We have played this game for YEARS after seeing it recommended in MacLife. We cant count the number of times Ive finished it, cleared out the entire map and started again. Its our main airplane time-passer. We hadnt checked on it in a while, and imagine our THRILL to discover the entirely new map and updates. Well done, developer. Youve got one happy person 35k feet in the air.
The new 80 levels are excellent and Ive replayed the original levels twice now, the addition of hitting a goal score and tolls keeps us replaying the new completed levels. Well done! Enjoyable hours upon hours spent in this app.
For some reason the save and quit button doesnt work. Please fix this error. Good game.
This is our favorite game to play on our iPad to pass the time, it's super fun, simple, and challenging! Definitely worth the money.
We had really wanted the undo mechanic for ages and FINALLY IT IS HERE. We are so happy so you dont have to try again if you press up when you meant to go down, you just had to try again, but now you dont have to do it. You could just undo it. We really want to see the dealership in the water being removed, however, that may be a little boat with a car on it. We want to see a new layer on map 1, although the northwest is ocean, so maybe keep it and add map 2 road extensions up there and maybe a map 2 road interchanging with a map 1 road. We would love to see level 23 map 1 be a part for your score on last layer.
This is definitely a fun game, but Steam has map 2 and an undo button but not us. Also we like the no ads, despite the 3 dollar payment. 4 stars EDIT: Map 2 and undo online. Game became much more fun.

The old reviews should be removed, all of them are now bogus because of the new update, the game has been fixed and is now easy 5 stars.
Ive been playing it long before the undo button came about. Its so satisfying to see interchanges at work, and now, the game is better than ever! Before, if you had a wider screen, you had stretched levels, which would hinder your efficiency potential. Now, its not only fixed, but the gaps at the sides of your screen allow for side buttons. Now that we can restore our best designs, it doesnt feel so much like a gamble when you think you can get a better score. And that undo button oh that beautiful, lovely undo button. Gone are the days of accidentally clearing the level when you meant to go to the world map. Before the update, this was a 5/5 game. Now? Its 6/5! Only complaint is the sheer silence on the map. We wish we still had that funny noise thingy, it made it more entertaining to watch the cars go around in helicopter view.
The game is good. We have spent hours in it. Unfortunately the upgrade today (Feb 2025) really messed up the game. The screen has pinched from the sides to make room for a nearly useless menu. About 30% of the playable area has been lost. All our old maps are all now squished. What was a circle is now an egg. We the game is not playable anymore.
Been playing this game over and over since 2016. This big update is greatly welcomed. We dont know what it is about this game that keeps us coming back, but this game is mad fun. Worth everything.

Can you add another island with more features and Maybe add a level or island maker so you can share the island that you made with other people and other people can play it.
Love the game. Enjoying all our time with it immensely. It definitely scratches an itch we didn't know we had. It's clever and fun. The controls however are kinda annoying. They need reworked. They break a lot and cause delays and frustration.
As a civil engineer, this is a fun game to pass time with. The addition of an eraser would be nice, so we dont have to undo half our work to fix one thing we did part way through. Some levels are confusing, due to the lack of instruction. One level just has a parking lot surrounding four construction sites with no entrances or exits to connect. What am we supposed to do with that? Other than that, this is a super fun game and worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Side note: Can be hard to use with iPhone notch, Home Screen and settings can open up sometimes while creating roads at the top and bottom of maps. Mildly annoying.
Labeling a game unusable because it doesnt have an undo button is downright silly. For what it is, game is perfect, a fun little challenge! We hope the recent update of game mechanics and additional levels on PC makes its way to mobile (and all yall can finally have your precious undo button!).
The first time we opened this game, we found it super fun! The first few levels are great at giving a brief introduction to the game! We will say, one thing we think could be nice is traffic lights or stop signs. Even without, the game is still wonderful and we think everyone should try it.
The best IOS game from the best mobile developer in the world. Folks who complain about the lack of an undo button can sit on a tack. The fact that a little screwup cant be corrected is kind of additive.

This game is so awesome we have to copy it on YouTube but can you make a game with 100 of them and red orange yellow green blue purple pink and black cars and stores.
We have spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME playing this game. We are constantly trying to improve our current score. We do wish the game had 2 options though. 1. A way to control the volume 2. An undo button. Other than that we love the game. We hope more levels come out or a second version.
This game is so fun, please add more maps UNDO NEEDS TO BE ADDED that is one problem with it. Also, we used to play this on Galaxy, and when we try to stop it making pavement, it stops, But on Apple, when we try to stop making pavement, it doesnt stop. So to conclusion, this game is AWESOME.
The problem with level 36 is when we complete it and when we speed up theres this 1 guy who is dumb and blocks the whole traffic (theres 3 levels that we completed theres was lots of gridlock but your game still counted it was going normal and we got away with it) Anyways, we love this game! We wish you can expand even more further that reach the level 100s, we want to see route 222 be expanded and add new interstates, routes, and roads, also, please make level 23 be connectable, It just a stadium with a bunch of parking lots, And one thing thats weird is that theres a small dealership thats surrounded by water, idk why its there, Thanks, we hope new updates will have our suggestions.
Would happily pay for the development of a few features like undo, and maybe snap-to but this doesnt stop us from loving this game.
Simultaneously zen and confounding. Endless replay value as you try to eke out tiny efficiency gains on completed levels. The decision to include only build and reset controls is clearly a core gameplay mechanic, encouraging players to take what theyve learned and try again. This would not be the same game if you could step backwards through your previous decisions and rectify them piecemeal. You must clear the board and try again, just like in Mario or SimCity. Approaching each level over and over again with a we will do better this time mindset makes this tiny game infinitely engrossing.
Such a great game! However, we recently upgraded to our first iPhone with a notch, and the only downside we noticed is that currently when you try to use the Home Bar to go to your Home Screen, the game will still do things when you touch the screen there. This causes various issues like unintentionally creating new roads underneath the Home Bar, and selecting road signs on accident. It's a minor issue, but it does get in the way sometimes when building roads near the Home Bar, as you sometimes try to stay away from the Home Bar to prevent that from happening every time.
Over all this is a good game for long flights but we want a redo button and more maps that will make our experience 5 stars.
This is a great game, but it seriously needs an undo. Once, we made a huge, perfect interchange but drew a road in the wrong direction and ruined it. Other than that, great game.

Great game. It has some problem solving involved. Watching the traffic flow is cool and being able to move the roads how ever you want it fun. Game can get repetitive though.
This is a great game overall, one of our favorites. We hardly ever pay for games, but we loved playing this game enough to buy it when our husband introduced us to it. Our only complaints are that the game doesnt have an undo button. Also, when youre going one direction using the bridges to connect freeways, the game will suddenly start to connect the freeways in the opposite direction youve pressed to connect them, which can ruin your freeways design completely unless there was an undo button.
Hello! We love this game! Cant stop playing it. There are some flaws though. First, theres no Undo button, This would help a lot with small kinks. Secondly, If your good at the game, Theres not enough levels! We would add a Freeplay mode for when you have completed the main map. Still absolutely love the game.
Enjoying the game but DESPERATELY needs an undo function.. Nothing worse than creating your interchange and needing to kill the whole thing because your finger slipped, car hit a bump, etc.
Its a fun game but it REALLY needs an undo button. Also, as someone already stated, it would be nice to have some different road shape tools/ options added.
We like the game. An undo button would be helpful. Our biggest problem is that the map expands, then just stops. It doesnt notify you of what needs to be done. Theres no menu to look for challenges, goals, or accomplishments. Am we done? Is there an open level? Did we win? We have no idea. We guess we can quit playing, but we did enjoy it.
This game has a ton of the same fun as mini motorways, with a little bit different gist. Its awesome! But like a lot of reviews mention, theres no undo button which is super frustrating. Its also tough if you have an iPhone X or later because part of the maps tend to fall below the part of the screen where you swipe up to change apps, which means you can be mid road and suddenly switch to another app. Doesnt happen every level, but some levels really do require you to use up every inch of space so that can get annoying. With a couple minor tweaks, this game would be absolutely perfect.
In general, love the concept and the execution, with two minor complaints. Well, one is sort of big: no undo! To the developer, please, please add the ability to undo. Its so infuriating to have worked on a sizable interchange, only to have to start over because of one screw up. Very frustrating! It would be an easy five stars with this single addition. Only other complaint (or feature request), would be to have a method to draw straight lines and/or curved lines, maybe with a Bzier curve type of control. This would appeal to those with any style interests, as well as scenarios where a little line precision could go a long way in the end.
All this game needs is an undo button.
Needs an undo or delete feature. When you get into a complex design and you make an errant touch on the screen or a mistake, you might need to start over. Otherwise, this is great fun.

Great game but they havent updated the game so Ive been upping our score for a while and now its just boring so we think its time for some new levels and an undo button.

We will say this is a great game, gets you thinking on whats the efficient way to do a level. But we mainly have gripes. First is the undo button, or maybe erase roads because of mistakes. Because its either work with it or lose all work. But especially we find annoying is when a road looks connected to some route or path but it doesnt, Im not exactly sure why its not connected and it doesnt count, so maybe a clarification could work as well. Its tough knowing youre on limited concrete. Also sometimes the icon for road building gets stuck, and if we dont tap where we want to build the road, the road sometimes gets built WHERE THE ICON IS AND NOT ON THE ROAD WHERE we WANT TO BUILD ON. Wastes concrete. Its so annoying as it happens a lot. We dont expect fixes but still holds up nonetheless. Still plenty of fun.
2 years ago we were comparing mini metro to freeways, got mini metro as it had a higher review. Freeways had 4.6 while metro had 4.8. Yesterday we decided to get this game, sale it had a lower rating but didnt want to make the same mistake we did years back. Played it for 10 mins, it was pretty addictive, but there was no undo button. We go online to see if we were just being dumb, nope we wasnt. We go to here to give a review asking for a undo button, and find out why the rating was lower. You didnt bother fixing and adding a undo button to a game. What a shame. (Rhyming ha) Maybe we should have listened to the reviews. Could have been a great game, but it gets frustrating.
Could see this going far however paying for a buggy experience and no undo is quite annoying.
