randomly deleted all our progress and wont even let us restore our purchases. Very disappointed.
When certain people cheat it is unfair and not fun for other players. Please remove the people who are obviously cheating due to their ridiculously high numbers. (Shadowelder is one of them).
When we tried to watch an ad to double our offline rewards at the end of the end the game crashed and we didnt even receive any rewards.
We had this game downloaded a while ago and deleted it. We had just about every purchasable upgrade but when we redownloaded it and hit restore purchase it doesnt recognize that we have purchased anything and wants us to repurchase the upgrades. How do we fix this.

This game is awfully satisfying because you get to upgrade tons of stuff so the only thing thats quite pointless about this game is the prestige it just makes you start over which isnt fun but the rest is awfully satisfying.
We love this game it is good for long car rides and you dont need to pay it is relaxing and fun to play we highly recommend this game.
We love this game but we wish there could be more ways to get money. Please make balls more expensive like instead of it being 2 dollars $150 or something like that and then all the balls are worth a lot more all the time and the upgrades cost less so if you could change that would be great.
Unlike other games its not forcing you to watch ads every single minute which we love a lot. It also fits the whole point of the game which means its relaxing. We come to this game every Time Im mad or stressed.
Lost all our progress And our no ads bonus and other purchases retire the app or refund our money asap.update been over a week and still no response be wary when patronizing the app as the seem to have no support team and they are probably just trying to screw people out of money with a easy app design. Update we got contacted and waiting for the solution. We did lose our card slots but no biggie a little goal for us to work on. If you have issues go to the website and contact support worked for us.

Yesterday the game started crashing and we cant play it anymore. Is this a game issue.
Ive been playing this game for about a year and we see theres plenty of other cards to unlock. We have unlocked 16 out of the 30 cards and even maxed out a few. Why cant we unlock any mystery cards? Also, when are you coming out with more levels.
Ive had this game before when we had an android and loved it. Never had a problem. But now that Ive switched to iPhone for the passed 2 months the game constantly crashes and force shuts the game down. This needs to be fixed otherwise Im going to have to delete the app.

This app is addictive and just fun. Ive had it for more than 2 years and always come back. Support is quick to respond and helpful. Just get it.
Definitely enjoy playing, but the lack of iCloud saves has kept us from spending any cash. Also, live tournaments stopped working with latest update and a new level or two wouldnt hurt. Otherwise fun to watch the pretty colors pass by between calls at work.
Whenever we see an ad the app crashes even on its own please help us fix and Ive already deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same issues and unfortunately lost all our progress can you help fix this issue and hopefully restore our old progress.
This game is AMAZING we love it but why is everything so price we mean its great buuut ya.
Its good for how basic it is. We see this game evolving in the future. Our only gripe is that Ill be in the middle of a tournament and log in at lunch time and after work, both times Ill choose to watch the ad to double our idle cash earned and both times the ad will crash at the end. When we log back in, not only do we not get the double earnings, but we dont get ANY of the cash earned over the previous 240 minutes (idle).
This is a fantastic game relaxing strategic and very entertaining. However that comes a point we just cant progress any further. That needs to be more prestigious and more levels or some kind of endgame because it eventually gets to the point where youre producing so many balls that the system just grind to a halt. Really looking forward to an update.

When Im playing there are many place us where the balls get stuck so Im not getting a lot of money so we have tap it.
We have been for a long time having issues with prestige not going up almost at all. Im also having issues with balls getting stuck in the walls.
Its a good game but theres a lot of blockages.
