We had this game downloaded a while ago and deleted it. We had just about every purchasable upgrade but when we redownloaded it and hit restore purchase it doesnt recognize that we have purchased anything and wants us to repurchase the upgrades. How do we fix this?
This game is awfully satisfying because you get to upgrade tons of stuff so the only thing thats quite pointless about this game is the prestige it just makes you start over which isnt fun but the rest is awfully satisfying.
Great game Ads are optional free just love it.
We love this game it is good for long car rides and you dont need to pay it is relaxing and fun to play we highly recommend this game.
Unlike other games its not forcing you to watch ads every single minute which we love a lot. It also fits the whole point of the game which means its relaxing. We come to this game every Time Im mad or stressed.
We love this game but we wish there could be more ways to get money. Please make balls more expensive like instead of it being 2 dollars $150 or something like that and then all the balls are worth a lot more all the time and the upgrades cost less so if you could change that would be great.
Lost all our progress And our no ads bonus and other purchases retire the app or refund our money asap. Update been over a week and still no response be wary when patronizing the app as the seem to have no support team and they are probably just trying to screw people out of money with a easy app design. $10 to remove ads??? Are you crazy? Its a great game but that is a ridiculous price to charge.
We’ve been playing this game for about a year and we see theres plenty of other cards to unlock. We have unlocked 16 out of the 30 cards and even maxed out a few. Why cant we unlock any mystery cards? Also, when are you coming out with more levels?
We’ve had this game before when we had an android and loved it. Never had a problem. But now that we’ve switched to iPhone for the passed 2 months the game constantly crashes and force shuts the game down. This needs to be fixed otherwise Im going to have to delete the app.

This app is addictive and just fun. We’ve had it for more than 2 years and always come back. Support is quick to respond and helpful. Just get it!!!
Definitely enjoy playing, but the lack of iCloud saves has kept us from spending any cash. Also, live tournaments stopped working with latest update and a new level or two wouldnt hurt. Otherwise fun to watch the pretty colors pass by between calls at work.
Whenever we see an ad the app crashes even on its own please help us fix and we’ve already deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same issues and unfortunately lost all our progress can you help fix this issue and hopefully restore our old progress.
This game is AMAZING we love it but why is everything so price we mean its great buuut ya.
Its good for how basic it is. We see this game evolving in the future. Our only gripe is that Ill be in the middle of a tournament and log in at lunch time and after work, both times Ill choose to watch the ad to double our idle cash earned and both times the ad will crash at the end. When we log back in, not only do we not get the double earnings, but we dont get ANY of the cash earned over the previous 240 minutes (idle)
This is a fantastic game relaxing strategic and very entertaining. However that comes a point we just cant progress any further. That needs to be more prestigious and more levels or some kind of endgame because it eventually gets to the point where youre producing so many balls that the system just grind to a halt. Really looking forward to an update.

When Im playing there are many place us where the balls get stuck so Im not getting a lot of money so we have tap it.
We have been for a long time having issues with prestige not going up almost at all. Im also having issues with balls getting stuck in the walls.
We love this game but the balls should go all around the stages and that we can get money faster because you get the money so slow so in the next update you should put those things in the game.
Love this game and it helps us sleep at night which, trust us is a task. An update is all we ask for, thanks.
Its a good game but theres a lot of blockages.
There is just one feature Id like, its to downgrade something.
This is a decent game and we find it really relaxing. However, even after we watch ads to either double up our earnings, collect diamonds, etc. Sometimes we wing get our reward. Another major issue we have is how we have to consecutively rewatch ads several times to collect a single reward. Its frustrating when the idea behind collecting extra earnings is to watch a single ad and expect rewards.
Re-downloaded this after deleting a year ago because the scrolling was frustrating. Dev has been actively updating but has not yet fixed it. Whenever you scroll on anything but the world (ball upgrades, obstacle upgrades, etc), the world also scrolls. Please fix! Otherwise, fun game.
After a year no meaning full updates, just a revolving cycle of tournaments and 1 challenge. The challenges are spaced apart through the week. Its the only times there a sense of new. Dont waste your money. After a month a month or 2 you pretty much peaked and falling into the same repetitive cycle.
We were a big fan of this game but when we went to download it on a new device (upgraded our phone) the restore purchase button just doesnt work.
We keep getting scamed like trying to muiltiply the daily money and it kicked us out.
Great game.. Except.. We absolutely love, to an extent you will never comprehend, watching 2 aids, cough, we mean ads, to receive a single ad reward.. Devs fix your shii.
Everytime it has us watch a video it stops on a black screen and the only way to get past it is to restart the game and then we dont get our rewards for watching the videos.
Use to love playing this game and we went back to try to play it again today and all of our purchases were gone. Tried to restore our purchases and nothing happened. We spent a good bit of money on this game when we were playing out and now find out that none of it could be restored. We delete the game Im done with it Im never playing it again.
We were doing a tournament and it finished before our phone connected so we couldnt claim our prize so we clicked out of the tournament and it just deleted our prize. It would also be nice to see more stuff added to the gem store like a prestige without reset and some stuff like that. But, other than that this game is surprisingly fun!

This game is a nice relaxing time eater but more often than not you have to watch the ads twice to get the reward.
So we got rank 81 in a tournament and we HECKING GOT DEMOTED TO COPPER! SO PUT ME BACK ON SILVER RIGHT NOW! AND STOP DEMOTING PEOPLE IF THEY GET RANK 75 OR WORSE! AND LET ANYONE WHO GETS RANK 50 OR BETTER PROMOTED! (Note: Im pretty good at zen idle but getting demoted is the worst) SO PUT ME BACK ON SILVER BEFORE 2021 ENDS! (Note 2: deadline is 11:59 p.m. On December 31st, 2021 so put us on silver before 11:59 p.m. On December 31st, 2021) >:(
We nearly never review something. We love this game actually. It’s great! But nearly every time we save up offline earnings from being away from the game and then open the game again and try to 2x the earnings from watching an ad, the video finishes, glitches and then we don’t get ANY of the money we earned: not the regular earned amount OR 2x it! It’s actually infuriating enough where we decided to stop playing though we really enjoy it. FIX THIS! IT SHOULDN’T BE HARD! It happens with the coinbase ad nearly always and now is happening with other ads. So we end up watching with NO REWARD though we watch the ad.
Great game just awful because not enough updates. More levels more themes more ball types ball interactions more cards. A lot of stuff that could be added.
